The insurance estimate and agreement was done the next day with an agreement of 7 business days. When I called for an update on my car on day 7 as I had not received an update on a possible delay. When I called first I was told the car was going to take an additional 7 business due to waiting on aftermarket parts. When I asked if there is any way I can assist in getting these parts else where to speed up the process, and was told no with no explanation. The phone was then handed off to another employee. When asking again if we can get the parts through another vendor I was told by the second employee they had located and received all the parts and the delay was not in receiving the parts but rather they were waiting to paint the parts and assembled the car. It was never clarified what the actual delay was and unapologetically told "well I'm not going to half ass the job it will get done when we told you it will be done" I am very dissatisfied with the communication and customer service. Totally ridiculous and very unprofessional collision center. I would not recommend R&F auto collision center.

We recently took our vehicle in for brake service. They informed me the brakes and rotors need to be replaced immediately. So we bought the parts and took them home to install ourselves. When we took the pads and rotors off they were fine, we had over 50% left on the pads when they reported to me there was only 3%. They refused to take the parts back when I brought it to their attention. After 10 years and multiple visits, I wonder how many times they ripped us off with their inaccurate diagnosis. We will not be returning to this dealership and will not recommend them in any capacity. Poor leadership and management skills.

However, the "after-care" has been a different story. Shortly after the purchase, a mechanical issue arose that was clearly covered under the 30-day limited warranty. While I expected a quick fix, the service department has made it incredibly difficult to actually get the car in. When there the team could not diagnose the issue and asked to have me return if the issue persists. However; The Challenges: * Scheduling: Trying to get an appointment was a headache. I was told they were "extremely busy" and couldn't see the car for over a week, despite it being a warranty issue on a car they just sold me. * Resolution: While the issue is technically "covered," the hurdle of getting it diagnosed and repaired has turned an "easy" buying experience into a stressful ownership experience. We found it a bit strange that we couldn't use a check to pay for the vehicle but debit card was okay. When the plate came, he let us pick it up even though the vehicle isn't in our names. After a few minor fluid (oil, radiator, differential, etc) and part changes (wiper blades, etc), Pops was ready to drive it home. I am writing this review because he made it home safely... cross-country, via the 40 (read: through the desert!) in late July. Thank you, TK, for trusting and doing business with us for a vehicle not actually ours.
