I went to get my brakes replaced after reading positive reviews about this place. I was very happy with the experience here. Roger is a very sincere person who cares about safety of his customers. He found a problem with the bracket which was screwed in with a wrong type of screw from a previous mechanic. Roger let me know about it over the phone and replaced it for free!!! Roger also gave me a first time customer discount of $20. After test driving my car, I'm very happy with the job he did. He replaced all four brake pads, replaced front two rotors and shaved the rear two rotors. The whole thing cost $460 with a warranty. I just had a refreshing experience at Norco brake and alignment. We were just making sure our 2013 Charger is up to college commuting. I had noticed a slight pulsating with high speed braking. He did an honest check and test drive at no charge. The slight vibration ended up being just a little rotor warpage, nothing to worry about as far as safe braking function. He said if it was his car, he would just wait until the pads needed to be replaced (said they probably had at least 10k miles left) and then turn/resurface the rotors and replace the pads at the same time. I finally had to get my front brakes, rotors, and an alignment done so I brought my car to Roger. The whole process was an excellent experience. From setting the appointment to paying/ picking up my car, I was completely satisfied. I didn't get a big fix here (yet) but was just impressed by the honesty . After getting my catalytic converter fixed next store my truck was still throwing another code . Unfortunately I didn't get the guys name but he came over told me what I needed to do to possibly fix the code . Took the truck home cleaned out the air filter area but was still having issues . Brought the truck here expecting to drop 250-300 in a whole new unit . I pick it up later charged ALOT less then expected and problem was fixed . Spoke with Roger over the phone. Extremely friendly, easy to talk to. Set up an appointment to have my alignment checked the next day. No real waiting area, just some bar stools, but Roger told me to make myself at home. Roger and his team inspected my car and gave me my options. Honest, and never tried to sell me on anything. Long story short, my alignment was difficult to straighten because of how some German cars are built. I insisted, but he ended up not charging me anything. Roger is not in it to make a quick buck from you. And those kind of mechanics are very hard to come by. read more

Took my wife's car to Norco Brake & Alignment for a brake service. My wife mentioned the steering wheel shakes when she steps on the brake. So I took the day off and have her drive my car to work and I bring her car in for service. We are new to the area so don't know of any places so I just checked around for auto shops on Yelp. Norco Brake & Alignment is close (5 mins away) and has all good reviews so I gave it a try. I couldn't be happier to have found this place. All the good reviews are right on about this place. Staff are friendly and most important of all, honest. Roger gave me an estimate for the brake service and it's a very fair price. He said it would take about 1.5-2hrs, so I just went and hang out at the Del Taco across the street. Roger call me back in less than 2hrs and said they are all done. Total damage is less than the initial estimate which I thought was very fair already, so I am a happy camper. Honest, dependable and knowledgeable employees. Came in after being told by someone at another car service place that I needed to get my alignment checked. They drove my car around, checked my tires and stated that everything looked and felt great and that to "save your money" and wait another couple hundred miles to check again. I'm new to the area but def glad I stopped by here: No appointment, which was great because my brakes were not going to take anymore abuse Roger really walked me through the process - he even showed me the old front and rear brakes. He wanted to make sure I knew what I was paying for Was going to offer me a ride home because that was the only car in the family. Unfortunately I lived a bit far :p Before I knew how long the job was, I asked him how long he thought it might be because I had to pick up the kiddos. The guys got me out in an hour and a half! Hi, this post is long over due. I just wanted to share my positive experience with Roger at Norco Brake & Alignment. So I am new to the area and I came on Yelp to check out where to start. I found positive reviews on Roger and his business. I called made an appointment and I have to agree with all of the positive posts. Especially with the other ladies that said: Roger is honest and professional. He shows you the parts he replaced and does not try and sell you things you don't need. He is reliable and I already went to him twice. First time I went to get my brakes done. Second time to get my 14 year old clutch replaced. Roger had to keep my car a couple of more days and he didn't charge me more than what he had quoted me. He also did me a huge favor and replaced the inner liner on front bumper which I could not get at the pick-a-part myself. Extremely happy and I definitely recommend Roger for your automotive needs. Brake pads and rotors charged me $400 bucks for a 2000 lincoln town car. It is not only the money issues but the pretty good feedbacks problems. Don't always trust the feedbacks. The guy lost his patient and said he could put all the things back when I expressed a doubt about the prices. In a word, feedbacks may be too good to be true. read more

Called and spoke with roger about a situation that I was experiencing when I stepped on my brakes He told me to come in and he would take a look and give me an estimate. Took car in and he told me my brake pads looked good it sounded like brake routers needed resurfacing. He could do that in an hour and hopefully that would correct the problem. I made an appt for the next day and waited while he did the resurfacing. It took less than an hour and he explained the job to me along the way Showing me the before and after routers. For some odd reason I never had any signs of my back breaks going out. One day I heard a grinding noise and it got worse a few days later. I was in need for new brakes and ran a Google search. This place came up with 5 stars. I stand by all the reviews. Roger was very informative and fair. Everything was completed in a timely manner. Not only did he replace my brakes and rotors, he asked if he could change my turn signal light because he noticed it was out and wanted to save me from getting a ticket at no additional charge. So thoughtful! After the service was performed, he took the time to educate me on what my brakes looked like and what was causing the noise. I was experiencing tremendous "wobbling" each time I applied the brakes, especially at highway speeds. When I brought the van in for brake work, it was suggested that I might need a full brake job. I said that the pads should be fine, and had them inspect the brakes. I was told that everything was fine and that all I needed was to have the rotors ground.
