She somehow managed to exceed all expectactions for a place i already held dearly in my heart. I recommend this place to anyone in need of a new pair of spectacles. Spectacles however shouldnt be necessary to clearly see the level of attention in Lauren's impeccable costumer care - because, just wow, really! He needed an eye exam because, I noticed how close he was looking at the computer screen, for virtual learning. Dr. Deutscher, went above and beyond to first make him feel safe and comfortable. She carefully listened to my concerns, and then used her immense knowledge base, to implement different ways to have my son focus, and respond to her during the exam. She explained the results of each part of the exam, conferred with me on eyeglass prescriptions, and most of all, she was extremely patient while doing it. Parents should not hesitate to bring their children in!

They were unable to complete my eye exam and they wanted me to return at which point I would have to pay a second time. It didn't sound right to me and I told them that. I never went back but they still gave me a prescription. A prescription that was incorrect. I went to a new eye doctor and I was informed of this. I've been driving around for over a year with imperfect vision. On top of that the person behind the desk is rude and has no customer service skills at all.

His amazing wife, Mary, works alongside him and keeps Frank on his toes!!! Even though the shop is always busy, Frank NEVER rushes his customers out the door. There recently was a problem with the ordering of my new lenses, which caused a delay, but Frank was on top of it and kept me up to date until they arrived. Once again, Frank goes above and beyond. When I arrived, Frank recognized me just from voice, as I had called a day earlier to check if appointments were necessary, which they weren't. He inspected my frames and kindly shared that while he could fix them, he recommended just buying new frames from the original retailer, and then he'd swap out the lenses for me, because it would be cheaper than him fixing it. This was really thoughtful of him to consider what would be most affordable for me. In addition to the lens switch, he also adjusted my regular glasses at no charge. You can tell that he has great passion for his work and is constantly busy because customers appreciate the care he puts into every service. He is warm and welcoming to all. Highly recommend a visit for any glasses needs!
