First of all I foster dogs. Young to old and every type of mess you can imagine ends up on my carpet no matter how diligent and careful I am. And did I mention I have a bunch of teenagers running through my house all the time? Sometimes I think they're worse mess makers than the dogs! Least of which my carpet is ivory with no pattern. I know what you're saying..... why would you?! well, it came with the house LOL Sometimes I don't catch them in the act and so therefore stains and smells get settled in to the carpet. North county carpet cleaning has not ever failed me. They do an incredible job On time or early every time. Communication is amazing Professional not only in interactions and appearance but they protect your floors with carpet so that the hoses don't scratch your flooring They have corner guards so that they are not affected with the tubes going back-and-forth and they have a door block screen so that you're not heating the outdoors. Could I pay less? Absolutely but I wouldn't get the quality and care to my carpets that I get with North County carpet cleaning I would highly recommend them! read more

I recently purchased/won a basic carpet cleaning from North County Cleaners at a silent auction. The owner Jeff had donated this package to Rock Solid which is a safe place for family's to send their kids after school. I called and made a 12:30 appointment. The owner Jeff Beacock called me about 45 minutes early on the day of cleaning to say he was on his way. He got to my house early and had the job done in about an hour. Jeff was friendly and did an amazing job on our carpets, including finding an old area of wax on our floor that we had forgotten about. He took care of this as well as several stains. Not included in my basic purchase were two small areas in the house that I fully expected to pay extra for. Jeff told me that he would take care of these areas at no additional cost. I was very impressed with Jeff's customer service and the quality of his work. I would highly suggest North County to anyone, even if you have to wait a couple weeks during the busy time of year. read more

We arranged to have North Country Carpet Cleaning come in and work on some high traffic areas in our home including a few old spots I'd failed to deal with. Jeff was a pro. He arrived on time, reviewed the areas with me, immediately placed down rugs and corner protectors so nothing in our home was damaged. He proceeded to get out every single spot and really made the carpets looks great. I was particularly impressed with how good the carpet in our tv room looked when he was done. I'd asked him to just deal with one spot in there and he worked on the entire area and it made it look new again. Jeff also gave me a complimentary bottle of their spot treatment cleaner for any future messes. This is a great company and I'll be scheduling them annually from now on. read more

Wow!!! Beyond awesome!!! I had renters that lived in my home and totally trashed it. I honestly thought I was going to have to replace the carpet. I called North County carpet and told them about my carpet and my concerns and they said "we will do our best". They did an amazing job! Beyond amazing. I honestly didn't think the carpet would be usable. Not only is it usable but it's clean! Stains are gone and it's in great shape. No soap residue. I usually don't leave reviews except I have to. Jeff is REALLY professional and very friendly. He helped us with our move-in carpet cleaning and the upholstery cleaning for our two sets of large sofa sets. I have to say that they looked ugly and smelly (previous owner had cat) before he cleaned them so I was planning to change everything brand new after awhile. Had North County CC come by to clean our carpets as we were moving into a new place here in town. Had a great attitude and showed up right before the time agreed upon. Got out a few nasty pet stains and had the carpet looking and smelling much better. Our living room was pretty bad, and I was surprised he got out as much dirt as he did, hardly noticeable by tge time he finished. I just had Jeff clean my stairs (the rest of my house is laminate) and he did an amazing job!! I have 3 dogs and have used different services in the past in different cities.
