My husband is disabled & two weeks ago I took him to his doctor at Scripps Clinic. They ordered some special medication for him & said they sent it to our CVS pharmacy. For two weeks we've been getting the run around, with all kinds of excuses from the doctor's office to the pharmacy. Bottom line is we STILL don't have the medication. She denied my Rx even though she was holding both my prescription's in her hand with total $ due- told me I had to wait 20 more minutes for her to re-verify the amounts due. Rather than politely explaining the situation to me she was very rude, I told her I was in a lot of pain, and she told me I could just go fill the Rx elsewhere.
