I consider NAVL to be a major disaster of a moving company. Original delivery date of June 3 from their agent - Tbow Movers - was just ignored. Got nothing but excuses for delayed pick up and delivery. I contacted an attorney who mailed them a letter - no response. Finally and repeatedly, the staff at NAVL promised me delivery by June 30. It turned out that the promise of a June 30 delivery date was a falsehood; they picked up my possessions June 29, and delivered them July 9. Their staff failed to return my calls on a regular basis. I won't use North American Van Lines or its agent, Tbow Movers again. The only professional at NAVL was the driver, Tommy O'Quinn. read more

Do not use this company under any circumstances. No matter how much you communicate with them, double check and clarify, they will mess everything up. They are late, unprofessional, break things. They do not deliver on any of their promises. They insisted that i take an extra day off of work to allow two days for packing. I waited until 2 pm and one man showed up to do 2 hours of packing. Complete waste of my time. The next day they were two hours late and didn't finish packing until 7 pm. They broke one of our tables by allowing it to fall out of the moving truck. We put our things in storage. Today, on our planned delivery day, they informed us that they couldn't deliver our entire shipment because they didn't have the right equipment. They asked us for a list of the most important items so we said our bedroom set so we could have somewhere to sleep tonight, kitchen items so we could eat, and a couch so we could sit. They brought over two mattresses (no bedding, and none of the other items we requested). Customer service Is abysmal. Not responsive, did nothing to make it up to us. I have been waiting 3 weeks to have a driver assigned to my household good shipment. I have contacted customer service over a dozen times in the last week alone to try and get this shipment moved. Nothing has worked and I've told over and over again they can't do anything different other than wait for operations to assign a driver. Do not use this company at any cost!  Julian Coles, the CEO, and the rest of the employees at this organization do not care about you, your belongings or any commitments made to you when you sign their contract. Once you sign their contract and they have your belongings, you are at their mercy.  They will deliver your belongings whenever they feel like it and you will not be compensated for it.  In fact, you are expected to pay the full amount quoted to you before they will deliver your property! Every time we tried to take to someone about the delay of our belongings we were reminded of the full payment due BEFORE they deliver your stuff. We recently moved to Kentucky and we were told our belongings would arrive last Tuesday, after repeated phone calls and emails that went unanswered for days, we were finally given a new date which is two weeks later!  We can understand a delay of a day or two, but  2 weeks?  We have yet to receive our belongings so who knows if that date is even accurate.  I say because every time you speak with someone, no one takes accountability for what is going on and you can never get a straight answer and that includes the top of the organization. You will be repeatedly told "we are following the limits of the terms and agreement that was provided to you when you signed the contract", but when they do not fulfill their part of the contract, you are then told to file a claim with van lines. We signed a contract with Allen and Coles moving systems, but we have to file a claim with Van Lines. It's the old bait and switch game all day long. They just say the same thing over and over until you are just tired of trying to get anywhere with them. Beware of Bill Biniszkiewicz, he is a sheep in wolves clothing. He is the person who came to our home to provide us the original quote which was off by 3k.  He also told us that he would be back at our home two days before they were to begin packing our stuff to give us a more accurate quote, but he never showed up. We were told that it would cost an additional 3k AFTER they picked up our belongings!  Then we were given the run around by several other employees including the VP, John Kane.  We also reached out to the president of the company and his response was "I don't keep up with day to day operations". In other words, I don't give a shit about your problems, have one of my completely inept employees take care of it.  And when I say inept, I am being as polite as possible.  I have no idea how this organization is in business, but beware that these clowns operate more than one moving company out of Leominster, MA and Portland, ME.  There are several companies that operate under the JRC holding company.  We signed with Allen and Coles moving, but North American Van lines, ABC movers and Allied are also managed by this same group.  My advice is to do your homework before you sign with any moving company, check the Better Business Bureau(we did not and this company has many complaints) and if you see any of the names I have listed above, RUN! read more

Used north american van lines to move me from Arizona to north carolina. Once here in nc., I found items missing, couch broken and table missing a chunk of wood. Filed a claim. They denied the missing inventoried stuff, gave me low ball estimates to get stuff fixed. Since I had a $500 deductible, they are nice enough to give me a check for $270. Please do not use this company. The manager that I had to deal with was not friendly enough and the coordinator assigned was clueless. I will never use this company again and will be taking them to court to get a better monetary award for the stuff they stole and broke. Yes, they stole my brand new tools. read more

