First I must say the Customer Service is off the chain. Both Nick and Blaze are awesome. Picked up my new to me BMW last Monday. They repaired two motor mounts. Car ran great! Here comes Friday and Im sitting at a red light and boom car goes dead. Called AAA first, then called Norgards. Blaze told me to tow it there and if was their fault no issue if not he would work with me. When I arrived they said they would immediately look at the car and if a easy fix no problem otherwise offered me a ride home. About ten minutes later Blaze informed me that my car was repaired. The gas gauge is reversed on BMW so what looked full was empty. There is no E or F on the gauge. I usually fill up on 1/2 tank but due to major repair paid no attention. Blaze put 1/8 tank of gas in car and checked sensors to make sure all was okay. No charge. So if you want a honest, reliable, fair auto mechanic this is the place to go! This was my third time to Norgards , and they were recommended by Michael Cadillac for Saab repairs. My last visit was over a month ago , and I waited to write this review until I had my Saab fixed somewhere else for way cheaper. I brought the car in because it was close to changing the brakes and I expected an estimate of no more than $500. I get a call mid-day and the guy on the phone tells me a quote of $976 for front brakes. I was shocked and said this is a 2006 Saab convertible , my Range Rover Sport I drove in HS's brakes were $1100 @ Hornburg Land Rover in LA, and you're telling me this is an equivalent job?He hesitated and I said can you please read me the itemized list of this estimate. He did , and I could tell he didn't even believe what he was saying. I immediately said thank you for looking the car over I'm gonna pass & come pick it up later today. I hang up and call my Indie Volvo/Saab mechanic in LA and he first asked where I was , then said no thats crazy I would charge $476. And thats all I needed to hear , so I did more research and found another reputable shop near Fresno that quoted me way cheaper then this quote. DO your research and just don't settle on the first estimate , I can get lazy and just go with my first option. But this didn't make sense & I was not going to pay $900 for brakes. I was resourceful and ended up paying $400 for the exact same job. The other three visits they offered reasonable quotes and were extremely prompt. In response to your comment: Thankyou Blaze for getting back to me I really appreciate it. I took my Saab in for new front brakes and knew that the pulsating sensation I felt had to be from the front brakes. When I got a call back from your shop with the estimate I was confused because I was quoted $976 immediately and was told the rear brakes needed to be done too to complete the job. I wasn't told the condition of my rear brakes just that this was the only option to get this job done. I took my car to two other shops after this experience and was actually told the front were the only ones I should replace , and that doing the rear brakes would just be throwing money at it. And these were reputable shops. So in the end I got a fabulous job done , exactly what I brought the car in for and what it needed. And not advised into paying for something that my car didn't need done at all. The brakes feel better than they did before & I saved over $500. read more

I've been taking my three vehicles, Sequoia, Cruze and a Silverado to Norgards for years and have always been happy with their services. More recently my cruze needed work to stop coolant leakage. After driving it for a few days the problem returned. When I called Blaze he said bring it and we'll fix it no charge! That's what I expected but I didn't have to say it first. Gave them call after a referral. Brought my car in and dropped it off. Went home and noticed a $170 diagnosis charge which was never once mentioned. A $170 diagnosis is on the high side but normally rolled into the repair so I didn't make an issue of it (techs deserve to compensated for the time the spend on your car even when they're not repairing it if you're not going ultimately do the work with them). Called me 5 days later to tell me the repair would cost: $400 for the part and $100 for the labor and none of the $170 diagnosis would be rolled in. The part retails for $140 and the repair took me 6 minutes to do (the video online was real-time 6 minutes as well). In other words, they were trying to mark up the part 185% *from retail* and I was being charged about $600 an hour for labor. After all that, they misdiagnosed the problem so even the $170 diagnosis was worthless. One star because: (1) they were trying to take advantage of me with those astronomical markups for labor and parts; (2) even at those prices, they couldn't diagnose it correctly. read more

As a female, I feel comfortable taking in my car to Norgards because I KNOW they will NOT try to rob me blind by making me buy unnecessary parts for my car. He is honest and he is efficient. Went there to have a leak in the front end repaired on my SUV. They 'fixed' the rear axle instead!! also, they don't protect your vehicle if left overnight. A center cap was stolen off one wheel. They quoted a 2 hour estimate at $105.00 an hour and instead charged me $200 more for the job. I didn't find out about the front end leak not being repaired until the car wash reported the same leak as they had reported prior to the visit to Norgards. Also, they cannot be counted on to be at work at a reasonable hour in the morning. Still not on the job at 9:00 am one morning. read more
