On my final 1/2 hour drive into Orlando, I started hearing a noise coming from my rear passenger tire. It sounded lIke something was rubbing against the tire. I pulled into North City Tire and was a nervous wreck. Jr pulled my car in and said to have a seat in the waiting room. I was expecting a hefty bill but 5 minutes later Jr entered and said the problem was fixed and better yet - he fixed the problem and didn't charge me! Part of the plastic tire housing had broken and was rubbing against the tire. Jr pulled the plastic off and away I went! Jr was so friendly and I was in tears when I left! He could have easily told me I needed something fixed or replaced on my car but he was honest, friendly and so very nice. Absolutely amazing! Was referred here by a local and North City Tire substantially beat three other quotes for an AC replacement. Job was done quickly, on budget and the service from the owner (jeff) was incredible. Long story short, there was a problem with the same AC a year later. They did some amazing trouble shooting and fixed the problem which had nothing to do with the system they replaced. Did all this work for free. I know almost nothing about cars, so they could have sold me lots of stuff I don't need. They are very honest and go out of their way to do an exceptional job. BEWARE of this sketchy business. They will change parts WITHOUT your permission, which is illegal incase you don't know. Car was brought in for a diagnosis and a diagnosis ONLY. Nothing was signed or said for them to change a part, they didn't even contact us about the part. They changed the part, called us and said it was going to cost us over $150 for the part and he wasn't charging "labor" what a joke of an owner and business. There's plenty of shops that do LEGAL work, once again AVOID THIS BUSINESS. Also when you call out the owner on his business he'll insult you, definitely a scumbag. read more

We bought our 1 ton dually and our toyhauler is July 2012. Found out the tires on the RV were from China and not quality for full-timing. Jeff spent time with us recommending the best tire for our needs and was able to take care of us right away. We made it back to Oregon that year, then back to the East Coast the following year.
