Don immediately called back and demanded to know if I'd texted him and why would I have done that? Why would I have written something like that? I responded that it was because he had left VM asking what it was they were supposed to do. Don stated that what I had said (unhappy customer) was "over the top". This call was rude and unpleasant from his end. Unhappy customer is about ME. I get to describe myself any way I choose, regardless of him thinking it's over the top or milk toast.
