There's a number of things. They broke two lugs on two separate wheels by using the wrong socket size. They didn't know how to remove lugs that were seized. They suggested that the tires I brought in wouldn't fit, but they did. They stated that on the vehicle door sticker it only had one tire size, but BMW does not list optional tire sizes on certain packages like the M package. Total incompetence. Having worked in the automotive industry and tire industry for years myself, it's sad to see that they don't have knowledgeable techs on site. read more

Excellent pricing and good service from these guys!! They've done a ton of good work for my dad, so he encouraged me to bring my 2016 4Runner to these fellas. I'm glad I did. Not only did they beat my usual tire vendor (Americas Tire Co) by $600 cheaper, they worked a deal with me to swap my 20IN factory wheels for 17IN factory wheels. So not only did I get exactly what I wanted, I got it $600 cheaper than Americas Tire Co. Needless to say when these AT's wear out, I'll be returning to this shop. And now, since they made it possible for me to have 17IN wheels, it will be SO MUCH easier to find tires and I'll have SO MANY options up to 32IN all terrain tires or mud terrain tires. My dad (also Johnny) was there at least 3 times in the last 3 months thanks to a couple of flat tires on our Teslas. Juan and Johny are very trustworthy and honest. My wife and I took my Tesla model S there for some tire issues as they are one of the only shops in Hayward that repair Tesla tires. Juan did a courtesy inspection on the other tires and showed me how bold the inside was. Johny happen to over hear us speaking and offered us an excellent price on two tires that would have cost $200-$300 more anywhere else. Well, first of all, I wanna start off by saying that my car has been sitting since Friday with a flat apparently the guys at the tire spot. I'm not gonna mention their name. I'm not gonna even put them on blast but they put the wrong damn size tire on my car so they put a two small tire on my car which messed up my tire, which had me Buying a whole new tire that I just had to spend and fix my rim so I am excited and very thankful that JJ of Mission tires has a mobile service that you can use. They come to your house wherever you are at work school. They'll take care of you Mission tire in Hayward on Mission ask for JJ And they have new used tires. They fix flat repairs rotation, brakes and more. Just give them a call I've dealt with them before but now that I have this problem and I know that they're mobile. I had a nail in my tire and I asked much to repair, manager says $25 so I agreed, then I said I have a Tesla, then manager charges $38 to repair because it's a Tesla. Absolutely ripoff. Please be cautious before taking your car to this shop. Last year, my wife went there for brake work, but after the service, she felt the brakes weren't secure and had to return multiple times. Yesterday, we discovered her brakes were scraping, and when we went to another shop, they found a zip tie was used to hold the drums together. She paid this shop $600 and then had to spend another $500 at a different place. This situation was very dangerous, and thankfully, my wife is safe, but it could have been much worse. Awesome experience today! I called around 9:00 asking if I could bring in my car for a set of new tires. I was told to bring it in and they'd take care of everything. Once there, I was given a few options. After I chose which ones, I dropped off my car and they went to work. My car was done about 90 minutes later! brought my ford explorer in for an inspection on my rear brakes and rotors. walked in and Juan helped me out. after inspection, he informed me about my rotors needing replacement asap. asked if they could do it today. mentioned he would send someone to pick up the parts and it could be ready by closing time. I decided to go ahead with the service. At about 3:30 pm I got the call that my truck was ready. He also mentioned that my front brakes would need attension but the brakes would still last me another 1 to 2 month. I will be coming back. the price was good too. San Leandro Ford was ready to charge me around 640 to get them done. At mission tire service I paid 395. The shop I went to before overlooked the damaged ball joint & didn't notice the completely loose stabilizer link. If your tires are OK and your looking for one or two used tires to get back on the road, this is the place to go. I had unrepairable sidewall damage to one of my tires. Since the tires had more than half of the tread remaining, I wasn't looking to replace it and the one on other end of the axle, let alone all 4 on my AWD vehicle. My car didn't come with a spare and I needed something quick. I called Mission Tire and verified they had a matching used tire available. When I got there, it turned out to be a different version of the tire. The counter guy told me he could check their warehouse which was down the road a bit. To my surprise, he drove down immediately and appeared about 30 minutes later with the exact tire with about the same amount of tread remaining. An hour and $100 later, I was back on the road. It would have been worth it just to get me back in action and give me time to think about what to do. Had I gone to a large chain, I'm pretty sure I would have left with 2 new tires (and about $700 lighter) and more importantly, been stuck with whatever was in stock for immediate installation. Some reviews indicate the counter staff was rude - that was not my experience. Despite how busy they were, they worked to find the best solution and didn't try to force anything on me.
