AMAZING!! Phenomenal with great pricing! We went last night and are going back tonight!!

We made the trip to Norm's on Labor Day weekend with two kiddos excited to try this place! We ordered the following: Baby Traverse City Cherry Small Blue moon and Bubble gum (2 scoops) cone Small super scoop cone And a SpongeBob popsicle. We paid $15 for all of that! Which we felt was well priced in comparison to places closer to our home. NOTE they charge more if you use a credit card and it's posted everywhere! They serve Hudsonville ice cream which was very fresh and delicious! Although one of our orders came as a cup versus a cone we still enjoyed it! The service was great! It was quick and easy to order. We were first in line so we got our order in and picked it up very quickly. They have a small parking lot making it very accessible to park and order your ice cream! They also have some covered seating and some not. They do have an outdoor game that you can play while there. It was very calm and quaint! We really enjoyed that. We LOVE Norm's Ice Cream! My daughter got a Tweety Bird novelty ice cream pop (anything for a gumball!), And I ordered a SMALL turtle cheesecake cone. I spent about $6 for both, but my small was the equivalent to a triple scoop anywhere else. Head's up, Yelp friends: parking is limited, and neighboring businesses seemed a little cranky about ice cream parking on their lots (made known by ALL THE SIGNS). Be prepared to park across Beechtree and walk. Also, this is a cash only business. No checks, no cards. There IS an ATM trailer in the parking lot for your convenience, but it may be easier to come prepared. read more

Just go and be entertained watching people walk away from the pickup window staring at their order with their mouth hanging open stating, "I think I made a mistake." Best ice cream in town! I always get the kids cup because their portions are huge!! I eat their soft serve ice cream, the chocolate and vanilla swirl. It is so creamy!! cute place with a lot of outside seating but not much parking. ice cream is delicious but sizes are very large (baby is what i'd consider a small anywhere else). cake batter is particularly delicious. there has been a line around the corner every time i've been there but it always goes by extremely fast. read more

My cookie dough / pecan flurry was overflowing with toppings -- this ice cream spot absolutely shines on the west side of MI! Decadent chunks of cookie dough and buttery pecans filled to the brim from top to bottom in my cup.
