Bad sales men, ruined cars on the lot. False CarFax reports. Hidden damages done. Money pit

If I could do zero stars I would. The absolute worst. We purchased a car from here, and signed for full warranty for 3 years or 90000 miles. Something went wrong with the car a month later, we brought it in and they began to work on my car without my permission or telling me what the issue was. When I got there the salesman couldn't even tell me what the part was or what the issue was. They asked us to pay, completely disregarding our warranty. The owner and the salesman Mark tells us if we bring someone in to buy a car they'll pay for the cars issue, or the car payment. It's all about money. The lady who answers the phone is rude and has attitude. Just don't go here. They try to take advantage of young marines in need of a car. Couldn't get over on my husband. read more

This dealership sold me a car way over priced, I have put more money in repairs than payments to TRY and keep the car running but it just keeps getting worse. The battery went out after 4 month of driving, there was no license plate light installed into my car before driving off of the lot, my tire pressure sensors went out after a few days they didn't want to order the parts for me after even purchasing the warranty with them, the rear bumper started to crack and fell off 3 months of having the car revealing hidden damage within the rear of the vehicle, backup camera and air conditioner went out 4 and a half months after having the car. Recently the car is not drivable and is stuck in my parking spot and left with no car because the cars right side suspension is mangled and eating away at the rim. This was caused by hitting a small pothole (not even big enough to really have done that damage) while I was going 25 mph through school zone. The car is done for they tried selling me another car when I called and asked if they can fix my car which they didn't. This car is done for and I'm stuck with $10k of negative equity, 2 kids that attend daycare that I'm goin to have to figure out how to get them there while still making it in to work. They just want to make a sale and don't care about customer satisfaction. My buddy got a car from this same dealership later to find out that the car he purchased had up to $14,000 of hidden damage that wasn't disclosed to him at the sale. On top of that they do not provide the real carfax for the vehicles, they told me my car had only two owners when I looked it up myself later on I came to find out that there was 9 owners with the car and reported accidents I was not made aware of upon the time of sale. I do not recommend this dealership at all and advise people to stay away from this dealership and let people know about them. read more

In my honest experience with this dealership I have experienced nothing but desperate people. As a young adult who's still learning how to be independent, and especially as a relatively new marine I succumbed to the system that they run here. First, the "boss" is a big guy who's really loud and does nothing but speak over you and for you. They have active duty marines working there to try and lure in marines, and being naive I fell into their system. They have their salesmen try to talk you into "getting a good deal". I got a 2014 Honda Civic EX Coupe from them at 50,000 miles. They said it was "certified pre-owned". They also told me not to worry about the car fax when I specifically requested to see it, but the salesman "Cowboy" would just keep reassuring me that there is nothing to worry about, no accidents, and that I'm perfectly good. I'll admit I fell into their scheme, but it's something I'll just have to learn from as like I said I'm still learning how things go. I test drove the car with the salesman in the front passenger seat with another marine who was working there part time in the back. The car drove fine, but the experience with the salesman was just cringe. Nothing but a desperate man trying to get sales in no matter what. Even after saying that I was not going to get a car, he would continue to speak over me. After feeling pressured from the sales person and marine, I decided to see the paperwork, the car was 18k, and I know damn well a 2014 Honda Civic ain't worth 18k even with the damn low miles it has. They overprice the car, so that when you say it's too much they try to talk down until you say "okay that's fine", and then they have you sign everything. Under pressure I signed anyways, and dumb mistake for not taking time to read, but I specifically just wanted the car, but they never talked about warranty. I ended up signing for their warranty that's an extra 2k. Luckily my bank saved me from their warranty. After I got the car, I immediately noticed the windshield wiper fluids were not coming out of the nozzles. I replaced the nozzles. Still didn't work, then I check the hose and it's not even connected to the fluid reservoir as the hose is cut in half, and I know it's not empty because first thing I tried was to refill the reservoir. Also, when I was doing the paperwork, the "boss" man did nothing but talk over me, and when I wanted out he pretty much said sternly that I signed the papers and now I can't get out. That's not good customer service, that's rude. Also, cowboy, my salesman, made me call many banks to open an account to request a loan. That's very unprofessional after looking back, and on top of that I can see slowly how desperate these people are. Fast forward till now, I'm getting calls every week or so from one of their salesperson asking if I knew anyone who wanted a car, even trying to entice me by saying they'll give me cash for gas or $600 if I got someone to go to them. In summary, marines, military members, people, if you are really wanting to get a car from this place, bring someone who knows how to check a car, knows business, but if you're just scrolling on here then please avoid this place as they are just desperate people. Not to mention how rude the boss man was with my bank representative, and she can even testify to this. They're not good people, just money hungry, desperate, people. The marines there just screw you over even though they know it. Just shows that they don't even look after their own brothers/sisters. read more

I bought a 2015 Mitsubishi lancer from here and it was fine we got into a car accident and our airbags didn't deploy we just got a letter from a lawyer stating that there was frame damage and this is why her airbags didn't deploy. We could've died if it was worse than it was and I had my child in the car screw these people don't buy a car from them they're shady and will do anything to overprice your car. I hope they go out of business read more

Had no issues here! Surprising for an auto dealership. Friendly service and was very comfortable with the sales process. They are straight forward and don't try to hide things from you like other salesmen. Will definitely recommend this place to friends and family in need of a new car. read more
