They did upsell more recommend services like coolant and tire alignment, but that would have jumped to over 700. I just stuck with the basic routine. I waited in the lounge, scrolled through posts, and surfed the net while I waited. Got texted with inspection notes and recommend services, but I declined. After an hour and half later, they texted me and said they were done. I paid the bill in the counter and left. The service staff are friendly and helpful, but the prices here are very expensive. But they get the job done and I trust them because this is the place where I bought my car. For other advanced services, I might look elsewhere for cheaper prices and still reliable. But if you are looking for reliability and friendly staff, Autonation is still good. Overall: B

You asked for pictures of the interior and they tell you the car is being "reconditioned". This goes on for a couple of days. The car is still on the website as available. You go down to the dealership to see the car and the car has "been sold". Two days later, you see the car still listed on the website as available. Your daughter messages them from a different phone number and asks if it's still available. They say it is and tell you to come on down today to see the car. You say ok, please send a video or pics of the interior and I will come today. They then say the car is being "reconditioned" and won't be ready to show until Wednesday. This happened twice on the same car with two different salespeople and same vin number. Don't waste your time.

You can get a cold bottle of water with the Lexus logo on it.You can get snacks. You can get a nice loaner car while yours is being serviced. Unfortunately, none of those things are what truly matter. What matters are the people. The people answering the phones. The people communicating with customers. The people solving problems. The people deciding whether the customer matters or not. One of them is Ismarely Justiniano.Another is Morgan Allen.Another is Scott -- not even officially a service advisor yet, but trying to help.Another is Sal Sardisco -- the manager in service. They all matter. Because when they do their jobs well, all the branding, logos, showrooms, and marketing suddenly become real. "THEY" are Lexus. Everything else only matters because of them. The ownership experience is only as strong as the people representing the brand after the sale. I purchased seven vehicles from this dealership and meticulously maintained every one of them because, for years, these people made owning a Lexus feel like more than just owning a car. They made it feel like someone actually cared. That is the true value of a luxury brand. And if that culture ever disappears, customers notice it immediately. I am still a Lexus owner. And I'm still proud to be one. But Lexus should never forget: People build brands -- not buildings- maybe snacks- haha

I even called them on the way this morning to let them know I was running late and they told me no problem. When I arrived and checked in, after struggling to drive there because my vehicle is having issues, I was told they won't help me because my vehicle is more than 15 years old. At no point during TWO phone calls in which they had all of the information about my vehicle did they tell me they couldn't offer me service. They wasted my time and almost caused me to break down on the side of the road for NOTHING trying to get there. What a colossal customer service failure. absolutely horrible. I will never give them my business for anything and I was thinking about getting a new truck.

Completely Unprofessional - Stay Far Away from Peacock Ford…read more I brought my EV to Peacock Ford for a basic tire rotation and an issue with the front camera. What followed was one of the most frustrating, time-wasting experiences I've ever had with any service center. Mr. Jordan promised that if diagnostics weren't completed the same day, I'd receive a loaner the next day. That never happened. He ghosted my calls, ignored multiple voicemails, and only responded days later with a text saying my vehicle was "ready." When I showed up, they hadn't even fixed the issue -- just held my car for 4 days, ordered parts, and told me to bring it back next week. Worse, Mr. Jordan was extremely rude, blaming me for calling late and implying that my expectations were the problem. Not once did they offer a loaner as promised or keep me in the loop. Bottom line: they wasted four days of my time, didn't fix anything, and treated me with complete disregard. If you value your time, your vehicle, and basic customer service, avoid Peacock Ford at all costs.

Then, we had the idea that we needed to replace that car (which was still in good shape). We saw a number of great prices on what we wanted, but each time, we saw reviews saying that there were hidden fees. Then we remembered Holler. No hidden fees. No haggling. No arm-twisting. And good prices. So, last week, we bought another used car from them. Same open, patient treatment. They didn't offer the greatest price on the trade-in, so we went elsewhere for that. But Holler gave us a good deal, and they've really earned our confidence.

However, this is the fact: she was highly encouraged to go ahead and sign paperwork to hold the car until her funds could come through on Monday 8/3 but never put any money down and trusted this dealer with the information. Not being able to come in until Tuesday 8/4 due to circumstances beyond her control, they actually told her that she lost her credit for the $941.oo! Are we missing something here? She signed the paperwork on 8/1 "to hold the car" as she was told? I am posting this out of principle. RICARDO is the manager who made this decision. The paperwork is fact being signed before the school deal ended. Mr Ricardo, I hope you read this and make restitution for my friend. This occurrence is the very reason why the public do not trust car dealers, and this matter cannot get any more factual. You needed to do the right thing and honor my friend with the $941 credit as she would not have ever been there WITHOUT ME PRAISING YOUR CAR DEALERSHIP THOUGH IT WAS UNDER A DIFFERENT MANAGER LAST YEAR WHEN I BOUGHT MY OWN VEHICLE. Written with facts without emotional slandering. Thank you.
