Some people might have had good experience at this place (All Car Shop 1755 S. John young Parkway…read morein Kissimmee Fl) but I am not one of them! I had bad experience with mechanic shops before, but this has been one of the worst! Imagine, I am a 64 years old Desert storm, Desert Shield and Iraqi Freedom veteran, and the manager I spoke with is also a veteran, and look at what I went through, my fellow veteran, we are our worst enemy. I can tell you my whole experience, but there is not enough room on this platform to do it, so I will give a brief synopsis. I first brought my vehicle into the shop (approximately the second week of June), for the check engine light. I was charged approximately $164.00 for a diagnostic, which confirm the code that I was getting about the engine misfiring. I didn't get it worked on that day, because they didn't have the parts. Approximately two weeks later I went back to get the work done. There are two reasons why I went back to that shop. One is, I assumed that they would apply (what I paid for the diagnostic), towards the repair cost, and the other reason is; I love supporting veteran own, or any business that deal with veterans. Anyhow, with the diagnostic, the repaired cost me over $3,000.00 just to change out 8 plugs and coils. Changing out the plugs and coils appeared to solved the problem, because the check engine light went off. On that day they were planning to also do a gas treatment (a can of gas treatment purred into the gas tank), for over $300.00. to avoid paying the $300.00 dollars, I went to the dealership the same day and bought a can of their gas treatment ($40.00 with tax), and pure it in the tank myself. Now here is where the story gets interesting. About three to four weeks later, the same thing happens again, the engine light came back on, with the same two codes. After going back to the shop (for the same issue), I was told that, in order for them to check it out, I would have to agree to pay another $164.00 diagnostic fee. After I agreed to pay the fee, they brought the truck into the shop (with the check engine light still on), to check it out. Approximately 30 to 40 minutes later, the manager (or who appeared to be the manager), came and told me that he was getting a misfire from one of the cylinders, but after clearing the code he couldn't find anything wrong with the truck. I told him that I was getting two codes instead on one, but he advised me that he was only getting one code. He continued by telling me he found a problem, and in the same sentence, told me that he couldn't find nothing wrong with the truck, I couldn't understand that! However, he advised me that because the job/parts were under warranty, he would change out the part that was responsible for the misfire. He also stated that he would also try a gas treatment after changing out the part. After he mention the gas treatment, I told him that I had added a can of gas treatment to the truck the very same day he did the repair. He then stated to me that the gas treatment I added was the cause of the problem. Remind you, I use the same cleaner the dealership used in my truck twice before, also it's been several weeks and several tanks of gas (I went through), leading up to that moment. Also, the whole time I was driving the truck (with the gas treatment in it), the check engine light has not came on once. Anyhow, he told me he was going to speak with his technician and get back to me. When he came back, he handed me back my keys and told me that the gas treatment was the problem. He didn't even bother to change out the part he found that was doing the misfiring, the part that I paid over $3,000.00 for, which was still under warranty. He told me that he wasn't planning to charge me. Are you freaking kidding me, charge me for what?! A job that he never did! He never worked on the truck, he never changed out the part he told me had the misfire, as a matter of fact, the minute I left the property and got out on the main road, the engine light came back on! If there are any veteran reading this post, beware!

ANGEL SHOULD BE FIRED!!!!!…read more After today's visit and the way Angel treated my wife I will NEVER visit another Valvoline again. I called the number for this location to see if personal checks were accepted. I was told yes with ID. When my wife tried to pay Angel rudely told my wife they don't and that no one would have told her that. He went on to say she could leave but they would keep her car. Seeing that she was in the car during service this would be a physical threat. Another employee apologized to my wife and said no one likes to work with/for Angel. I have placed a call into corporate...THIS IS NOT OVER!!!!

On February 28, I brought my 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan to Valvoline for an oil change. At the time…read moreof arrival, the vehicle was operational. During the service, Valvoline staff made comments about a noise coming from the vehicle and stated that it sounded like a transmission-related issue, specifically suggesting it may need transmission fluid. Based on that concern, I requested that the fluids be checked. I was informed that they were checked, and the service documentation reflects that the transmission fluid was marked as "OK." This vehicle has a sealed transmission system, and no explanation has been provided as to how the transmission fluid was properly verified. On March 17, while driving to Xtreme Motor Works to have fluids topped off in preparation for an out-of-town trip, the vehicle began bucking. Due to safety concerns, I left the vehicle at the shop overnight and did not continue driving it. Valvoline later acknowledged responsibility for an oil leak related to the prior service. I offered to have the vehicle towed to the mechanic for repair. This option was declined. Valvoline staff stated that the vehicle was safe to drive despite the oil leak because there was still oil in the vehicle. On March 18, they chose to operate the vehicle and drove it approximately 30 miles to the mechanic shop. Following this, the vehicle's condition worsened significantly. The vehicle is now completely inoperable and presents multiple transmission-related fault codes consistent with pressure loss and internal failure. Valvoline has since refused responsibility for the current damage, stating they were unaware of any transmission issue and has closed my claim. While I acknowledge the possibility of a pre-existing condition, Valvoline identified a potential transmission concern during service, documented the transmission fluid as "OK" without a verifiable method on a sealed system, accepted responsibility for an oil leak, and made the determination that the vehicle was safe to operate. They then chose to drive the vehicle despite the availability of a safer alternative. Valvoline failed to exercise reasonable care in handling the vehicle. The decision to operate the vehicle under these conditions directly preceded and contributed to a significant worsening of its condition.

Tire Kingdom usually has a $50 full synthetic oil change, but I'm suspicious. I think Tire Choice is the most expensive at about $120 if you don't have a coupon for full synthetic. Then you have Tires Plus who charge like $97 for synthetic. At those tire shops, you can be waiting up to four hours, just to get your oil change because they do other services and you need to wait your turn. That's why moving forward I'm always gonna go to Valvoline oil change.

So I return to Valvoline and tell them they forgot to replace cover to its original place. They find it and my guess is they lost the bolts to put it back on. They found other bolts that are the wrong thread and spun out 4 of the clips underneath on the skid plate. So now no way to reattach the cover to the skid plate. They keep telling me it's normal wear and tear. Dishonest workers who won't stand behind the damage they caused! While there I ask why the little reminder sticker for the windshield says next oil service due is 3000 miles or 3 months. Synthetic oil was put in the car. GM recommends 7500 miles or 1 year. These people are ripping people off getting them in there every 3000 miles or 3 months. Girl at Valvoline told me that even if I didn't drive 3000 miles you should change it every 3 months anyways. Dishonest company!!
