    Always crowded, chronically understaffed peppered with undesirables. The pharmacy constantly is trying to push "vaccines" on people, despite being told "no thank you" on numerous occasions. Front end staff have shown signs of embarrassment when asked "why do you guys keep asking me this?" Not their fault I suppose. After my last visit I finally pulled the trigger and moved my script fulfillment needs to a local pharmacy.

    Finally got my prescription after 24 hours!!

    Had my prescription sent here on Friday. Says it would be ready at 7PM (what!)....at 7PM...wasn't ready....ended up picking it up at 1PM Saturday....when I arrived it was certainly busy...BUT...the guy who was ringing me up was trying to help me and three others and it ended up taking a loooooong time. If he would have helped us each individually it would have gone so much faster. What a mess that area is in the store. It's not that hard people....very disappointing. I will not use them after this latest debacle.

    2023 downgrade. It's been 10 years since I've last reviewed this CVS. Unfortunately, for most of these 10 years, I've kept using CVS as my primary prescription pickup place. It wasn't until recently that I realized that CVS has been ripping me off, ripping all of us off. These days, you have to use online coupons here to get reasonably priced medication. Of course they don't tell you that. A coupon is the difference between $90 for a prescription vs. $500 for the exact same prescription. I've found better deals at Vons and Walmart, so you really need to shop around. This location, in particular, has gone so far downhill that pretty much everything is locked down because of theft. That may be times we live in, but when you need a $3 item and there is nobody to help unlock something, it's infuriating. tip- If their system states that an item is stock but you can't find it, try looking around the same area in the wrong spot. This is another issue I've had with this place.

Active ingredients are the same but the generic has preservatives that can land me in a hospital and near death. The prescription from the Dr had dispense as written (DAW) / do not substitute. The pharmacist filled with the generic. I explained that the script had a DAW b/c of my severe allergy and I needed the brand. They apologized and reverted to the brand. Next time they filled it again with the generic even tho it had a DAW. This time I was furious. Twice they could have literally killed me. And the pharmacist had the nerve to say that it is not the pharmacist but that corporate implemented a system that fills with the cheapest medication. I explained that I work in the biz and the pharmacist is required to verify the medication with the script before filling and after filling. The pharmacist argued and said the system does it and it is outside of their control and that the active ingredient is the same so there should be no concern. Well - the concern is the preservatives that are in the generic but NOT in the brand. Can you believe this - i am arguing with the pharmacist about the ingredients after working thru this with my dr already???? What is the point of having a pharmacist if the system does what the system is programmed to do? What about medication safety? There is no accountability and no responsibility. This is like me saying I am behind the wheel of a self driving car and when it crashes it is the car and not me. How and why would I not take control of a car if it is going to crash and I have the ability to mitigate a crash. I am flabbergasted. If CVS has no safety controls why would I continue with this pharmacy? I am switching pharmacies. If you prefer to stay with this pharmacy please understand what your Dr is prescribing and check your scripts to avoid safety concerns. Do not be afraid to stand up for yourself. Know the risks with this location. I no longer trust this location - risks are too high for me. CVS has lost me as a customer - period! I will look for a different prescription fulfillment company for my own peace of mind. Costco is around the corner and I am sure I can find others.

My phone was very quietly playing a prerecorded staff meeting that was time sensitive for me and she became very rude telling me to go and sit down and became very argumentative when I tried to explain that it was not a call. The volume was very low and did not interfere with our interactions and I was giving her my full attention and was not even looking at the screen. There are much more polite ways to address a customer if you believe they are breaking a store policy. As a RN myself, I am appalled by the dismissive and disrespectful tone she spoke to me with and cannot fathom treating anyone in my care the way she treated me. She continued to berate me as I turned and walked away from the pharmacy desk. When I told my husband the story later he knew exactly who I was talking about because she has also treated him poorly. There are many pharmacies in our community. I would recommend going somewhere else where you will be treated with dignity and respect because this pharmacist lacks the skills to do so. It's disappointing to know that someone in her position feels entitled to treat the people she is employed to help with such blatant insolence.

    If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. I am in Menopause, so that's bad enough. They lied…read moreand told me that the FDA stopped allowing me to get the mixture of Estrogen that my DR has been giving me for 4 years. They said I needed to get the Dr to change it. They said that Estoril was on the banned list. My Dr changed to just Estradiol. Well it wasn't working for me at all. My Dr asked me to get the mixture they had been giving me so he can come up with something else and do the research. Drugco fought me on giving me the mixture, mind you it is not a proprietary blend. The only reason My Dr couldn't' look it up is they were part of the Palomar Hack and couldn't get into old records. I explained this and they kept saying NO. I finally said don't make me be one of those that go viral. I have a right to know what you were making and I was putting into my body, regardless of my Dr. asking. Finally they called the owner. Then another guy came up and wrote down the mix. Turns out he wrote down something that wasn't true. I switched to another pharmacy, and guess what Estoril is NOT banned. That pharmacy even sent me the FDA Banned list and Tuesday of next week I will have WHAT WAS WORKING for me. From the new Pharmacy: The percentage of the Biest 2.5mg Drugco told you was wrong. You can't mix it the way they told you. You have two choices. I called the Dr. as their computers are back up and It's 80% Estriol-2mg and 20% Estradiol-0.5mg. I will have them ready on Tuesday for you. They put my health at risk, for what? Not enough profit. You lied to me about it being banned and then lied about the %'s Heck my benefits don't even pay for this. I pay out of pocket and it is not cheap. I will yell at the top of my lungs at how wrong this was to do to someone. Those that suffer from Menopause can understand. BAD BUSINESS. They own other shops so i recommend you don't do business with ANY OF THEM. AKA Good Neighbor Pharmacy®. Shame on you for putting my health in danger.

This was done in the Target app. I received a notification that the order was ready and to click a button to let them know I was coming - only the button then took me to a screen that said that no order was there to be picked up. Again, screen 1 says that the order is ready for pickup, screen 2 says that no order is there. So, I get in my car, drive to the store and go to customer service. I third in line, waiting for a woman with a cart full of Christmas decorations to return each and every item in the cart - all of which were obviously used. The poor clerk was alone and was struggling to scan all this stuff while she was shuffling through her receipts trying to find the correct receipt. Totally outrageous, she decorated her place for free, returning all this stuff. No surprise stuff is expensive when there are abusers of the system like this. Meanwhile more and more people lined up behind me. When it was my turn at the counter, the clerk had to leave the counter to go to their stockroom to get my stuff. By then there were probably 15 people waiting. So, something broken in the app and way too generous return policies lead to bad service. We all pay for this nonsense.

Shopping center is right in front of Costco, and has Kohl's, plus tons of restaurants and smaller shops. Be in the watch for people doing crazy stuff, because they aren't paying attention. Larger than the Walmart in Escondido, with a slightly different selection. I have to come here when my location is out of stock on something. But they don't carry some of the food that Escondido does, even though they have a larger selection. Lots of self-checkout stations, although they often close a few down to limit the number of people scanning at one time. I had an issue with a coupon on a product not scanning, and the the employee overseeing the self-check was very helpful.

This sparked a strange dialog which revealed that he was thinking of saying something to me and blaming me before I even entered the store. After shopping and exiting the store the trash is still there on the ground (see photo). I have never bought popcorn nor was I eating it lol. Why accuse someone of something they didn't do at the entrance of your store? There are many cameras and witnesses. Why not apologize in the beginning instead of saying/pretending that "you did"......? Are employees here like this?
