The most impressive thing was their customer service. I asked to try on a dress and pair of wedges .By the time I made it to the dressing room they had delivered the shoes in my size to the room. What? That never happens. It does here with their friendly and fast customer service I can see why this shop was hopping. Lines moved fast for check out and they were so apologetic of the wait even though it was less than 5 min. Great value for your cha ching. Absolutely will be back!!

One of them was folding clothes and asked if she could start a fitting room for me and gathered my items all together. The other worker that was super friendly was the one that was in charge of the fitting rooms. She made helpful suggestions and even helped me find a smaller size in some of my items. I came on a weekday around 5:30 PM and was pleased with the attentiveness of the workers and the items I purchased!

This is now one of their flagship locations. While I don't shop at Lululemon very often, I had seen the store upgrades broadcasted all over social media and when one of the run clubs that I follow had a one day activation partnership, I decided to pay a visit. The store itself is nice. The ceilings are high, they have a lot of products, including a range of sizes, and there are many fitting rooms equipped with plenty of mirrors, leaving no wait in line. The not so nice thing about this location was the behavior of the staff. Almost everyone working in the store seemed like they were 16 years old. The age isn't an issue, but while I was trying on a few items, I could hear them laughing and making jokes to themselves over their head sets. It just felt kind of unprofessional. I honestly don't really shop in store any more so this might not be exclusive to this location but it wasn't the best.

The only flaw I experience on this visit was when I ask a question about exchanging the stone only the stone with the ring not the product itself but maybe you sometime later I will probably want to switch out the stone for the month of October birth months. it is the only month that have two birthstones. I asked her the tool that she used to secure the stone in the ring. Would it be the same tool to remove it a simple yes or no would have done great but she gave me about half a dozen answers that did not answer the question she was like where is your ring? You could do what you want. I did not sense attitude with this answer, but I'm fully aware of that and that is not what I asked. After a few back-and-forth, I finally got an answer which made the experience a little awkward. But nonetheless, I'm really happy with my purchase. The second item was the birthday 25% off necklace, which I had buyer remorse with that I never wear. It is in the original packaging with the original tags and the same box that I got it last year and they have the same offer as before, but they kind of tweet the necklace a little bit last year it was tiny hearts around a necklace that's kind of like a choker this year is no hearts. Andy is also a quiet but highly effective manager whose attention to detail and commitment to maintaining standards are evident throughout the store. He is personable, thorough, and clearly invested in creating the best possible shopping experience for customers. One manager frequently refers to customers as "friend." While I understand the intent may be to sound welcoming, I found the term disingenuous given my experience with this individual. Rather than feeling valued, I often felt marginalized during our interactions. Although I experienced a few unpleasant interactions with certain associates, including a former assistant manager and back room bullies, my more recent visits have been much more positive. It would also feel more inclusive if hiring at this store were more diverse to reflect a more balanced demographic. The store can become extremely busy during sales events. Unfortunately, this is a high crime area. I have witnessed instances of brazen shoplifting, including women loading baskets and running out the door with large quantities of merchandise. I hope the store's security systems and surveillance efforts help deter this behavior and catch these criminals.
