I realized it was cut and left raw edge - very messy and not aligned with the under layer. As it gathered when I walked down the aisle it had a squared edge instead of being round, not what it used to be so I'm not sure why that was changed. A few of the bustle strings weren't connected, so my dress couldn't bustle on one side and it ruined my first dance. And I found several pins and loose strings throughout it while putting it on. So triple check your dress at pickup and before wedding day.

I've used like 10 other dry cleaners and no one is as good as Power Cleaners! Also, Power Cleaners offers a pickup and delivery service which we use all the time. They deliver/pickup from a large geographic area so even if you live farther away like in Newport Beach, you can still get their service super easy without leaving your home. For those males who like to be business fashionable during work, my entire story is below. Hopefully it helps with making your decision whether to call Nana or not. I gave her a call on a Sunday and set an appointment for a pants hem and shirt altercation. I have body measurements that require very custom measurements. In order to be able to breathe during work, I need at least a 15.5 to 16 neck size shirt, but the sides, bottoms, and pretty much everything else is just a mess. The shirt in question was a brand name shirt I bought at the mall at a discount. The only thing that fit was the neck, everything else was just ugggh =( I have gone to other brick and mortar altercations before that would charge me up the woozah for all the changes needed for the shirt. With Nana, she did a quick assessment and immediately went to work. The entire process felt very friendly and one on one. My sides, sleeves, bottoms, everything pretty much needed to be done. On top of that, the style of the buttons on the sleeves made it one of the more advanced altercations needed. However, Nana's prices were fantastic given the attention to detail and service she provided. All the altercations to the shirt itself usually would have cost me over 50 by itself at other altercation locations. But Nana gave me a discount and with the hem altercations on the pants, the total still came to 40 total. She told me she needed a few days, but I told her my new work started in three days and she catered to my needs. I picked up within two days and the work was fantastic. I could not have asked for better. When I consider those 100% made to fit stores that charge at least 100 for a quality shirt, then I consider that I can just buy quality fabric shirts at my neck size and discounted and bring them to Nana.... I will def choose Nana every time. I plan on bringing a few more shirts over sometime within the next few weeks. TLDR: Nana is a joy to work with. Fantastic work.
