This is my hometown Nordstrom Rack. I was very excited when it first opened because I no longer had to drive all the way down to Topanga location. The only reason I take down 1 star is that it is half the size and has half the stuff of Topanga. Other than that, it is a decent store. They do have some good stuff sometimes, especially in accessories. I like that during the holidays there is a separate line for returns, because it gets super busy at times. Highly recommend coming on weekday mornings, as it is not busy, and it's your best chance of finding some good products. There is also a vast amount of parking which is very convenient. read more

This Rack is way smaller then the Woodland Hills Rack . The clothing section for men , woman's and kids isn't the best. It's a mini rack. Updated: I actually love this Rack , since it's smaller It's more organized than other Racks . I just stopped by the local Nordstrom Rack to make a quick return for my dad and it was such an easy process--especially since we're nearing the holidays! I came during my lunch break which probably made a huge difference but unlike other Nordstrom Rack locations, there is no separate line for returns but since there were about 5 receptionists, I was in and out of there within five minutes. Meh! Everything in here was ugly to me except some shoes. I ended getting some tights for my outfit tomorrow and some hair ties. They did have some cute robes and jammies, but all the other clothes were definitely not my style. I prefer the one in Woodland Hills much better. Customer service was good no complaints there. Underwhelming selection of shoes and clothes. The handbag section is very nice, but I feel like this place is a bit limited in comparison to the one in Burbank and Woodland Hills. Hard to track down an employee wo going all the way to the register. The store is not very organized. Clothes are all mixed up when it comes to sizes and I don't think anyone has organized and tidied up the jewelry section in a while. Not my favorite Nordstrom Rack, but I give them 1 star for great location, 1 star for great parking, and 1 star for the handbag selection though still limited in designer items. read more

Located in the up and coming mini mall structure where you will have an AMC and a fifty fifty, this is a great location to get your shopping done and grab a bite and a movie afterwards. You will find some awesome deals from clothes to shoes and even other side items. This is a very small Nordstom Rack...with that being said it's still well stocked. The staff during my last trip was amazing. They were packed busy with their reopening sale after the pandemic. I couldn't find my card and was having other issues as well. Seth the cashier was super helpful and patient . He had to call the manager Raquel for assistance... she was delightful as well. Once in a while I like to check out Nordstrom Rack and see if I can score any deals on brand names. I've been to this a couple of times and it's decent. Good selections of stuff from clothes to shoes to home goods. I always love checking out the shoes because it can be hard finding my size (I'm a size 5-6) anywhere else and the prices are pretty great, even more when on clearance! I've scored cute Uggs and multiple Nike shoes. I've also gotten a few tops and dresses. They have great deals on jeans too. You just need to take the time to look around! Also, if the line is long (and it usually is) go and try looking for an associate on the floor and ask them if they can check you out instead. Sometimes they do! It saves so much time! read more

Came to do a return wanted to get cash back since I paid with my debit card so that I'm not swiping my card again if I do end up finding the top I wanted to exchange the worker with the red pink hair and manager with bangs / glasses made such a big deal about" ohhhhh no we don't give cash back " doesn't matter the type of payment. The worker the proceeded to tell me was my word not good enough for you , the manager had to tell you the same thing i just told you. Extremely rude. read more

This store was supposed to open March 7. It finally opened in May. I was really looking forward to having a rack in my neighborhood. Took my mom for Mother's Day and guess what? They don't sell our size. I am a rack enthusiast and even go to them while on vacation and I've always found my size. I was pretty shocked that they don't have it here. I am plus size and spend a lot at the rack. I guess I will just have to keep driving to Woodland Hills, Burbank and Glendale. Please bring in plus sizes! read more

