5/18/25 FYI. Flights at the house come in pints. Lol.

5/18/25 Quality/Quantity - My wife tricked me into taking her here... She said a quick in and out... But 2 hours later... Other than Tommy Bahamas, they do not carry the brands I wear any more. One of us is out of the times, lol. Amazingly Marshalls had a few shirts that caught my interest; see other reviews. Might have been the first time, but I still did not buy it as I have too many. So while my wife shops, I just walk around aimlessly. If only the Racks had a bar like your regular Nordstroms! Atmosphere - Good size location. One of the major anchors. Plenty of parking. Well not on weekends. Also be safe due to car break-ins. See pictures and signs. Service - Self service. I just noticed your amazing return policy has been changed to 30 days?!?! Or does the Rack and the regular store have different policies...? Your return policy was the #1 reason we were regular customers in the past. Well, my wife is still a regular. Price - Reasonably priced if you can find what you want. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1901, which started out as a shoe store! 1963 - Added apparel when they acquired Best Apparel of Seattle. 1971 - Company went public. 1973 - Nordstrom Rack launched.

I only came to this Nordstrom Rack because it was right next-door to the Marshalls and was hoping that they would have some variety but that immediately came to another realization... This location has very limited variety for men's clothing. What I mean by that is, the majority of men's clothing were the exact same brands just marketed in different price points. All of the clearance section and discounted sections revolved around the exact same stuff. I ended up purchasing two items that I knew would be reliable, as they were from the lone brand that I've liked from them that I know was of good value and quality but that's doesn't take away that those were like two needles in a haystack. I had to fight to find those two items, and even more was shocked how one of them which used to be a major seller there was like completely discontinued. I do want to praise their staff. They were very friendly, helpful, and had character that definitely made me want to return to see them. I repeat, to see the employees, not shop at this location. I wouldn't say that I had a bad experience here, but it definitely was disappointing and was longer and more frustrating than it needed to be. As a result, I don't know when I will come back here or if I ever will. This Nordstrom Rack gets 3/5.

Tried to look for some Donald J Pliner sandals, but, they didn't have it. Ended up buying 2 shoes for my baby boy!

The Nike clearance outlet has been great the past month if you are looking for their 24/7 pants and…read moreshorts line. I got my first pair of these last year, loved them, and the fact I was able to get some pairs for $40 (more than 50% off regular) is a great deal. Something I learned is to ask the employees to see if they have extra sizes in the back. The shoe selection for the 9.5 wearers has been kinda weak though. While they have more shoes out on the racks, I feel like the hidden gem is harder to find. The shorts, hoodie and crew neck selection has been pretty solid lately as well. I lot of them are in the $19-30 range. My workout shirt wardrobe needed a refresh, I was able to find a bunch for $14-20. As someone who doesn't like paying full price online, this store continues to be a staple whenever I'm in the area. Selfishly I wish they had more golf polos lol

Prices are cheaper, but final sale, so make sure you know what you are buying! This location has come a long way. It is so much nicer than what it was in the past. Actually, it is more organized too and we are in the holiday season! Great job to the management team here. And the off duty SL police officer that used to guard the door is replaced with regular security, has crime decreased? I hope so. Ambiance - Now organized and fully stocked. See pictures. But again, this is a clearance store, so if you find what you want and need, get it now! Service - Self service, but there are plenty of employees. Actually, the team member that helped my daughter went out of the way to go to the back and get her the shoe size she needed, thank you. 5 stars! Price - Inexpensive for this brand! But do keep in mind we are buying clearance products. I think I paid $45 for shoes that normally retails for $110 Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1964. 1964 - Blue Ribbon Sports, Inc. 1971 - Renamed to Nike, the Greek Goddess of Victory. You have an amazing history which is too long to list here. Congrats again.

If you're looking to get Jordan's in the upcoming year, don't waste your time at the shoe Palace. Disgusting to see this if you want to sell shoes to your friends, do it when the store is not open not blatantly right in front of everyone who stood in line all night. There needs to be some serious changes this location diminishes the brand.

What should have been an exciting and rewarding experience for loyal customers turned into something that felt dishonest, disrespectful, and completely unfair. We arrived at the store at 2:00 AM and stood in the cold for hours, doing exactly what we were supposed to do -- waiting patiently in line and respecting the process. We were the second group of 5 at a time allowed to enter the store, and because of that, we believed our chances were fair. Unfortunately, what we witnessed was shocking. Your employees and management allowed friends and acquaintances to bypass the line, enter the store, grab shoes, and leave without waiting like everyone else. When it was finally our turn to purchase, we were told that the sizes we requested were already sold out. What made the situation even more disturbing was an incident involving a woman who had just arrived, aggressively banging on the door. Security attempted to stop her, but she claimed she "knew the manager" and had shoes being held for her. She and a friend were allowed inside and proceeded to purchase at least four pairs of Jordan 11 Gammas each, in multiple sizes, right in front of customers who had been waiting all night. To stand in the cold for hours, be among the first customers, and then be told there are no shoes -- while watching others walk in and buy multiple pairs -- felt like a slap in the face. It was humiliating and incredibly disrespectful. We are frequent Shoe Palace customers, and this experience has genuinely made us question whether we want to continue supporting a company that allows this type of behavior. Many people in that line were upset and disappointed, and rightfully so. If management and staff intended to operate this way, it should have been done before the store opened, not openly and blatantly in front of loyal customers who followed the rules. What happened was unethical, unprofessional, and damaging to your brand. I sincerely hope corporate leadership takes this complaint seriously and investigates the actions of the staff and management at this location. Customers deserve fairness, transparency, and respect -- especially those who show loyalty and dedication. You also had people in line holding a place for themself and bringing 6 others right before store opened and random people walking around the parking lot up to no good. Security guard James was great but you probably should have had more security with such a big shoe release. We really expected better from Shoe Palace. For future drops like this past weekend do not come to this store you will miss out on the shoe drop.