When we called, we asked for a delivery date of April 26. They didn't deliver until the evening of May 12th. We are missing a dolly and a wood cabinet. There is also damage to a file cabinet, treadmill, and DVD cabinet. We had to stay in a hotel for many days because of the late delivery and had to replace the DVD cabinet and dolly. I do not recommend using this company. We had to contact them many times to find out when our belongings would be delivered and they were expensive. read more

I would not recommend this company even to my worst enemy. Firstly, the sales associate was horrible and very rude. There is definitely a big communication gap between their moving teams and the sales people because the people that showed up to pack and move us kept cribbing and complaining that they had not been properly informed about the size of the move and that their truck would be too small to accommodate our stuff. That was just the beginning of the nightmare. The moving people kept taking long breaks, talking and joking amongst themselves loudly and playing loud music from the truck, so much so that one of our neighbors actually had to talk to them about it. Next, they broke pieces of furniture even as they were loading up the truck. It was pretty obvious that the company had just put together a rag-tag team with little to no experience of how to pack, let alone move stuff. When we reached out to the customer service person who was our contact, he actually had the audacity to yell at us and actually blame us for everything that went wrong. We have learnt our lesson, I hope you do not have to go through the nightmare we did. read more

We used North American Van Lines Beltmann Group to move from Georgia to Charleston, SC. Most of our belongings are antiques carefully selected overall lifetime. The crew that came to pack us were very careful and we felt they did a good job. We had to have two small trucks because of the size of our road. Those trucks went to a wharf house where everything was transferred to a large truck. We did not see how they handled our furniture and possessions. When they arrived in Charleston, it was late, but they wanted to unload. After several hours, they were THROWING BOXES out of the truck and we're not being careful at all. Several times, my adult daughter had to tell them there were fragile things in many of the boxes. We had over 500 boxes and 1/3 of them had broken items in them. An antique china cabinet was destroyed and a family high chair was broken into pieces. Almost every piece of furniture is scratched or chipped. I would never recommend this group to anyone. The representatives were not responsive when I was trying to reach them. Part of the problem, was they had entered my email address incorrectly. I did file a claim on the two pieces irreparably damaged and they sent me a letter stating they were sending me $400. The china cabinet was worth $2500-$3500. They used movers they hired for the day instead of real North American employees which is what was promoted. Very, very disappointing for thousands of dollars! As I still open boxes for Christmas, I find so many cherished broken things that I collected over my lifetime and wrapped carefully to insure safe transport, but when they were thrown on the ground or in the truck, they didn't have a chance. Absolutely DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY with your move. They are absolutely terrible. I actually chose them, despite being MORE expensive, because they "guaranteed" the move dates I needed. Unfortunately, more money doesn't guarantee service. Your move WILL be late, they will not properly make you whole for it, they are terrible communicators and you will be waiting 6 months if you expect any reconciliation for damaged goods. They cut corners in documentation, making it difficult to protect you if they don't uphold their end of the agreement. Ultimately, dates in your moving agreement hold no weight, as the truck drivers are outsourced third parties and they will hold your goods until they can fill up their truck (even if it takes a couple of extra weeks), before they decide to make the trip to deliver your belongings. Absolutely nothing you can do about it either. Out of pocket expenses incurred while waiting on your items to arrive? They make it nearly impossible to be reimbursed for any reasonable charges. Protect yourself and choose another. This decision will impact you for 6-12 months, so do your homework. They are beyond bad. read more

I relocated from Northern California to Washington State. All of our belongings were put in storage for over a year. When we finally went to our storage facility we found- virtually every piece of fine furniture was either damaged or destroyed. Cartons carrying things of which we were certain, were presumably destroyed in the move, because they did not make it into our storage unit. The response of North American (Mees Moving) was "too bad." Too much time had passed. They got away with destroying so much of our property and apparently discarding other parts, not because they didn't do it, but because they hid behind the short time limits to make a claim. We will NEVER hire another moving company again. We would have been better off simply leaving all of our furniture behind, and hiring some kids to drive a rental truck to wherever we go. It could not end any worse than our experience with North American. Can I give ZERO stars? That would be my honest assessment of their services. read more

