VERY DISSATISFIED!!! The owner asked me to bring my computer and we'll have to look at the problem. You're already gotten on my computer from remote access. I also texted him a picture of the error message. I had surgery in screen lock timeout within a few minutes and I wouldn't be able to see my work. The machine is heavy but I brought it in. He corrected to very small issues, calendar pop-ups with alerts, told me to take care of some things I needed. I don't know what that was. I paid him $60 in cash. The problems continued. it took forever to get them back to the remote access. I noticed there was no word that said "save"the change. This happened two more times. I was very frustrated. This tied up my time. I was recovering from surgery and I wasn't thinking. I had already paid him. He led me to the credit card check out and charged me $50. I'm waiting for my card waiting to come in so I can report this.it's his job to figure out why there's a problem. I don't know if he didn't Erie search but slightly that he didn't. I heard someone to do marketing for me and she knew a lot about computers. Fortunately he kept looking on the computer settings and was able to cure the problem. What a great guy to deal with. My 2010 iMac fried recently - probably a power surge (fortunately I had a Time Machine backup). Tork said he could fix it for $265, but said that wasn't a good deal. Instead, he had a source for newer reconditioned iMacs that were vastly superior to mine for not that much more money, and he'd get it running from my Time Machine. A few hiccups as always happen when an operating system is upgraded, plus some no-longer-supported old software - nothing disastrous, and nothing seemingly lost. Plus the newer iMac is far far quicker. This is the second time I've used him, and have been very satisfied both times. Plus he gives a 3-month warranty on his work - what more could one ask for!
