I went into this store to purchase some Air Force ones in a men size 8... they knowingly gave me the wrong size.... i didn't check the shoe... when I get home to my son in Sacramento ca... the shoe is entirely too big... we check the shoe and it's a 9,5 women. Their selection of kicks are good, but I wouldn't say great because their selection focuses more on hoop kicks. So, if you're looking for SBs, not the place to go. Jordans, lebrons, kobes, you got it. The store itself is pretty spacious and they also have plenty of footwear for kids, women, and those that can rock the stacey adams loafers. Bright, well lit, and clean as a shoe store can get. They also have a really small selection of t-shirts. Usually if you don't see anything there they go across the way to Oxford street (family related?) to find what they're looking for. The people that work there are cool. Always trying to push something and ask what size you are, but that's just the hustle. They wouldn't be doing their job if they didn't ask. Here is my take...if the other chain shoe stores don't have it, chances are this place will. With that said, it allows them to put a price tag on shoes that can be on the high end. You can get a pair of Timb's at Khols for $70, but here, they run you $120. The variety and style of shoes definitely fits the demographic. A little TOO much for me. My shopping there was a huge mistake! I should have known better, they are in wackass Bayfair Mall. Last weekend I went in for shoes. There was an Adidas suit that I wanted. I could try on the jacket but not the pants. Sales rep wanted me to use the hallway for a changing room. NOT. When I told him no way, he told me that if I didn't like the fit I could bring them back. The tall skinny guy that calls me mama told me money back that I would love it. Well, I tried that this morning to no avail. He says they have a no refund policy. Where are the signs? Why did he tell me I could if I couldn't? Anyway Amazon has the same stuff for less than half the cost. There really is a reason people are abandoning brick & mortar stores. Whenever I come here with my friends they say "Hey cousin ..." with their little ascent, they're really friendly but sometimes they can sound pushy with their sales. What I love about this place, is you can bargin for your shoes. I never really noticed the girl section of clothes, so I can't comment on that, either they don't have any or they have a small selection. But whenever I come here its for the Shoes. My significant other went to this store to buy a pair of dress shoes, and he thought they had a lot of nice-looking styles so he asked to try several pairs on. When he politely asked to try on a fifth pair that he was really interested in purchasing, the store manager came out and said "no more, go to Macy's" - rudely, and with no explanation. My significant other is a well-dressed guy with a good job, and would have bought his shoes there had he not been so rudely treated. The only thing I can think of is that he was not taken seriously because he is Latin American and speaks English well but with an accent. I was looking for all white with gum bottom Air Force 1 Hi's, he didn't have them but he said gimme a few days and he got my size 13, just that one pair for me. Only down side is if i ask for a size 13 and in some shoes it runs small, i ask for a 14 and he comes back with the same sz 13. or if they dont have a sz 13 he comes out with a sz 12 trying to see if you will bite. NEVER SHOP HERE!!! First time I went in the owner and the staff were super cool. I asked for a size 9 and they brought me a size 8.5. Only gave me the left shoe which is standard. It felt ok and I bought the shoe. The shoe was on sale marked down from 149 to 115. Took them home and the left shoe was way to small. I took the shoes back and asked for an exchange for another size which they didn't have. He brought out a 9.5 but the shoe was too big so I asked for a refund. Then the owner says he told me I couldn't return them because they were on sale, which he didn't. Besides verbal policies are not legal nor observed in any business. I told him to please just refund my money because the way he kept trying to shove a shoe that didn't fit me on me was upsetting me. He then held up my receipt and said "see" pointing to the part where it says "no cash refund, exchanges only". I'm not sure if he knows that means that a refund must go back on the original form (card) of payment. I kept asking him to explain his policy's so I could better understand and he just kept saying louder and louder "I've been explaining but you won't listen". He processed the refund quickly and all but threw my receipt at me and said "God bless you". I run a business and I would never treat a patron like this. If we want local businesses to thrive, and I do, we must make our services and policies as transparent and accessible as corporations do. I will NEVER go back there. I went every where to find a new pair of boost to buy. I couldn't find a store that had a pair of shoes that I wanted or a place that had my size. I was about to give up then I found this place. The first shoes I asked for was an Ultraboost Uncaged they didn't have my size. Then I asked if they had the Triple White Ultraboost in my size, I believe Georgio was the one that said if they didn't have my size for the second shoes I can get $10 off on the City Socks 2 Ronin that I was looking at. Sadly they didn't have the Triple White in my size but they did have the CS2 in my size and I got a $10 discount. I'm most likely coming back here to get more shoes from them.