Movers arrived on time and pleasant to work with. Edgar the driver was very thorough in taging our items. The crew Mike, Jason and Angeline worked very hard and getting our items loaded. The next day they were great at unloading our items and placing furniture where we wanted it. Little did we know, they were planning to steal approximately 20 boxes of our items to include sterling silver, silver plate, collectible glassware, a hyla vacuum cleaner and a green doll chair. We contacted John Polinsky out of the Oklahoma City office who kept saying the crew must have dropped it off at another location even though we saw the items on the truck. We contacted the police and filed a report and are currently looking into hiring an attorney as approximately $10,000 of our items were stolen. North American Van Lines - Longmont Colorado - also named Worldwide Moving also Longmont Moving Company. Stir clear!! I was mislead from the start.. was expecting to have my household belongings picked up and loaded on a semi-truck headed to CA. Instead a u-haul with one guy and his family came to load. Relo coordinator said he would pack all delicate items (antique furniture) was a no show. My items went into storage. Promise delivery was between 6/17- 7/2. Delivered on 7/23. Yes and for the total 6 weeks I would receive calls "your belongings will be loaded on x date and scheduled to arrive x date" only to later receive a called with "it wasn't loaded". At one point the coordinator said, we don't know when we will be able to load. Finally, when my items arrived, my precious antique furniture was broken, when they crated my tv's they did not put the legs or cord in, and disassembled the dining table - the parts box was lost so it is sitting in a pile on the floor. I HATE this moving company. They have made the moving process a living nightmare!!!! Please listen to the other reviews. The worst service I have ever received. I still do not have all my items. Only half my items were sent to my house. The other half is still in oregon. There Oregon connect Moda Moving told us they have no idea when we will be getting the rest of our stuff. To make it worse they also stated they had no idea that only half our items were delivered. I have had to call Moda Moving and North American Van Lines literally over 30 times. Still no solid answer. To make matters worse. When I signed up I was quoted a price then after they picked up the items they changed the price and stated they forgot to add the storage fee. Who's fault is that. It's not fair that you get to give a quote and then change it half way through the move. Our items were 1000 lbs over. I asked what was the rate for every extra 100lbs. Debbie with Moda moving said she had no idea. There is an algorithm in the computer that computes it. Excuse me? So you mean to tell me that she has no idea how to do simple math. I had a nightmare experience with North American Van Lines/Beltman relocation. We moved from Minnesota to Maryland and had experienced all possible problems with them. Delay with delivery to the final destination for 10 days, damaged furniture (almost every single piece with dents, ripped off wooden chunks), lost parts of our furniture (to the point that delivery team was not able to re-assemble it), wet and malodorous mattresses, unprofessional delivery team at the final location in Maryland (they did not have any floor protection, ruined our carpets, dented the walls with furniture) - the list can go on. It is almost a month after delivery and I am still trying to find the parts for the furniture, get the professional carpet cleaning, and so on. So tired and frustrated. My advice - stay away from them, use someone else! read more

Ditto everyone else on the list... my daughter did locum tenems work all over the country last year, so put her things in storage in Portland Maine for a year. She then found a full time job and hired NA van lines to move her... but since she no longer lives in Maine she had to fly there to be there when her storage unit was packed. Flash forward for two weeks and NA van lines keeps canceling her pick up date over and over again ... costing her extra hotel days and forcing her to rebook her flight out of Portland every time they push up date back.... And it's not like they call weeks ahead to cancel pickup times... they always wait til the last minute and just keep doing that over and over. It has literally cost an extra 3k in hotel costs and rebooking fees.... And they STILL can't/won't give her a definite day they could get her stuff. North American moved us from Denver area to Galena Illinois -- we are now ONE MONTH AND FIVE DAYS PAST the time when our signed contract says our goods must be delivered. They 'miscalculated' and moved part of our furniture etc. onto an overflow load, which means all our stuff is in a warehouse in Colorado. Apparently this signed contract means that they can deliver the rest of your furniture whenever it suits them. I will keep posting until my furniture arrives. read more

Quotes mean nothing. When the driver showed up he took a five minute walk around the house and nearly doubled the cost of the move. The truck was half full when it arrived for the pickup and NA's solution was another truck but it would not arrive for three days. Mind you I needed to be at the new home to accept the first load else it would be put in storage at an additional cost. I ended up renting a u-haul to get everything and my son-in-law volunteered to drive it. The only positive thing about the move was the packing. Nothing was broken or damaged extra care was taken with valuable items. Dealing with the office staff I found them abusive and overly rude. read more

