Rowe Plastic Surgery required me to pay $350 up front for an appointment on August 19, 2025. At no time was I told about any cancellation or no-show fee. When I could not attend and asked to reschedule, they suddenly claimed a "no-show policy," kept my $350, and demanded another $350 to rebook -- a total of $700. No written policy was ever shown or provided. Even worse, the person who contacted me, a so-called "coordinator" named Lily S, refused to give her full name. If the business were honest and professional, their staff should have no problem identifying themselves. Hiding names and refusing transparency makes the whole practice look dishonest and untrustworthy. This was my first time dealing with them, and I feel completely misled and exploited. i saw dr rowe in his palm beach office and was charged $20,000 for botox and filler. they "got" me because i already had the numbing cream on and was completely taken aback. i do ask it there was an extra zero on the bill and was informed that because, he himself did it, he charges more. i have never been so humiliated and embarrassed in my life. there was no follow up appt and there were no follow up calls. and i bruised prettt badly. please let me know that this is not standard pricing procedure in palm beach. he will price himself right out of town with costs like these. we might be an affluent community but that does not excuse someone taking advantage read more

1 star is way too generous for the hell that I have been through since I have met the worst surgeon in NY. This was the Worst experience of my life!!! I am writing this in hopes to help at least 1 lady. After I had kids, I decided to do a reduction and lift plus implants, paid $15000. From day one it looked awful! Lump sided, way too big for what we agreed, and black and red all around....I kept voicing my concerns, but just been told, it will heal, in about 6 months I got into emergency room with sepsis of the right breast, fever of 105, on antibiotics for 3 weeks.....breasts never healed, looked awful had holes, through skin and the color stayed black and red.....still doctor had no time for me or my concerns...a little after that, my right implant completely popped inside and started leaking into my chest cavity, of course I had to go to emergency and had implants taken out right away Again, not an ounce of concern from the doctor....accept saying that it will cost me another $15000 to fix After writing my first bad review Feb, 2020, the office kept calling and leaving messages that they will fix everything for free.....we finally scheduled procedure for April 15, 2020, it kept being canceled due to Covid, now a week before my actual surgery, that should have been on December 15th, 2020, after I got a nanny, found a person to work instead of me at my job for a month, went through all the clearances, mammograms, different doctors, etc.....the office calls me and tells me that since there are no implants, they can not do the procedure, since now it is only cosmetic and my insurance won't pay. (NOTHING WAS MENTIONED IN AN EMAIL) about my insurance, all it said that they will do it for free. And 1 week before the surgery, ,call me, no explanation, no email, not a care in the world about anything, and just cancel. I mean wow. When you finally make the decision to get a surgical procedure done, you want to make sure that the doctor along with his staff are the best choice for you, and also take the time to make you feel comfortable with making such a big decision in your life.  I was very lucky to discover Dr. Rowe when I finally made the decision to have a breast reduction done after years of  suffering with neck, back, and shoulder pain. My experience with Dr. Rowe and his entire staff  exceeded and went beyond all expectations that I had in choosing a surgeon. And his office ultimately made the decision to get my breast reduction an easy one.  From my initial consultation and communication through every single step of the way leading up to my surgery, Dr. Rowe and his team were patient, kind, explained and answered any questions that I had, and worked tirelessly with my insurance company to get my procedure covered as much as they could. I never felt like anyone at the office was pushy, dismissive, or had a snobby attitude that you would come to expect from a plastic surgery office on Park Avenue. Instead the doctor and his team got to know me as a person, asked questions to understand what I wanted from my breast reduction procedure, and made me feel very comfortable and confident that they would be able to deliver the results I had always dreamed of.  Simone and Lisa, who work in the patient coordinator team, where fantastic in every interaction I had with them. These ladies always greeted me with a warm, genuine smile whenever I visited the office, seamlessly scheduled appointments both pre and post surgery, and as I mentioned earlier, worked with my insurance company even though they were being difficult to represent me and get my surgery covered as much as they could. Dr. Rowe and his partner surgeon Dr. Pierce are masters when it comes to the breast reduction surgery procedure. I cannot begin to tell you how in love I am with their work,  and the only regret that I have is taking this long to have had the procedure done. Even when I had a small complication the day after surgery (my body formed a hematoma), Dr. Rowe and Dr. Pierce quickly remedied the situation and again made me feel comfortable in fully trusting them. The nurses that work with Dr. Rowe, Mallory, Elizabeth, and Riza are also a joy to work with. These ladies are there for you post-surgery to ensure you and healing properly and ultimately getting the results you want. I've prinarily been seeing Mallory now for over a month, and the post op care she provides is 2nd to none.  There is also always someone available on call in the office 24/7 to answer any questions or concerns that you might have after your surgery is completed. I've literally called the doctors office at midnight to ask a question and one of the nurses will call me back within 10 to 20 minutes to speak directly with me and answer the question that I have.  I know that making the decision to have surgery done is a very, very big choice to make.  