My car needed a tire replaced due to mine being worn down to the cords. I decided to get a used tire like I always did in the past. I went to my usual place, but they had a change of management and no longer sold used tires. My calls to three other places came up dry due to not having my tire size in used stock. It's a pedestrian 215/60R16 donut tire, nothing crazy. After a bit more searching, I found the listing for this shop. I've passed by it many times but never stopped by there before. They had one in stock and quoted a very reasonable price out the door over the phone. I came in about a couple hours later and got my tire changed. The installation was very professional. Tire mounting sealant (aka whale snot) was applied to the bead, and the wheel with the tire on it was dunked in a water bath to check for any air leaks before it got put back on the car. Parking there can be a bit tight due to several other businesses sharing the lot, so be mindful of that if you have a larger vehicle or bad rear visibility. All in all, five stars! read more

My car broke down on the side of the road due to a flat tire so I called these guys to get a used tire for the meantime. The gentleman said they close at 5:30. By the time I took off the rim got a ride and showed up to their tire shop it was past 530 and they still took care of me. Went here to have a custom stretch fit install. But it looks like walk-Ins are not recommended or not welcome here. You will be ignored, no service given to you, guy just literally pulled a ciggy right inside the shop (lobby)while telling me that they're all tied up. Which I looked around and only had one car they're servicing lol. this place is unprofessional, wouldn't trust the employees working on my car nor I they are certified? Oh well. I needed four new tires for my Colorado Exteme truck. Service was great and the prices were excellent! I was out the door in one hour. I Ordered a set of Toyo Proxes and it was delivered from their warehouse within 45 minutes. Did i mention that they have an extensive inventory of tires from their Union City warehouse! I have chrome rims and I did The cardinal sin of putting fix a flat my in my tires.The service crew cleaned up the corrosion and added bead sealant to make a leak proof seal ! I seen this listing on Craigslist and thought I would check it out. And it turns out to be a Freaking Awesome place to get tires. I called first and asked if they had my tire. Victor/co-owner said yes he did and helped me out by waiting for me to come and get a tire. The shop was to close at 2pm, Sunday. He waited until after that for me to get there. He gave me a great deal on a tire with balance and install. He also checked my spare tire and notice it was kinda flat. He put air in it, checked for leaks and said it was good to go.Service was friendly and very quick. So if you are looking for Good Used Tires, this is the place to go to. Alright, I guess ill start off with the fact that I got some used tires from here about a month ago, and the tires were in good condition, about 60% tread, for a great price. THAT IS ALL THE GOOD THAT HAS COME OF IT!!! Just today as I was driving I started to here a loud thumping. I pull over, AND 2 OF MY LUGNUTS ARE BROKEN OFF!!! And the other one is missing. Had I been on a freeway i don't know what could have happened. Mind you i've had the same rims on the car for the 5 years i've owned it, and the owner before had the same rims, and NEVER HAD AN ISSUE. I go here to get new tires, and in one month MY LUGNUTS BREAK OFF?!!! I AM NOT HAPPY TO SAY THE LEAST!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE! THEY OBVIOUSLY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEYRE DOING! So if you can't give me a quote on something don't reply to it simple as that! I dont know how they serve their customers, you have to wait here for long time to fix ur car tires. The wheel aligenment took me almost an hour and to change the tire you must wait for years...hahaha...Next time i wont even come to the same street to fix my car. The workers are very lazy. I called and went to several places to see about a nail in my tire and just happened to stop by here and Carlos took a look at my tire and I swear he fixed the nail in my tire in under a minute! I first found exclusive Wheel and Tires while searching craigslist for the best deal on some times. I have an uncommon size tire 19" and most places try and gauge me on the price because of it, so I always shop around. They were advertizing on craigslist and while they did not have my specific tire size posted I emailed them asking for a quote. I emailed them late in the evening because they had already closed, it was like 11pm. Early the next day I got a phone call from Jorge with a quote, it was the best price I had found, even beating every online seller I had browsed. Not online was his price the best, but it was the out the door price including tax and install. I told him I wanted the tires and came in. The work was done quickly and correctly. I have had issues with pretenders in the past who don't know how to install low profile tires, but these guys did the job right and know what they are doing. I usually do not waste my time with such a cosmetic means (a review) to fix a major problem like integrity. I purchased used tires for my car on April 25th. With less than a month, the tires are bold and need replacement. I approached the manager with the problem, he proceeded to make against my car alignment. My car does not have an alignment problem. Even with an alignment problem for the used tires to go bold in less than a month that is ludicrous, the majority of time. I have been purchasing used tires for my cars for years, this never happened. I politely asked, if we can come to a more productive conversation. His reply was, "it is your car, I can sell you some other tires," the absurdity of some people. Knowing that I cannot reason with him, I drove away, never to return. read more

As a repeated customer I recmand you not to ever waiste your money here . Went in for a replacement used tire their young worker said they dont even have any , I went to pick and pull got two great matching tires for $18 each than head back to exclusive tire to get them installed and blanced (keep in mind I had my last set for two years no rotation) after the install I left home. That night on the way to work I couldn't even go 60 mph with my car ,I went back after I got off work at 9 the kid showed up at 10 even thou it said 9 he said my balance was fine and I had to argue to get him to rebalance them same story three times and the third time they were extremely rude and ignorant. I waited till my next pay check and went to wheel works and got them rebalnced at 10$ a tire and tell me why my car runs and drives like new now. I wanted my momey back and for you to not risk your safety and your cars health by sum ignorant non professional tire workers. I would give them a negative -5 if I could. Very satisfied! The big box store that rhymes with Moscow was supposed to have ordered my tires and have them in on Saturday. They didn't (and wouldn't be sure when they would have them) and we needed them that day. It was late in the day when we realized the other place wasn't coming through. I searched online and when I called here It was close to closing, they were helpful and said they needed to call me back and guess what, they actually did what they said!!!! They found tires for my Chevy traverse and installed them that night, even though they had to work a little after closing!!!! WOW!!!!!!!!!! What customer service. read more