I was being relocated from Boston to San Diego and chose Allen & Coles for the big move. They are well organized, reputable company that did a great job with my move. I even had my truck hauled across country too. Greg was my main contact throughout this move. He was really good to work with and was always upfront and answered any questions I had during the move. He even called me to let me know that my EZ-Pass should be cancelled before he drove across the country in order not to incur any toll fees. The little things like that made me feel like things were going to go well. There was one hiccup during the move as my TV stand for my big screen TV was accidentally misplaced and sent to New Mexico. Greg was upfront and honest about the mistake, took ownership and had it sent to my new apartment in San Diego within a week at no additional charge. I recommend this company. read more

Allen and Coles moving Portland Maine I will start with NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR LARGE OUT OF STATE MOVES!!!! I've had 2 months to process and unpack. This move cost me $30,000 to move from Scarborough Maine to Austin Texas AND ENDED WITH OVER $5,000 in damages. I'm a Breast Cancer patient and the last thing I needed was all the stress and anxiety this caused me. The start was hopeful as I was promised many things that were not truly accurate. I was promised the same crew from start to finish which is what I'm used to, that didn't happen. I was promised top notch packing, that by far was not true! Below are pictures of how this crew packed my belongings and loaded into truck. THERE was not ONE single piece of furniture that came off truck without a scratch and many items were broken and completely damaged. I have sheets showing some inventory didn't even show up. What baffles me is the entire base of one of our dining tables didn't even show up so how on earth do use it now? This crew was polite throughout pack and load so I put my trust in them. I treated them well, fed them whatever they wanted all the days they were at my home and now I regret not watching them. The first 3 days the crew left at 3pm and 4pm. And promised me each day that it would get done. It took 4 days and on the last day they scrabbled as I was scheduled for a flight out of Maine the next day so they had no more time. They used our linens to pack and stuff drawers etc. I would have gladly paid for proper packing material to save myself from doing laundry for 2 weeks. Forget about wardrobe boxes, they stuffed a dog kennel in the wardrobe box and stuffed hanging clothes on top. Needless to say, I also have a large dry cleaning bill. They had one guy on crew who worked but the fact that he took EVERYTHING APART and did not end up delivering to Texas made it extremely difficult for the crew in Texas to put furniture back together so they had no clue how to put things back together and left us with a pile of furniture that couldn't get put back together or was missing screws. This is why it's so important to have the same crew from start to finish because whatever is taken apart would be put back together by same person. To make matters worse, the company DID NOT SECURE A DRIVER to deliver and had to call upon Ward North American in Texas. Darren is the operations Manager and he was helpful when all our frustrations came pouring out towards him. He promised to make this right and I will do a follow up review once claims have been processed. But for now, I had to share since I have now unpacked every Allen and Coles boxes that were packed. They may do well on small in town moves but this was a large move and out of state move and it was a mess!!!! read more