And I truly would not have finally made the decision had I not found the perfect surgeon for me. 1 year post op of anchor incision breast reduction- so happy with the results. I went from an E to a DD (doesn't sound like a lot, but it def was) and it was so worth it. This office was spectacular- super friendly and accommodating for everything (especially insurance-because we all know that is a big part of it). I would recommend getting a breast reduction for anyone who has ever thought about it AND go with Dr. Rowe. You don't see him again after the surgery, but's it's ok because the women in that office make up for it. Everyone at Dr. Rowe's office is as sweet as can be! Each time that I have come in contact with the staff I had a pleasureable experience. Dr. Rowe is kind, and easy to talk to. I do NOT recommend Dr. Rowe for cosmetic surgery. He destroyed my body with liposuction for over a year, after the procedure that he will fix it but never did. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Rowe! I had always been curious about lip injections though I had heard things like-- "they only last a few months and it's suuuuper painful". Dr. Rowe was so patient and kind to explain the different types of fillers, what they do, how long they last and the procedure itself. Then he thoughtfully evaluated my face, stating that he didn't want to change the shape of my lips since they are a great shape already but that he would like to add some volume so that when I smiled, less of my top lip disappeared. After topical numbing and a few pricks, it was done! Nothing was painful and aside from some normal swelling I was thrilled! A few days later after the fillers had settled, I feel like the best version of myself! The women working at the front desk are so sweet and helpful (not to mention gorgeous-- like I've never seen human skin look so perfect). I totally agree with the below review. I had a similar situation - I purchased a certificate online for 1 area of botox. I have been doing botox for 10 years now, so I am not new to this and know exactly how my body reacts to it. The results have always been great. Not with Dr. Rowe, however. First off, I was told that not him but his assistant will do the procedure. This is unprecedent - I declined to be served by assistant right away. After my insistence, the doctor did the procedure himself. The results were very poor (so I am not sure if I really had to bother to demand that he does the procedure himself, haha) - my forehead was still moving quite a bit (2 weeks after the procedure), even after I came for a second visit to fix it. This has never been the case before, my skin is very responsive to botox. In fact, I do botox just once a year, maybe once every 8 month, because it holds so well. I am pretty sure, the doctor is mixing botox with something else. I read online accounts that it is possible and is done by poor clinics to reduce the costs of materials. Or maybe he injects less than 20 units. I think it is the former though, as even after the second time I came there was NO improvement whatsoever - I could still frown and move my forehead no problem. What a crook! read more

Went here for lip injections twice. Candice did them the first time and was amazing. She was patient and spent time understanding what my goals were / offering her advice as to what she felt was best for my natural lips & face. Would HIGHLY recommend Candice to anyone considering this and absolutely loved my results. On the other hand, my second appointment wasn't as great as the first. Melissa seemed busy and annoyed with every question / concern I had. I'm not going to elaborate much, as maybe it was just a bad personal experience with her.. however, for future appointments, I will be sure to only schedule with Candice. I had my BBL done with the impeccable Dr. Norman Rowe and Dr. Charles Pierce in Sept 2018. After losing over 81lbs through the bariatric sleeve surgery, I felt like I wanted to reward myself by getting the body I always wanted. I had no fear walking into Dr Rowe & Dr Pierce's practice because they came highly recommended by the incomparable Dr. Daniel Rosen who performed my bariatric sleeve. As you walk into the office you are welcome by the very fashion forward and simply adorable Simone. I swear she responds to my emails before I even click send. Next to Simone sits the ever professional and courteous Lisa who has the prettiest teeth and smile I have ever seen. She greets you with a smile and is always ready to take care of all your needs. Both ladies make you feel welcomed and are so efficient at what they do. They make you feel comfortable and will take care of any clerical concerns you may have. This was not my first surgery with Dr. Rowe and Dr. Pierce as they both did my tummy tuck and breast reduction/lift last year. I don't want to make this review about my breast and stomach surgery but never did I think I would have the perky youthful looking breast and the flat stomach both Surgeons gave me. I am beyond happy and beyond pleased. When I decided it was time to have my BBL done I did not think twice about going to Rowe Plastic Surgery again. Added to the mix is what I can only describe as 'an angel on earth,' is the Physician Assistant Elizabeth. I still have a hard time believing she's older than 16 years old due to her youthful, cheerful appearance but she was ever so patient with me, answered all my questions and still managed to show up to assist in the operating room during my surgery even though she was scheduled to be somewhere else that day. Much to my dismay I found this place to be rather unprofessional. My girlfriend highly recommended Dr. Rowe to me and when I went to the office to inquire about what I wanted done, I was greeted by a rude front desk. There was a large woman working and she seemed indecisive with her answers & as if she was in a hurry or annoyed. She was not receptive at all. I left and called a few days later hoping I would be able to speak to the doctor. I was hung up on numerous times and then put on an endless hold. No one picked up. That being said, I did not use this office. My girlfriend was appalled when I told her what happened to me. I almost cancelled my appt with Dr. Rowe