There are toooo many seats too close together. Organize and honor appointments, DON'T over book. Have a front desk person that speaks and reads english well! All these little things adds up to a FAIL! AND your check-in kiosk said that you will text me when ready... That didn't happen. Either fix the computer/sending_device or remove the offer to text when you will be called-in. You have setup your waiting room and front office to fail, and they are fully failing because of corp mismanagement, which adds stress to both the clients and staff. Labcorp Do Better!!! FIX IT!!!

My one star equals zero stars so I can warn people not to go here.

Convinient MD is for urgent care primarily. They do not have space for follow up care therefore SHOULD NOT BE USED FOR WORK RELATED INJURIES!

They sent refill to pharmacy but they didn't tell me it needed a prior authorization. When I called last week, they said they had sent it. Today they admitted they did not send it and that they are so back logged that it takes 6-8 weeks for them to submit prior authorizations for routine refill requests. This is a crazy unacceptable detail, and to make it worse they never told me of the delay. When I asked for a phone number to the leadership team, the PA was done within an hour. Previously I had to call / send portal message 4 times for a refill and was then told they were back up and I should call every time I need a refill instead of using the refill line or portal refill. Why can't they hire adequate staff?

Every person I've interacted with has been friendly, freaking SMILING and seemed genuinely happy to help me. What in the world? When we moved here all I heard was terrible things about SMM (including my husband working for a branch which was pretty downright YUCK). The clinical staff here, the nurse practitioners and doctors have been a flipping DELIGHT. I came in for a general 'help me I've been untreated for 8 months and need to be treated' visit, and then for a small procedure, and am headed back in for another next week - and I'm HAPPY about it. The food is borderline unhealthy, but no one is going to starve. However, the care is exceptional. My mother ended up here at 86 after a major emergency abdominal surgery - she thrived and returned to baseline. After dealing with "regular" (but very fancy) rehab for our father (88) after a fall, we transferred him to NER in a pique of frustration. Staff was fabulous and, most importantly, communicated reality. Dad's outcome was less positive - but NER was honest with us where regular rehab was clearly just stringing us along. We had already paid for a very nice assisted living spot for Dad - and ultimately felt the regular rehab just churned Medicare for money. NER was efficient and honest. They helped with the difficult discussions with Dad about not returning home. If I won the lottery - I would help them build a better facility - but the staff here is top notch.
