I figured, ok that's fine, but when I asked if I could provide him the VIN and he give me the part number so I could find it on my own, he refused to give me the part number. Rep was not helpful and was rude on the phone. I ended up calling a different Infiniti dealership in San Jose and they also advised they couldn't give me the measurements but requested the last 8 of my VIN and then ended up providing me the part numbers. The AC ran pretty weak the whole time I had the car. Then two weeks later after renting this car, they send me a toll charge that happened a WEEK before I had even rented this car! So, they tried passing this charge on me knowing when the incident happened (read invoice). They must of thought I would just pay the small toll fee and all is well. So, if you're renting a Turo vehicle through them beware of charges they may pass on to you later on? Turo as a whole is a great service & I will continue to use Turo.