after reading these reviews, but I'm glad I didn't. I'm a first time botoxer and was extremely nervous, but the results have been great. I saw Marilyn, a Physicians Assistant, and she had a great bedside manner and encouraged me to set up a follow up appt with her if I wasn't happy with the results. Im very pleased with the results, which are natural and not frozen. I would have given four stars, but the office space put me a little on edge since it didn't feel like a doctors office, more like a temporary space. Dr Rowe was recommended to me by a family friend after I had my nose broken by taking an upper cut to the nose while playing basketball at NY Sports Club. My nose was broken and my septum was severely deviated. I had to fix it immediately. Dr Rowes staff was very accommodating and made me an appointment asap! I came to this office on March 5th for lip injections, after only about two months they were completely gone. I came back in as I have had them several times and had never had this happen before but they tried to convince me my body just metabolized the product quickly even though that had never happened before?? They had photos and agreed with me that there were no visible injections left but still were not willing to fix their mistake and wanted me to pay for a whole new syringe ($850) to which I asked if they completely disappear again how do I know you'll fix the mistake if you're not doing it this time?! Eventually they convinced me to get them by telling me I needed two syringes and I could get one for free so I went ahead and did as they recommended and I look terrible. I have called several times but they are extremely rude and unhelpful on the phone. They don't care about their patients or correcting their mistakes at all. I'm in pain, extremely swollen, and I look too ridiculous to leave the house. They aren't willing to give any advice on how to decrease swelling either, they won't have the doctor call me, and they are snarky and unhelpful on the phone. DONT GO HERE TRUST ME!! If they can't handle a simple procedure like this I can't imagine having a major procedure done here. Worst customer care ever, terrible way to run a business. I can't say enough bad things honestly. I visited Dr. Rowe because I had broken my nose playing basketball. He told me I had a deviated septum which was making it difficult for me to breathe. I was also experiencing headaches and random nose bleeds. During the visit we discussed that correcting my nose would allow me to breathe better as well as having a nose I would like because I hated my bump. Dr Rowe is so friendly and warm and his office is clean, beautiful and smells great. I am so happy with the results and I am finally breathing much better and not experiencing those awful headaches. So I guess I'm revealing all my deep dark secrets in the name of helping the general public but here goes. I bought 2 vouchers on Gilt, 1 for Botox/Dysport and the other for Juvederm. I was able to make an appointment within a few days of the purchase. Everyone in the office was very friendly, no Park Ave attitude here. I've been doing Botox for years, again TMI for all my friends who think I look so youthful, but I've never tried Dysport. I've been reading up on it and it seems that there are a few advantages over Botox so I figured why not. Dr. Rowe was very informative and we made the decision to try it. I've had Juvederm before but had moved on to Radiesse, hey, what can I say, time marches on. Wall Street ain't what it used to be so when I can find a deal, I'm all over it. After years of discomfort, I decided it was time for a breast reduction. A mutual friend of mine had hers done by Dr. Rowe and highly recommended him, so I had my surgery last week. To be honest, I didn't research any other doctors or shop around because I thought there would be no better measure of trust than patient referral. I had my consultation early this month and was able to schedule my surgery for exactly one week after. I was very nervous at first, never having had surgery, but was definitely more relaxed after speaking with Dr. Rowe. I think what was most reassuring was how casually he spoke about the procedure. I know that sounds unusual, but it was clear to me that he had seen and done this a million times before, and that's all I could really ask for. He was thorough in explaining the procedure, informed me of the benefits of the techniques he uses, and answered any questions I had. After speaking with him, I had the chance to speak with the women who work in his office, all who helped see me through. I felt comfortable from the second I walked in for my consultation, to the check-ups i'm having now. Everyone seems to be very genuine, extremely helpful and reassuring. When I tell you I had this entire process turned around in a week's time-- I mean everything was taken care of. From approval from my insurance (all taken care of by Mia and the staff), to having my prescriptions sent in, to coordination with the surgical center. It was all taken care of in the very short time frame that I needed. I liked that I could text with Mia back and forth to have things taken care of and have my questions answered quickly. I barely lifted a finger. It still amazes me how quickly this process has been, from my spontaneous decision to go for a consultation to the results I have now. It should also be mentioned that out of office care was wonderful also. I had my operation at the Gramercy Surgical Center where I was treated by an amazing staff. After several years of unhappiness and a long debate on whether or not I should get a consultation for a breast reduction, I finally decided to start looking around. I searched for places nearby my home, but no office reached out to me and helped me like Dr. Rowe's. I decided to try this doctor to get botox thru on-line coupon. I have never met this doctor. It's fancy Park Ave site, and you do pay the price. The Botox and Dysport is $600. And for that, you never see the doctor. It's done by someone else, and it's slight. I had it done by my dermatologist downtown and he was reasonable, did the injections himself and depending on your aesthetics, he inserted more if necessary for the same price. Dr Rowe's office? Not.
