Elias is great. Very knowledgeable, kind, and will tell you and show you exactly what your vehicle needs. I went for a coolant flush just to find out that several of my coolant hoses were about to crack. He even showed me how bad they were and told me it was best to replace them immediately to avoid leaks, overheating and damage to the engine. The parts came right away and he replaced them pretty quick. Thanks Elias, I recommend this shop for European vehicles. UPDATE: Robert made me cry today, January 22, 2021 because he just had a major temper tantrum telling me to leave "I blew it" and "he doesn't have customers with that attitude". All because Robert and his people didn't do their job and didn't have me fill something out and sign something. As I was leaving and getting in to my LYFT that's when Robert decided to tell me I needed to sign something. Not when I was putting floor mats in my car for 20 min, not when i was waiting for 20 min for my LYFT, not when I asked if I should leave the keys in the car and not when I arrived at 9:45. And because I am short on cash I let out "Jesus Christ" under my breath. Robert should know it's more money to have a LYFT wait for you not to mention the extra $100 for a hotel room I paid this morning for an extra day because I'm living in a hotel; I paid 2x what I normally pay because I couldn't pay for a week at the weekly rate. I need to move to another hotel. Today is my 28th day and they don't let you stay past 28 days. I told Robert I lost my car (2019 RAV-4) my home (3- bedroom home and my DAD my last living relative to COVID (crying again) and all he had to say was, in a snotty voice, "we all have problems". Losing a family member to COVID is not a "we all have problems" type of thing. And...Yes I know we all have problems and COVID is a World Pandemic that we haven't seen in over a 100 years as well as lasting a year, however, COVID is a bit different than a flat tire or a traffic ticket or a stolen wallet. Robert please take anger management classes and get yourself together because you are different than the first time I went to your shop 8 months ago for an oil change. I am guessing COVID has affected you in ways you are not acknowledging. Just remember your customers are NOT psychic. I figured you and your staff knew what they were doing. Don't take whatever you have going out on your customers. You just lost a lot of business because that 1997 Ford Taurus station wagon is going to need a lot of work and not just brake pads. Thanks for "taking care of me". btw I went to another shop where I had my oil changed and they know what customer service is all about. They drove me to Target instead of making me pay for a LYFT. I have been going here for about years off and on. Aparently, they are under newanagement. They charged me $125 to plug the code reader in and did not want to apply that to the work. After arguing they agreed to apply only $50 to the work. Decided to let them keep the $125. Never going back. read more

I've been going here for a few years now, with multiple cars. Robert was the one the always helped me. I guess he had a falling out with the owner is no longer there. He left when I had my motorhome there to be fixed and I was told to come pick it up because Robert was the only one who could work on it. Then I brought my daughters Nissan in because it was overheating. Mac(?) said the water pump was leaking so he replaced it and the thermostat. He also replace the timing belt because it was bad. $800! When he showed me the old belt there was nothing wrong with it. When I got home I pulled out my old receipts and found that Robert had replaced it less than a year ago. Then the next day the car started overheating again. Mac told me to bring it back and they replaced the thermostat again but couldn't find anything else wrong with it. Two days later the car was still overheating. Brought it back and Mac tells me that because the radiator fan wasn't coming on when the A/C was switched on that's why it was overheating. Also, the A/C fan switched stopped working. He said he changed the temperature sensor and the blower fan resistor. $100. He complained that he worked for 5 hours on in. When I asked about the radiator fan he said it was working after all, that once it warmed up it came on. (Not what he said originally.) When I picked up the car a piece of window molding between the hood and the door was sticking straight up. He tried to put it back and told me to silicone it down when I got home. After I got the car back, on my way home, I couldn't keep the glove box closed and the shifter indicator in the center console was broken and just flopping around. He tells me to bring it back AGAIN. I ended up just hanging up on him. I'm so tired of their incompetence. I will NEVER use them again. Robert may have been a jerk and temperamental but I never had problems like this. At least I knew my car would be fixed. Please, please do not use these guys. Then don't have a clue as to what they are doing. read more

This is my favorite place to have my oil changed. They have always done a great job, only recommend extra needs when my vehicle actually needs something, reasonably priced and they even dropped me off at work while they changed my oil. I don't bother going anywhere else anymore. read more

This is one of the last honest places that you could go to, where if they tell you something needs to be fixed or replaced, their telling you the truth. Norco Lube & Tune is now my go to place for car repairs. I had another shop that was solidly honest but it was bought out by another shop. I trusted the people at that shop, not the shop itself. Mack, Robert and the crew at Norco Lube & Tune take great care of my vehicles. I usually talk to Robert when I am in and frankly trust what he says. They do get busy so if you just need service I would suggest giving a call and seeing when the best time would be to come in. That is the only issue with Norco Lube & Tune is that they are a fairly small operation and sometimes get a bit backed up. I'm willing to wait for honest and quality work though! read more

They are rude and poor customer service, I went to repair my tired, they said that can not do it, I asked for change the tire for my spare tire and the gay say sure but you have to pay, I said OK, but after change the spare tire they charge 30 dollars, It is ridiculous I told him: what? you only change the tire, but he answeredme it is my time.. . If 0 stars was an option I would've gave them 0 stars. Save your money and time, take your car or truck somewhere that someone actually wants the work and values you as a customer. Typically I go to the dealership for a simple service, but I wanted to support a local Norco small business. I set up an appointment 5 days before hand and as I show up the owner is closing his doors. I told him that I had setup an appointment at 4:30pm and he tells me he can't service my truck because he had somebody call off. That is fine - I understand that happens, however, the owner didn't even bother to call me ahead of time to let me know. I left early from work to make this appointment and the owner had no sympathy and blew me off. This is not the way to run a business - I could have brought my other 2 vehicles and been a customer for life, but unfortunately for the owner he will miss out. We've been here a few times for our regular oil changes and the service has always been excellent....done when they say and always really nice. None of the upselling you get at other chain stores, they are honest and just tell you how it is. Each time I've been in, there have been items they have told me will need service, but not quite yet, but wanted me to know to keep an eye on it. The service today is what made me stop and take the time to write a review. It's 102 out and my mom's car broke down around the corner and I was over an hour away. I called Norco Lube and Tune to ask if it was ok for AAA to tow it there. During the conversation I realized I also had to find her a ride home because I didn't want her to be out in the heat any longer than she already was. The staff said no problem, they would take care of it, and took her home. I really appreciated the extra service they gave us. Norco is a great community. Thanks Guys!!!! read more

THIS PLACE ROCKS..........Had contaminated gas in my diesel truck.....not knowing, drove about 5-7 miles.
