To their credit, the staff at ServPro determined where the mold-causing leak was stemming from and was able to create a plan for the entire repair of the problem. We were fortunate to have Oscar as our lead repair person. He is a talented carpenter, tiler and even a carpet installer. His craftsmanship made the final project turn out great in the end. Unfortunately, the project took much longer than expected (four months) and there were frequent gaps in any work at all.

I was told, "Oh yes, it's been on backorder. It will now be there in the next couple days." Luckily, I saw the Amazon driver deliver the package. This made it so I could find the exact filter on Amazon. It had not been on backorder, it just simply wasn't ordered at all - thanks Amazon 2 day delivery. The much more scandalous thing was not the clear lie, it was the cost. This product cost $43 on Amazon. Duct Busters charged me $190 for it. I assumed this had to be a mistake on their part and reached out through email. After a couple days with no reply I attempted to call. My numerous calls over the next couple weeks were sent to voicemail, which was too full to accept any more.