This is something you want in a move... not to have your belongings shuffled around from mover to mover. Rick, our driver, was excellent! He was friendly and took good care of my things. I am hoping the crazy claims process NAVL is taking me through, will give me a reason to improve this rating. Least they can do is replace the apple computer they packed for us and showed us was broken when they delivered it, that was packed by AQMS originally, but our stuff was moved at least 4 times, but looks like it was drug through a dirty, smokey warehouse, everything stinks and every time of box was crushed!!!!!! Mayflower was great moving cross country, but AQMS had good local reviews and did not mention they subbed with a 1 star NAVL. I agree, Krissy! As a real estate broker in Marin County, part of the Greater San Francisco Bay Area, I often assist relocation clients with their move and the purchase or lease of a new home. My recent client came from Massachusetts and the movers arrived on the same day he started his new job! I oversaw the delivery of his families entire furnishings with the excellent help of Greg Diffin, the van operator and moving professional. He and his crew were patient with me as I texted messages and photos to my client with questions on where items belonged. As a fellow New Englander we shared a kindred spirit and at day's end I had a new appreciation and respect for the tremendous job he does to orchestrate the process of moving. When a few boxes were found to be lost in the move he quickly scoured the holding area and trucks to locate them and made arrangements to have them delivered asap. I do NOT recommend this company. Every piece of furniture that could be taken apart or disassembled was and parts were lost or broken rendering them useless. My TV console looks like it was dropped. My sectional couch has a 4 inch hole punched into the side and looks like it was dragged on its back as there is a 3 inch tear, the fabric is worn down to the wood and it is stained. Antique Coffee table and matching end tables were taken apart and broken. Shelving racks have were taken apart and pieces missing and the parts are sitting in my garage. A set of art canvas had two large hole punched through. Some of the boxes are partially torn open have holes in them or are squashed. The Claims process NAVL is NOT intuitive. HORRIBLE MOVING COMPANY. DO NOT USE! I moved a 4 bedroom home with ALLEN & COLES in Portland, ME to Chicago. They lost 3 Queen beds/ box springs ( how do you loose beds!) a rug, a 9 ft. Gorgeous China cabinet, a beveled glass table top, lamps, boxes of bedding - sheets and towels , couch cushions. Etc. Really hard to believe. They left my furniture open in the warehouse floor for weeks- not locked up!!! On top of that, there was MASSIVE DAMAGE! 5 chairs were completely damaged (3 from a set of 8 dining room chairs) legs ripped off, chair tops completely ripped off/ fabric separated from broken Henredon tops and arms. The pictures tell the story. Deep scrapes in Baker table. They lost or damaged half my furniture and refuse to process the insurance I purchased - Full Replacement Value- 0 deductible up to $70,000. I filed a claim for nearly $30,000 that they denied. Slimy management- all lies. I'm heart sick. I'm retired on a fixed income and have to get a litigator now,to force them to honor the commitment they made to me in writing for insurance coverage. Don O, and his Boss Rich ( manager of Allen & Coles) talk a big game, and are so nice up front,but when damage or lost items happen, they stab you in the back. They even try to bury bad reviews and get their friends to write glowing 5 star puffery. BEWARE. READ ALL THE REVIEWS ON THIS CO. I wouldn't use them unless you are prepared to sue them. read more

This was our second experience with Allen & Coles and, once again, they were excellent. This move consisted of moving heavy tools from a second floor workshop. Jeff Read used his imagination and came up with a plan to move the equipment with no muss and no fuss. A job I expected to take all day was done in 90 minutes. DO NOT use this company!!!! They "lost" irreplaceable" items and after seeing so many reviews about the same issue I have to concur it appears they have an issue with theft. Showing up with a truck already 1/3 full meant splitting our load between two trucks and a delayed delivery. Many items were broken or dented. Antique tables disassembled and not reassembled with missing parts that made it very difficult to fix later. They did send a 300.00 check for a broken antique 18" cut glass punch bowl platter from our wedding. Finding another platter is another issue. The fast pace that 5-6 movers unloaded our things made it impossible to be able to check off and account for our boxes and supervise placement of furnishings inside. If you use them DO NOT "sign off" regardless of the pressure they put on you to do so until you have accounted for every single item on the list!! We were told that because we signed off we had no recourse later when things were missing. This being our first cross country move we had a lot to learn and should have been aware. After reading the reviews though, it appears we still would not have had any of our things returned. It is very unfair to the packers we had that their great job is overshadowed negatively with our losses. They did a great job with the delicate glassware. Hopefully someone out there will come across a dish pack (they packed) with 50 year old Metlox Vernon Ware San Fernando dishes from our wedding. Also a box or two with a large wicker basket, new beach towels, household items and irreplaceable slate, water color plaques. Terrible customer service. read more

I moved a container from Colorado to Portland through Zippy Shell. Allen and Coles was the receiving agent and they were tasked with delivery to my house. Three young men, led by Anthony, cross loaded my possessions into a truck (two loads), drove to my house, and carried everything to wherever I directed. They were fast, competent, and very careful. Nothing was damaged. It was an impressive display of professionalism. read more

I used this company to move long distance. I asked that they be extremely careful with three pieces of antique furniture that belonged to my great-grandmother. They promised to take extra care with these pieces. However, when the Driver unloaded them, they were wrapped in blue blankets and were under heavy boxes just like the other furniture. One item was a mahogany coffee table and when unwrapped it was in two pieces. The other two antiques were gouged by dollies and scratched. I took the two pieces of the coffee table to a furniture repair shop and waited six days for NAVL to provide a claim number. Afterwards, they said they will not cover the expense to repair the coffee table because it is not in my house. They cannot cover any furniture that I took to a repair shop because it is not in my house, even though the furniture repair shop is one that they use and even though they have not begun to repair the coffee table. I have photos from the day of unloading and the Driver will also vouch for the fact that it was in two pieces. I do not have room for the two pieces of the coffee table in my current place. I find this service abhorrent. I cannot recommend this company to anyone and I'm sorry that I used them. read more

