    The level of unprofessional this people threat there customers are the worst of the worst the whole parts department is a whole huge mess they have no clue what they are doing I ordered a grill they told me it would be there in 4 days because it was coming from Huston wearhouse I didn't get a call nothing 6 days passed no call no nothing I gave them an other week thinking maybe there busy but no it was none of that it was worst. I go today to claim my part. The parts managers Corry knew he messed up big time and still didn't do anything but gave me an attitude they where in the wrong and started to harass me and made me feel extremely uncomfortable to the point where I was surrounded by them they called the cops on me because of a part that they messed up they take zero responsibility and tell you a bunch of excuses the parts department are useless there was a bald mechanic with tattoos Mike capussy who was clearly not doing his job just standing there on his phone very unprofessional I just can't believe there's no structure there the service manager just letting them do whatever they want the little old lady came at me like I was in the wrong having no clue what what happening once again no communication real dumb clueless clowns and now I see why this dealership it's on its way down. DO NOT BUY CARS FROM HERE GO TO AN OTHER DEALERSHIP all this one star reviews say the truth they pay an online bot to leave good reviews on there google page witch is a complete lie this dealership hates costumers and only care about your money once you sign that paper for any sale they got you DO NOT DO IT GO TO AN OTHER FORD DEALERSHIP

    STAY FAR AWAY. Brought my Ford Raptor here for service as it was not correctly shifting into 4LO. Quoted me $1200 for the repair but I declined the service. When I got it back, my ENTIRE 4x4 drive is now broken & not functioning at all. Not to mention now displaying a permanent error message on my dash now. They claimed they never put their hands on it, and only did a diag, what a lie that was. I figured out the issue and discovered they had completely dismounted my transfer case shift transfer motor, leaving it hanging by a zip tie. Escalated this issue up to the director Buddy Mays, and he said I should go get a 2nd opinion elsewhere, and literally hung up on me. Don't make the same mistake as me, they won't even return my calls now. Pics for proof. You've been warned. Currently filing a small claims case & reporting to BBB. Hope to save someone else the headache.

    2021 Ford Bronco FE

    Part came off the shock and is not covered by warranty because Rockwall Ford assumed it was damaged from trail driving. I heard a squeaky noise while driving my Ford Bronco and discovered the Bilstein shock was making that sound and then noticed the part on the side was missing. I couldn't see any damage around it and do not know that I could have hit it while on trail with how far up in the vehicle it is. I took it in to Rockwall Ford Service Center and they tell me it is not covered by the warranty because I have driven it off road and they assume it was damaged that way. I can't believe they would assume that without any evidence to support it. I asked them to put a note in the work order that they were declining to repair it under warranty so I could take it up with Ford Motor Company. At this point they delayed me, while the service rep told me to talk to the manager, then the manager told me to talk to the mechanic, then the mechanic told me that part could not fall off and it had to have been hit by something even though it didn't look like it. It became very frustrating because I am expected to believe their assumption at my expense, even though they could not show me any other damage in that area. I have to ask myself why the Rockwall Ford Service Center employees would not add comments to the work order until I was completely frustrated, I had simply asked them to notate their decision so I could take it up with Ford Motor Company.

The seller lied about the vehicle's condition. They provided misleading information and hid the fact that the vehicle has major issues. After contacting the dealership the "manager" Donald Williams gives me the run around for 2 days and refuses to take my calls. He even hung up the phone while trying to explain all of these issues. The vehicle has now been towed to 3 different mechanics. I had the car towed to another Cavender dealership near me (as I was instructed to do) where they proceeded to tell me that they are not even able to operate on the vehicle be they don't have the adequate system to do so. This has been the biggest headache and also unlawful on their part. I have been trying to get in contact with a supervisor but the so called "manager" Donald Williams refuses to give me their contact. I am completely shocked w how they run their business. This is an absolutely horrible place to purchase a vehicle with horrible management. I have been without a vehicle for almost 2 weeks now be they sold me a piece of junk and refuse to offer me a solution. Do not purchase a vehicle here unless you want to go through the hassle of having to file complaints w the attorney general, tx department of motor vehicles, and hiring an attorney to pursue legal action due to their unlawful practices. Save yourself the trouble.

To be clear, salesperson Michael Joyce was excellent--professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. I initially worked with him on Friday, March 20, and nothing that followed reflects on him. The issue arose in the finance office. After waiting roughly 3 hours, I met with the finance manager (forgot his name). Early in the conversation, he made inappropriate personal disclosures, including discussing his role as a pastor and firing an assistant pastor due to an incident/ military combat PTSD. This was unprofessional and irrelevant. I came in pre-approved through USAA at a competitive rate (my credit score is in the high 700s to low 800s). I made it clear I would only consider dealership financing if they could beat my terms. After reviewing their offer, I declined and chose to proceed with my own lender. At that point, the finance manager stepped away briefly, then returned and said they could no longer complete the deal, claiming the dealership would "lose $3,000" if I didn't use their financing. This contradicts the agreed-upon out-the-door price finalized with the sales team, including sales manager Ivan. The deal was effectively withdrawn solely because I refused their financing. This suggests the pricing was contingent on backend profit from financing--something that was never disclosed upfront. I would not recommend this dealership. Be cautious: agreed pricing may not be honored unless you accept their financing.