Terrible service, went into buy some shoes and was charged 132 because she said "it wasn't going thru"just because a employee named Elaina or whatever double charged me. Nordstrom please train your employees how to correctly charge a customer only once. I had to call my bank to report fraud and got my money back. Horrible customer service. I went in to return something and there was a lady that was being helped and 2 associates just talking and laughing. So I was waiting and it took a pretty long time because the customer in front of me had a lot to return. Finally, she was done and it was my turn but the sales associate had to print some labels so I had to wait some more, and the 2 associates that were talking call the next customer over to help him? I like this trendy place granted it doesn't add to Nordstrom's on Wiltshire, but I was pleasantly surprised by all of the little Tochese here but the store could do with more organization I found Bigs in the Small section and. 7 shoe in a 10 section yet it is really nice and you can always go to an AMC movie right next door! read more

This was my first time shopping at Nordstrom Rack. I've heard about the hype for quite a while now, but there was never a close Nordstrom Rack near where I'd previously lived. I was super excited to finally try Nordstrom Rack since I now live 5-10 minutes away from the Porter Ranch location. I had expected it to be like an upgraded Marshall's, but it exceeded my expectations. First, I actually thought there was a good selection of clothing for women. I see that other Yelpers have stated that other locations are bigger...but as for my first time shopping here, I was very content with the selections. I was able to find 2 really cute, high-quality jeans at a very nice price. The only thing I would wish for an improvement is to have more active clothes for women (there was, indeed, a very limited amount. Ross/Marshalls have way more activewear selections at a much affordable price.) But overall, I was able to find clothes at a much higher quality compared to Ross/Marshalls (probably didn't need to explain). Anyhow, my *main* reason for giving this location a 5 star rating is because of its customer's service! I don't know if all Nordstrom Rack stores have a lot of employees, but this location certainly did. You can almost find an employee to help you in almost every corner of the store. Also, all of the employees that I spoke to were really, really friendly and accommodating. I also love how I get to have a lot of autonomy when I enter in and out of the fitting rooms, and the workers don't have to count every single piece of clothing. I certainly didn't feel "judged" at all when entering the fitting room 5+ times (oops!) I just really want to give the managers/staff here some credit because I know it can be difficult to always have a smile on your face and make customers feel welcome. Also, I see that some reviewers stated that this location was a bit messy/unorganized, but I did not get that vibe at all. Maybe I've been shopping at Marshalls too often? I don't know. I'll definitely be back...once I save some more money :) read more

I had an amazing experience with an employee at this location. I was in a rush and decided against a purchase. However, as soon as I arrived home I regretted not making the purchase. The issue was that the store was one an hour away from me, so I couldn't just drive back there. The next morning I called to see what we're my options in purchasing the item. Unfortunately I was informed that there was no way to find the item without me physically going in. I really wanted the item so being insistent, I asked to speak with a manager. More for my piece of mind as I had accepted there was nothing they could do. They connected me with Savanna. She was amazing! She was a breath of fresh air- pleasant, efficient and very helpful. She went above and beyond to assist me. I have come to expect great service Nordstrom, but the service I received was beyond my expectations! Savanna was a delight and really reinforced my belief that Nordstrom AND Nordstrom Rack are unmatched when it comes to customer service. read more

I was excited to learn a store opened in Porter Ranch and decided to check it out. The sizes here are extremely limited. I felt confused by this. This is the only Nordstrom Rack I've seen that doesn't carry all sizes. They need to incorporate plus size. This store is smaller than the one in Woodland Hills but they have a nice selection of purses and women clothing. Also, a huge selection of shoes. I bought myself a Michael Kors backpack here for $114 and normally retails for over $300. They also have Z by Zella and Zella brand workout clothes. Love the greeter by the door, but poor thing, it was so hot out that day. He needs to be indoors. Was there to scope out some wedges, but instead left with 10 pieces of clothing. Thank goodness for the points program! It's the Rack - a new one that just opened in May. Visit was simple and quick. I've only known to Rack locations I didn't like - Long Beach and Chino Hills, both so disorganized and things just all over the place. Good customer service, the personnel a this location know the merchandise well and they also treat customers very well. I was welcomed into the store and was asked several times as I was walking through the store if I needed help or if I was finding everything ok. I don't like the lay out of the store, the merchandise is very strange, I walked through and found NOTHING I liked, which is unusual because I seriously have a retail problem & shop all the time.
