It at least 4 subsequent calls to get a call back from the owner. He told me wo problem, he's working on it. 3 more weeks pass, nothing. THEY DON'T RETURN CALLS, which is all it would have taken. Today's call ended up getting heated. The useless kid at the desk told me to go fuck myself, then hung up on me. Then the tool wouldn't answer the phone so i could find out what time they were open. literally after a dozen calls back he finally answers. I told him i was coming to get the tool. I get to the store and it's on the floor just inside the front door with not a soul in sight. What garbage! Now you wrote back "Eric K. Business Owner Aug 8, 2025 Thanks for your generous words Tony. You brought a peace of equipment in that was battery operated with no battery. How in the world are we suppose to test and diagnose the unit with out the power source for the machine. I'm the owner I called you personally the same day that you dropped it off. Don't disrespect my employee on the phone. That is why he told you to come get your unit and take elsewhere thanks buddy. Hopefully we will see you soon" My words were not generous enough my friend. In fact I had the battery with me when I brought it to your so called shop. I asked the kid if he needed it, he said NO. Next, if you called me, why wouldn't you have asked me for the battery? As far as your useless employee, and I say useless because he didn't even know how to provide me with a receipt when I dropped off my tool. I disrespect no one, until they disrespect me. Get your shit together, especially before you try to threaten someone.

These people are terrible. I realized the hard way that all the bad reviews about them were true!…read moreThey are legit scammers. They charged me 60 bucks and told me my bike was good after 2 weeks being there, then when I when to pick it up the bike wouldn't start and the gas hose was not connected to the carb property. I left the bike there and after another week of me begging them to work on my bike they said "We haven't work on many of these were running out of options" Long story short I picked up my bike, they never gave me my 60 dollars back when I took off the tank to see if they even took apart the carburetor they didn't do anything other than throw carb cleaner at it. They made me go through 2 brand new batteries cuz they don't know how to use a digital multimeter had to change the voltage regulator on my bike. Common sense, most of these stuff is so simple when I checked the spark plug it looked like it was clearly burnt so I got another one for like 3 dollars and the bike started right the fuck up. I don't know much about bikes that's why I bring my 03 ktm 625cc to a shop so that I don't fuck it up myself and they don't even bother to check the spark plug most importantly tight the gas hose to the carb in a safe way. SCAMMERS. Terrible work ethic. Shows that anybody could own a shitty business in this country. I'm not mechanic but I will always try to work on my bikes/car the best I can so that I don't have to deal with clowns like these!

There was only one review so I wasn't sure if it was even a real review. Let me assure you, this guy is a conscientious and honest mechanic. He seems to take pride in the fact that he charges a fraction of the Harley dealer, but that's not really impressive if you've ever gone to a Harley dealer. I found his pricing fair, as in he is making a living and does not gouge at all. What is impressive is the fact that he really takes pride in his work. I went to pick up my bike at his place and had forgot to mention that the foot hold on the clutch side would spin. He had been paid he took another twenty minutes to fix it because as he said it could be dangerous. If I can get the bike to Bergen I will use him again and again. If you're lucky enough to live nearby he will pick up your bike at no cost. I'm a fan, and recommend this mechanic.

The bike runs amazingly. I received my bike back cleaner than the way I brought it to them. They strive for quality work. They literally went above and beyond in regards to Quality, pricing and speed of work. You can see that when their customers smile and are happy, that they also are happy and smiling. They make you feel at home in their shop unlike the dealerships where you're only a number of the day. They understood that I'm a newer rider and had extreme patience with me. They explained everything in great detail of any issues I had with my bike. I knew that my Bike was in great hands, and I was RIGHT! I will be going to these guys for EVERYTHING with my bike, whether it's for a simple oil change or a complete customization. I HIGHLY WHOLEHEARTEDLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS. You won't be disappointed at all when you go here. My friends also all will be going here as well. THANK YOU GUYS!

Every time I have called to make an appointment to have work done on my either my R1 or my R6, it's been really bad. Every time I call, I get the impression that I am just an inconvenience. Maybe if I bought my bikes there, it would be different, but who knows. Perception is reality when it comes to interacting with customers and my perception is, they really don't want to do any work for me. I really don't understand it. It's not just one time either. Every time I have called to make an appointment, they've gone out of their way to tell me why they couldn't do it. Excuse after excuse with the main reason being "we are too busy". Well I guess they don't need my business then. Good for them, I guess. It's not like I'm ever asking for an engine rebuild or anything time consuming. Example, I called to ask if I brought my wheels and new tires in, if they could mount them for me. I wasn't asking for a rush job. I said I'd leave them and they could do it when it was convenient for them. I didn't ask how much it would cost. Whatever they wanted to charge would have been fine. But no, I was told that unless I buy the tires from them, they wouldn't mount them. Really? Maybe they are very busy, I get that, but to be told that really put me off about the whole place. It wasn't like they said "I'm sorry, we are very busy, I can't squeeze you in". Even though if I had access to the mounting machine, I could mount both tires in 10 minutes. I used to be a tire mounter WAY back in the day and I know how long it takes if you know what you're doing. It was, "It's not worth our time because you didn't buy the tires from us, so we won't make enough money off of you to bother" . While they didn't say those exact words, that's what he was saying. So I ended up buying some $20 tire spoons from Amazon and mounting them myself in my garage. Added a $25 tire balancer from Harbor Freight and that was that. I will forever mount my own motorcycle tires rather than beg Town and Country to do me the huge favor of paying them to do it for me. I'm currently in the market for a new bike for my teenage son, and I wouldn't buy a motorcycle from these guys if it were the last one on earth, because of the way their service department treats me. EVERY time I have called for service. If I were the owner and my service department was pushing away business with potential customers the way these guys do, I would clean house and fire them, starting with the service manager and working my down to anyone who sends potential customers away, unless they've done everything they could to accommodate a paying customer. They're taking money out of the owners pocket, plain and simple. Apparently he/she doesn't care though. I am all about supporting local, privately owned businesses instead of buying everything online. It's so disappointing that we have to take our equipment out of town for service, instead of being able to support our locally owned shop, for the hobby that we love so much. I get that it's a business, but beyond that, the motorcycle community is jam packed with so may nice people, all willing to help each other, but sadly our local shop doesn't share that same spirit and sentiment. I'd love to open a local shop that services and sells parts and service for Sport bikes, Motocross, ATV's, even scooters. Everything the Harley shops don't do. Although I called Garden State Harley and they did say they will mount my tires for me Maybe some day I will open that shop and everyone will be welcome!
