Refused to negotiate! Could have been because I am black with my own financing through my bank. I wouldn't recommend.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 64 years of life. Their Service Manager is flat out awful as a manager and human being! Even his representatives hate him. They did not take care of a problem with a brand new Charger when my son brought it in due to a vibration while driving. They told him the car was fine. Fast forward less than 11,000 miles, and the inside of the rear tires were worn to the point they blew out, (and it was the inside, so you could not tell anything was happening). The cause was the camber and toe in the rear alignment from the factory. Do you think Stalantis/Dodge would cover that, no they don't cover tires under warranty even though it was a mechanical issue that cause the tires to wear. Do you think Platinum Dodge would cover things (they were the ones saying everything was fine), nope. They wanted to charge 680+ dollars for the two rear tires, that we could buy for $230 at Discount tire. They said that they would mount the tires we purchase and would charge $60 for mounting. When my son came with the tires, they said they would not mount the tire as they weren't bought by them. Then when my son drops off a letter explaining the situation to the management group, they have the car towed to an outside storage company, calling it abbandond. Legal action will be taken, but it clearly shows how little they care about their clients and their own reputation. Like everyone else who has posted here giving their service low reviews, our case is yet another example why the last thing you want to do is purchase or have a car serviced by Platinum Dodge in Terrell!

I want to take the time to share the positive experiences I received each time I bought my vehicle here for service. I have been using this location for a few years for two different vehicles all F-150s and every experience has been good overall. There are some hard working men and women serving at this location. This review is for those who work in the service department and the custodian staff that I see doing a fine job keeping the place clean. I went in for an oil change. I went around 7:00 a.m. There were three cars ahead of me when I arrived. My wait was 90 minutes which included a tire rotation. There are nice searing areas around for customers to enjoy with complimentary coffee and water. There is a kiosk area if you want to make a purchase. Moreover, there are charging stations throughout for phone and computer devices so feel free to bring your tablet or computer if you want to work while you wait. Furthermore, there is a 3% charge on all credit cards used. If you pay cash or use debit, that charge is waived. I would have given five stars for this convenience if it were an option to use credit with no fee to the customer. My service advisor was Nolan. He was friendly and efficient with the check-in. To my fellow reviewer, let's report all experiences good and bad when reviewing. If you need service, check them out.

They proceeded to then offer me $7,000 less on trade than 5 other Ford dealerships I've been to in the past 2 weeks ($10,000 less than the best offer so far). After the classic back-and-forth, they came up $4,000 on the trade in, effectively defeating the $3,000 off MSRP "deal" that got me in the door. Again, this is on New Year's Eve - where the sales Manager, Noel, promised me they're both "highly motivated to move vehicles on the last day of the year" as well as "very aggressive on trade-ins" I knew there was this chance, but Noel convinced me to come in for their end of the year motivation to move vehicles and "aggressiveness on trade-ins". There was no deal to be had on New Year's Eve at Platinum Ford, just a long & disappointing day.

I drove over an hour to see a car that looked promising online, but the experience was very…read moredisappointing. The vehicle was overpriced compared to market value, and the trade-in offer I received was far below what other dealerships and tools showed. I also waited over 20 minutes for that low offer, even though it was raining, the dealership was quiet, and they had already valued my trade while I was on the test drive. There was no change to the car's price, so the delay felt unnecessary. The salesman came along for the test drive without offering to let me drive alone, which made the experience uncomfortable and rushed. Interestingly, they've since dropped the price of the car -- exactly what I expected from the start. I should have let the previous terrible ratings warn me. After driving that far, I felt my time and effort weren't respected. Do your research and avoid this dealership -- they don't seem to want to sell cars, just keep them. In a market as big and competitive as DFW, let a better place earn your business.

After over a week I called back this morning, gave my information again for a service advisor to call me back. Received no return call, and when I tried to reach out this afternoon, I was told I needed the VIN number for my vehicle, even though I had been there previously, and the last associate was able to pull up all of my information readily enough, including my callback number. Their communicaiton and levels of customer service are miserable. I understand this is a recall issue, and they make no profit on such work, but something as important as a part for the fuel pump should not be so easily brushed off.
