No showed for my appt yesterday. I booked with him 2 weeks ago. He said he would arrive between 2-3pm and never heard from him. I text him at 331pm asking if he was still coming. Nothing. He text me 831pm that he just got home and will call me the next day??? So you can't communicate to your customers that have an appt and changed their schedule to be home. I would highly recommend this company! Professional response and answered all questions. Follow through was all great. Everything turned out as requested! I'm very happy I didn't have to bring it anywhere because they came to me. He was straightforward about cost because I requested a pet screen which is costly and he wanted to make sure I knew. I've had them before so I was expecting it to be more. It is exactly what I need this time around because I have a 6 month old puppy. Made an appointment 1 week out. With a newborn in the house making appointments isn't always easy. I got a call 15 minutes before my appointment stating it needed to be canceled and that it would be another week. Unfortunately with two dogs I will be calling around because I need my screen door to work, I waited for Ken as when I was doing research he was the most helpful and gave me advice without any payment. Which in working with the public I know goes a long way. I hope Ken can make it quicker. If Ken is able to complete the work I will update this review. I'm not big on doing Yelp reviews but this company is so great, I have to write about it. We needed screens for our place in Guerneville. I didn't know where to start so I looked online. After the first company I found turned us down, I called Ken at North Coast. He was professional and knowledgeable and made an appointment that fit with our schedule. He was on time and came out in the rain. He measured all the windows for screens, even one that was an old wooden window where we weren't sure we could have a screen. He came back the following week - again on time, and replaced/built and installed 14 screens. Everything fits perfectly and looks great. And all at a great price! I called North Coast Mobile Screen on a Saturday. Ken called me back but I missed his call. It was like 4:00 on Saturday and he called me back again and said he will finishing up his last job for the day and could come out to look at our screen door that afternoon. Very prompt and polite when he showed up. At first I thought we needed a new sliding screen door, but Ken thought the door was still very good, and we just needed new screening and wheels. Saved us money. Rather then scheduling an appointment, he stayed and did the job. Our screen door slides perfect and looks great. Very reasonable rates too. Ken did a great job! One of my dogs flew through the closed screen door, tearing the screen. I couldn't get the screen door to pop out of the track to take it in for repair. I called Ken at North Coast Mobile Screen Service and am so glad I did. He was able to get it out of the track and repair the screen. We called. Left a message. He called back late the next evening. Said he could come today (Wednesday) in the afternoon. I said fine. Gave him my wife's name and her cell, as she would be here. No return call to either of us. No response to Wednesday morning text asking if he was coming Wednesday afternoon. No response to 5pm text either. He did this a year ago. Said he'd come. No show. Very disappointed. We have some 30 windows in this house. Many need new screens. Not from this guy. read more
