I contacted North County to install two new sliding glass doors and a new window that was so old I couldn't see out of it! Kevin came over and very thoroughly walked me through the options of replacement vs repair. I was in a Atascadero at a job and needed a piece of glass. I must have called 20 different glass companies only to find out no one would cut a piece of glass for me. Finally I came across North County Glass. I was talking to someone and off the phone with an order within two or three minutes. The next morning they called me up and told me my glass was ready. I just picked my glass up and it fits perfectly (see pictures). I am extremely impressed with their work. When I came to the shop to pick the glass up I spoke with an employee (or owner) named Karl. He was extremely knowledgeable and very nice. He gave me a rundown on prices, different kinds of glass, how to cut glass if I needed to do so. They were contacted by a painter whose crew broke a window at my building. Took them 5 months to come out to replace the window pane (agreed two postponements were caused by rain). Once they were finally scheduled for 1/3/22 I called them and asked them to replace another window that had been cracked in the same building. Kevin, installer and co-owner, said they would do it. However he left the job site without replacing the second window pane because he had to get to another job 60 miles away in a hurry. Really? I spoke to Carl - a co-owner - and he said probably Kevin wrote this work order on a piece of paper and lost it in his truck. Really? This morning Carl called me to tell me that what Kevin said was he would only do my second job at the SAME building if he had time which is NOT true. Do not schedule work with these people - they take forever, forget what they are supposed to do, and then tell lies. read more

My friends in Templeton had their windows replaced with floor to ceiling windows, which allowed for spectacular views of their sprawling backyard. I experienced a leak in a window due to recent rains, and they highly recommended the owner Kevin and their son.
