It's a large footprint for just a simple sandwich shop. And from the looks of it the menu is still the same as the post from 2 years ago. How's the food. Good. But good in a way I'm not going to remember it in a month. My husband got a club sandwich and I picked the chicken salad. Both got drinks and chips all for under $20. It's reasonable and clean and for a quick bite to eat it's decent, but not delicious. read more

I love Norris Café. Everyone that works there is extremely friendly. The food is always good, and the coffee is always great. It's one of the best places in Madison for a quick meal. Sometimes they could get pretty bustling in there, but you are never ignored. I would recommend Norris Café to anybody coming into town. read more

Service is average with wait time for orders fluctuating depending on how busy they are and they will get busy during breakfast. Decor is usual and nothing over the top. I came here with my girlfriend's family as a quick pit stop. I only ordered a coffee and some chocolate peppermint bark. The people behind the counter asked us where we're from, as apparently they don't get many tourists coming to Madison, Florida. But why not? It's a quaint city in Northern Florida and the people are friendly. Tons and tons of indoor seating, and the restrooms are kept in good condition. Blue Quail coffee beats Starbucks any day! Yes, they now have an espresso machine and LOTS of flavors. You can get lattes, macchiatos, frappes, etc plus a smooth house drip that never disappoints. I'm a regular at Norris and love their coffee and fresh salads. If you don't see what you want on the menu, just ask. They aim to please! First time here. They have a great sandwich menu with lots of options. I couldn't decide between a BLT or French Dip, so I got them both. The BLT was crunchy and delicious. The French dip had a hearty serving of meat, they didn't skip on it at all. I read some decent reviews and there was a good bit of traffic in and out of the place so we decided to venture in for lunch. Prices looked reasonable as well. To make a long story short, I ordered the chicken salad on wheat bread and my son ordered a BLT on white, hold the mayo. Both of our orders were incorrect. There was mayo on his sandwich and mine was clearly on white bread. But those are understandable mistakes. What really annoyed me was that the sandwiches looked like they were made with cheap sunbeam bread, and were insanely small. And the prices looked okay but after realizing it was a la carte, we ended up paying close to $20 for a tiny and incorrect sandwich, chips, a small basket of fries and two drinks. Not to mention the chicken salad sandwich I ordered was made with relish and was absolutely disgusting. We will not be back. read more

I found this little Cafe on Yelp as we were driving from Louisiana to Florida. A little off the I-10 path but we enjoyed the basic lunch fare and quaint small town. Staff was friendly and restaurant was very clean. read more
