Our work van got broken into overnight and we had various jobs scheduled out where we would need it fixed and ready to go within a day or two. I called at least 8 places who all had waitlists of at least 2 weeks to get it in and worked on. As the time passed and more and more calls were made I was getting really nervous of the predicament we were going to be in. My co-worker stated she has used this place before to give them a shot and they were able to take it in right away, assess and fix it the same day!!! What a relief. The first time I came here, I was met with friendly, professional service. Had a leak in my radiator, and they got it fixed in a timely manner. It was a five star experience. The second time I came here was an utter disaster. I came to get an oil change, brake inspection for the squeaking I was hearing, and alignment. They told me my car would be ready by that afternoon. The entire day goes by, and I got no call. So I called the place, wanting to see what was up. The place was closed but luckily some guys were there working overtime, and I was able to come in. The oil change was done, I was informed about what happened to my brakes, but the alignment wasn't done. Whatever, I'll go somewhere else for that. Just let me get my car back! So I came in to get my car, paid, and started driving away. Guess what? My radio was not working. Okay.... I drove right back and they looked at it, but this was not a quick fix. They told me to come back tomorrow. I came back the next day to get it fixed. The guys were really understanding and they took the time to take apart my radio area. They fixed it and were really cool about it. My next experience there will decide if they go up a star or down a star. If they pull that shit again, I'm never going back. I had some serious problems with my truck this week and had to get towed by AAA to the nearest certified mechanic. My truck was towed to Circle Automotive and it turned out to be an answer to prayer. The shop was already closed but John was there and let me keep my truck in the garage overnight so he could work on it the next day. My truck was potentially in really bad shape and it was the fault of the oil changers. John was kind, honest, and sooooo helpful in explaining the whole situation to me. He handled everything so professionally. In the end, my truck was fixed and now John and the lube shop will be referring customers to each other's businesses. I've been taking my car to these guys for years. They do an excellent job and the go the extra mile when they can. I had to have the heads replaced on my car, they topped off the fluids, and put in a new radiator and only charged me for replacing the heads. One morning, my van's battery light came on and I was told by a service member at a local auto parts store that their diagnostic tool was reporting that the alternator on my 2008 Honda Odyssey was not working. At the time of this writing, their website shows M-F hours of operation to be 7:00am-5:00pm. The tech (Brian) showed up at 7:45 to open shop. The front office door indicates M-F hours of 7:30-5:30. Not only was it frustrating to wait around for 45 minutes, but it caused my family significant inconvenience. (Interestingly, their company slogan is "Honesty with Integrity." Nice, but meaningless if it's not backed up by action.) I was so frustrated and upset that I had just called AAA to send a tow truck to take my vehicle to another shop. Then the tech showed up, and he talked me into leaving my car there, offering a waiver of the diagnostic fee, a discount on labor, or a voucher for an oil change. Most repair shops waive the diagnostic fee if they end up doing the work, so that incentive didn't really have much value. Brian ended up giving me a fair discount on labor, did a little extra work at no charge, prioritized my repair job and got it done sooner than expected, and used quality name brand parts without being asked. Since I'm a AAA member, they extended their standard warranty from 6 mos./6,000 miles to 24 mos./24,000 miles full parts and labor. The receptionist was very friendly and positive, and Brian was accommodating, knowledgeable, and professional, and did seem honest. Nobody's perfect, so the late opening is understandable and forgivable. . Circle Automotive demonstrated integrity in the way they treated me and they "made it right." Based on my experience today, their slogan "Honesty with Integrity" seems appropriate. They turned a disgruntled customer into a satisfied one, and I will definitely give them more business in the future. i had a get a repair on my car and called around to a bunch of places. this was the cheapest i found (to replace my water pump). they squeezed me in towards the end of the night even though i had made an appointment for earlier in the day, had something come up, and forgot to call them to reschedule. after it was fixed, someone, i think the owner, showed me a replaced part and how it had been leaking. then he recommended i replace my wiper blades (which i know i need to do) and suggested i replace the whole blade and not just get a refill and he showed me how to do it and he didn't expect me to buy it from them. so they seem honest, knowledgeable, accomodating, have low prices, and they offer a 5% AAA discount read more

I took my car here to repair the strut and coil spring assembly on the front wheel that another repair shop failed to repair by only replacing some of the components and not the actual faulty ones. The staff was very courteous and explained the needed repairs to me, even printing out photos of the parts that were worn out. I recently bought a car from some family friends and they have always brought their car to circle automotive to have things fix. I brought my car in about 2 weeks ago to have an issue checked out. I dropped it off on a Tuesday and they called me and said that my motor mounts were broken and they needed to be replaced. I told them that was fine and I'd pick it up Friday. I called them Thursday just to make sure they were on track with getting everything done and I was told it would be done by 4 on Friday. Friday morning while getting ready for work I received a phone call stating that they haven't ordered the parts for my car yet because they didn't know if I wanted them to fix it. I kept my cool and told them yes I needed it fix and that I would be by later to pick it up to which they told me no it won't be ready until Monday. After a week of them having my car I finally go to pick it up. When I get in my A/C is no longer working. So I call and didn't even say what car it was just that I had picked it up and my A/C no longer works. The man who answered the phone replied with oh on the dodge yea I noticed that too. They didn't bother to mention it to me or even check to see what the problem was. So when I finally got a day off I brought it back in for them to check and the mechanic starts telling me that they didn't break it that there must be a small hole or my hose is really old and that it's impossible to drop it off working and pick it up broken and there for I must be a liar. I understand that when women show up to dealerships and shops such as this most people assume we don't know what we are talking about but this is completely unacceptable and honestly rude. I paid a lot of money for them to fix my car I didn't want to have to come back and be completely disregarded knowing too well that if a male had dropped the car off it wouldn't have been an issue that they take a look at what they broke. read more

I can drop my car off after hours or before hours if needed. I have even gotten a ride to a local wi-fi spot so I could work while they worked on my car.
