I met the most amazing pharmacist today named Casey. It was like the movie, 'A Miracle On 34th Street' moment. My husband is disabled & two weeks ago I took him to his doctor at Scripps Clinic. They ordered some special medication for him & said they sent it to our CVS pharmacy. For two weeks we've been getting the run around, with all kinds of excuses from the doctor's office to the pharmacy. Bottom line is we STILL don't have the medication. I called Casey today for the first time & he found the medication on Amazon!! The medication will be here on Thursday. This pharmacist went above & beyond. I can't tell you how impressed I am Casey actually told me he tasted My Cats medication and while it wasn't great, there were ones that were a lot worse. I tasted it and it really wasn't bad at all. Needless to say, I mixed it in with a little cat food and my cat ate it right up. Rhys, my cat, is going through a battle with some internal infections and Casey actually knew what they were, he delivered for free after closing, and met my cat Rhys. I'm going to transfer any prescriptions I have for my other cats over to Nordahl. What an absolutely great business. read more

This is a great little pharmacy. The staff is so friendly and they refill prescriptions fast. We were coming here for our cat's prescription, and when they found out she'd passed away, they sent us a sympathy card. It was really thoughtful and meant a lot. read more

5 Stars isn't enough. Tuan is the best. He went way above and beyond to help me get the right prescription for my Hormones. Trust me when I say my family and staff are happy too. Menopause is a killer and for the last 4 months I was switched to a different mixture because another Pharmacy (Drugco), lied to me and said that Estroil was banned by the FDA list for the last 4 months. And needless to say it wasn't working for me. Tuan worked with my Dr. and even went to my old old Dr. from years prior as my current Dr. office had their computers down and couldn't look it up. I was recommended to NORDAHL PHARMACY by my dog's Vet NORDAHL PET CLINIC (also incredible) for compounding her medicine. I was so happy because the owner/pharmacist Twan is so friendly, so knowledgeable, so accommodating and helpful and he takes the time to explain everything to you so you can understand. The compound came out very palatable so finally Sofi was happy to take medicine she needed. I couldn't say enough good things about Nordahl Pharmacy and the customer service is superb AND he also delivers! Steve- do you by chance work for Costco or Walmart? They may be good, but there is absolutely no need to bash Nordahl Pharmacy! They are what a real pharmacy should be- he cares about his customers, not just the profit. The pharmacist who helped us the morning of Tuesday August 16 was very kind and patient. I had my two young boys with me and he was friendly to them, much appreciated. I found this pharmacy on Yelp, needing to pick up a mouthwash prescribed for my son and finding that Costco wasn't open yet. I'm glad it wasn't! This was so much faster, easier, and a pleasant experience. We will be back whenever we have the need; wish we could utilize it for more of our prescriptions. read more

He is friendly, knowledgeable and willing to answer all questions. The location is not convenient for me so he offered and delivered my prescription without any additional fee. Picked up a prescription for my grandpa and was very impressed that they do delivery. The pharmacy is nice and clean and they offer so many different products including Ananda Professional CBD oil, in which I got a bottle for myself to try. This is a new business who sent out Postcards indicating they would open for business on July 15, 2019. The Postcard stated customers would "Receive a $15 Gift Certificate for transferring your prescriptions!" The Postcard also stated: "Call for more details 760-501-0030." I called them this morning and after being put on a brief hold spoke to someone who said he was the Pharmacist. I asked him to please give me prices on 2 med's. These are NORMAL medications that all pharmacies are required to have as they are REQUIRED to sustain life! In other words, this was NOT an out of the ordinary request. He said his "Internet was down" and couldn't give me prices. I told him this is phony as I am a computer expert (which is true) and also his Pharmacy HAS TO HAVE PRICES OFFLINE. Either computerized or printed out. He wanted to call me back but I wouldn't give him my phone. Here's why.. both Costco and Walmart give prices over the phone for standard drugs. Both Costco and Walmart are RELIABLE sources! And this is a BIG deal. This means that a Pharmacy MUST have the medicine ALWAYS in stock. It must be able to take prescriptions from a doctor via a Fax or email. It must work with most insurance companies. It must have competitive pricing. Finally it must be open with a licensed pharmacist during reasonable hours and give excellent customer service. Right out of the gate this Pharmacy is falling flat. I won't be using them. read more
