I told him what does that have to do with anything? Just cancel the order I've made an hour ago. He said that there are procedures that need to go through, but it will be canceled. THE NEXT DAY I RECEIVE AN EMAIL THAT IT'LL ARRIVE ON TUESDAY AFTER I TOLD THEM TO CANCEL. IT WENT IN THE STORY. The next day I called on Sunday at 12:32 MELISSA, WHO THEY TOLD ME WAS A REGIONAL MANAGER. I asked to speak with her. They put me on hold for 12 minutes and 56 seconds. And every time I call back both times they put me back on hold for five minutes. My partner was dressed in ordinary casual clothing consisting of khaki shorts, a light-colored shirt, and a hat he purchased during a trip to Puerto Vallarta. There was nothing unusual or inappropriate about his attire. The employee refused to give her name but her tag said something like Elaya. She raised her voice during the interaction and mocked him regarding having to return to work. The overall tone was dismissive, hostile, and demeaning. As someone who has endured cancer treatment and lives with visual impairment and disability, my partner already faces challenges that most customers do not. No customer should be subjected to ridicule, public embarrassment, or refusal of service because of their appearance, disability, or personal circumstances.

They easily have the largest bamboo selection in the bay area. It definitely takes some time to find the perfect bamboo to meet your needs. Fortunately, Bob or Carol will guide you through the 'jungle'. Prices are based on the contents of each pot which leaves room for negotiation. On my last visit I bought a 'black' bamboo and a giant timber oldhami. Prices were very reasonable. Every visit always brings a wealth of priceless knowledge. Bob and Carol are willing to spend the whole day with you to cater to your needs and answer every question until you are satisfied. The place is only accessible by appointment, however, Bob and Carol make them selves available.

Instead, the bouquet contained flowers and yellow tones that were completely different from the all-white design we had discussed and approved. At no point was I informed that peonies would not be included, nor was I contacted to review or approve a revised design. Because this occurred the day before my wedding and only hours before pickup, I had no realistic opportunity to make alternative arrangements in advance. We felt pressured to accept the bouquet we were given because of the timing. Ultimately, I was so unhappy with the final product that I purchased a replacement bouquet. What was most disappointing was the lack of communication and professionalism throughout the process. Had I been notified earlier that the requested flowers could not be sourced, we could have discussed alternatives and approved a new design together. Instead, significant changes were made without our knowledge or consent. After returning from our honeymoon, I reached out to discuss the issue and request a refund. My message went unanswered. When my husband later spoke with her, our concerns were dismissed, and we were told that the flowers used were an "upgrade." Whether the replacement flowers were more expensive is beside the point--the bouquet delivered was not the bouquet we ordered or approved. We paid our invoice in full and even tipped before receiving the bouquet because we trusted that our wedding flowers would reflect what we had discussed. Unfortunately, the final product did not meet our expectations, and the lack of accountability afterward was equally disappointing. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this florist.