The packers actually did a great job the day before the movers arrived. The movers were horrible. The long distance truck driver was in a very bad move from his previous day when he showed up to my home. He complained all day and was very unpleasant to deal with. The first thing he did was contest the weight estimate provided by Mr. Atherton. As a customer who purchased a complete packing/moving package, I don't think I should have been involved with a weight discrepancy. However, I was really involved with this horrible driver as soon as he arrived to my property. The driver also didn't like the inventory numbers assigned from the previous day, so he decided to inventory EVERYTHING again. That means a normal 4-5 hour job turned into a 8-9 hour ordeal. The driver decided to break down all of my items including tables, lamps and even a collapsible treadmill. After this rough day, my items were in storage for about 6 weeks before I released them to my new property. I called Chad's office to release my products, but it seems as though Chad is always on vacation. Very unreachable, so I have to speak with his assistant to get everything coordinated. The new moving company shows up with my goods at my new home, but of course I didn't have a certified bank check for them since I was never told the amount by Chad or his company. The new driver was upset that I didn't have payment ready for him, but I tried telling him that I was never told the exact amount. That means that both drivers I dealt with were in horrible moods. These movers put the wrong boxes in every room, even though I was pretty loud in telling them which rooms everything went into. They also were agitated when I asked them to reassemble everything that was taken apart. They messed up the assembly of my lamps, bikes and I was missing parts to my treadmill. Overall, the delivery of my items didn't go any better than the pick up. I had a damaged bed frame, book case and missing parts to my prized treadmill. I called Chad to alert him of my issues and he assured me that they would be taken care of. Of course they were not. The Allied claims agent was very unresponsive and would not return my calls. I did finally receive a settlement check for $400, which was much less than the damage to my items and the assembly charge in order to get my treadmill back into working condition. Also, they didn't have a service technician in my area, so it's really my responsibility to reassemble a treadmill that should not have been broken down in the first place. To summarize, false promises, horrible drivers, poor claims refund and an overall very stressful experience with dealing with this company represented by Chad Atherton. I have had nothing but problems with this company. If you are storing items, they are NOT climate controlled but will advertise as such to get your business. Climate controlled to them means that they have heaters which they never turn on, only to make it appear like they are providing that level of service. When my things were delivered, I had a number of things damaged - sofa, antique secretary with a broken leg, dining chairs, refrigerator....the list goes on. And I'm still dealing with the claim months later. If you want people to handle your items with care then do NOT use Allen & Coles. There are much more reputable vendors out there that will handle your items correctly. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU LIKE YOUR BELONGINGS AND PROPERTY. This company over promised, under-delivered and then did not make good on their obligations. Our move from Portland, Maine to NYC was botched and resulted in thousands of dollars of damages. Their so-called insurance paid pennies on the dollar and left us with broken and missing belongings. Please stay away from this moving company. I have had an awful experience with a series of mistakes with them. They were responsible for storing my furniture (being held while my house was undergoing renovations) and receiving new furniture that was ordered and shipped directly to them by a local home decorating firm. On move in day - they did not have an inventory of new items that had been shipped directly to them and being held in storage. Further, when we noticed that some items were missing, they had to drive back to the warehouse to find them. There was some damage to the new furniture including a scratched table as well as grease and blood put on a new cream colored leather chair valued at $3500. It was done by one of their crew who was unwrapping it outside the home. They had me submit a claim and after inquiring about it a month later, I got a call from their internal 'quality control' representative. They told me they would not cover it beyond $6 but would be willing to send over someone to try and repair it as part of a goodwill effort on their part. To top it off, they overcharged me at the end and told me that I had not paid some of bills only to find it was an accounting mistake on their side. Allen and Coles did a wonderful job helping my family and I in the challenging moving process. The workers were incredibly efficient as well as cautious when dealing with our furniture. If I were to move again I would certainly use Allen and Coles. read more
