Can't even remember this quacks name but he told me that the blood pressure med called Amlodipine that I was taking caused the swelling. Then he ordered a bunch of tests. When I went back to see him a couple of weeks later I was told that he was no longer with the practice and I would be seeing another doctor. I was told that all my tests were fine and then they stuck me with over a $4,000 bill. When I called them I was told that there was nothing they could do about the bill but put me on a payment plan. If you need a cardiologist I suggest doing your research and stay away from this crooked place. And to make matters worse, I was told by staff there that that Dr was notorious for ordering a bunch of tests for patients that were not necessary. All about the $$$$. I told them to cancel my follow up appointment that they set up and will not ever even consider this place again. By the way, it was the medicine that caused the swelling so I believe we should have started there and see how I did in a week or so, not order a bunch of tests that I did not need.

But after my experience today I can completely understand why. The doctor was lovely - but the office management is a joke. I needed to do bloodwork ASAP to rule out a heart attack and the doctor wrote the script- however the management never sent it to the lab. I called multiple times and they were exceptionally rude to me on the phone. They said I'd have the script by the end of the day but nothing was sent. They are immune to the fact that they're dealing with people's LIVES and things need to be done ON TIME. I have no script and at this point that blood test will be irrelevant as too much time will have passed. They treat their patients like a number and not like a person. I strongly recommend going somewhere else.
