Then they blocked me, so my review was deleted. Looking back on yelp here, it seems other people have had issues with the owners so I am not at all surprised. They said my motivations were "suspicious" for posting the review. I was embarrassed that while I was trying to shop, they were name dropping employees and talking about them. I've never felt such second hand embarrassment while shopping in my life.

I am a restaurant manager for 20 plus years. Manager waited too long until lines were backed up to call for backup. Only 1 line was open, another line was open but the gentleman was helping a customer with balloons. Only thing I would have suggested differently would be that he turn is light off when helping a customer. But in all actuality, the MOD should have stepped up, helped the customer with the balloons so the gentleman could have stayed on register. Maybe if the manager didn't have ear buds in her ears and talking to someone on the phone while stocking the refrigerator items in the coolers she would've noticed the need. That need being all the customers upfront. When help finally came there were not 1 but 3 lines open and all were busying ringing. If I were the GM or DM I would go back and review the cameras. Mom and I waited over 7 mins and everyone else that came in after left before us. However we did donated to military families today. Import to be kind to one another, service with a smile because you never know who is using their 5 senses at all times. I hope this is a teachable moment for this store and most of all the MOD today. We will not be back but I hope the store improves for the people of East Norriton and surrounding communities. You all deserve a lot better service that you got today.

Best children's boutique EVER!…read more This adorable shop is a dream come true. I was looking for a few special things for an as-yet to be born grandchild and found way more than a few things! Not only has the owner brought in locally made pieces (think hand knit sweaters and smocked dresses), but she also carries fabulous children's designers I hadn't seen anywhere else. Beth (the owner) kindly indulged me in my grandmother fantasy, and happily introduced me to some of the great books and games she carries, too. I left with a "Letters to my Grandchild" book - the first of many purchases to come, I'm sure.

She also has a generous return policy for items that do not work out for whatever reason--unusual for a small business. I was intrigued when I first found out that this chain exists. It has loose incense, jewelry, candles, oils, Palo Santo sticks, sage, crystals, tie dyed dresses & t-shirts, Indian skirts, cauldrons, Gaia & Venus of Willendorf figures, tarot & oracle cards, dream catchers, Buddhas, Indian deity statues, dragon, & faery figurines. (I'd have loved to have seen a full bookcase showcasing a wide palate of spiritualities). The layout of the store was still spacious even with the various displays. Overall, it's the kind of shop that is an oasis within such a heavily trafficked mall. I took my time looking. The staff were polite, & didn't crowd you. I purchased a carnelian stone, 10 sticks of sage & santo incense, & a bottle of white sage with lavender spray for purification & calming. The spray & incense have become a new favorite & does have a positive effect on ones' mood. I'd definitely come out to East Meets West again.
