She told us she could handle my son's conditions even though they were complex. We were also supposed to be part of a pilot program. We were able to get help one time when he was ill, but other than that we were ghosted. When I asked for more support the provider was concerned because he was "complex". She claimed not to understand his conditions. What happened was she was giving incorrect information to his providers and probably confusing him with another patient. I asked to be transferred to another doctor in the department since my son was enjoying working with them. My son was discriminated against and not offered that option. His voice was not heard in his own health care needs. The provider was rude and told us he was "too complex" for complex care. She was quick to push us out of the system into another system against my son's wishes. I once again asked to see another doctor as all my "complex child" needs is a handicapped parking pass, someone for me to troubleshoot with, and to email doctors and a check in every six months. Which at the end of the day isn't asking a lot of this doctors and nurses in complex care. I am concerned we were pushed out due to the fact that we are a neurodiverse family and the provider didn't seem to be able to understand how to relate to us. My son is crushed. He is not really interested in the new provider and his trust in Gillette looking out for him is shattered. I attempted to reach out and explain again for him, but received a certified letter that bordered on being openly hostile to our family and disrespectful to people of diverse disability and ethnic backgrounds. I did not show him the letter. I don't know how to explain to him that he has been abandoned and that the only thing complex care knew how to do was bill our insurance. I wish the provider would have been honest from the beginning about not being able to handle my son's needs. It's OK to say "I don't know". She did attempt to get him palliative care services and we do appreciate that. We also will miss the nurse we had there as well. I do wish that Gillette would be more transparent with what they can do so people like my child don't get burned.

They did a great job talking to him, explaining what was going to happen at each step of the way. The room was clean and comfortable. They were very thorough with their care and attention. They were able to ease his anxiety and help him through out his time there. The phlebotomist even had us all laughing. All in all I am so thankful for the care they provided to our son and us.

Dr. Holgers has been so amazing and incredibly helpful to me, finally getting me answers and finding solutions to the pain that I've been having for many, many years. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable and thorough, but he is super friendly and personable, and he never rushes through the appointment. In fact, he's the first doctor that I've ever seen that has asked me if there was anything else that I wanted to address at what would have otherwise been the end of my appointment. At that moment I knew that Dr. Holgers was actually invested in making me healthier and pain-free. I was referred to Dr. Ruff for a neurosurgery consult and again was so impressed. She explained in great detail the surgery, as well as the pros and cons and was excellent at answering my questions and concerns. She was very friendly, clearly knowledgeable, and obviously committed to helping me make the best decision for me. I've also had two procedures performed here by Dr. Fredericks that had great outcomes. But just as importantly, the procedures themselves went very smoothly. Dr. Fredericks explained his every step so I was always aware of what was happening and exactly what to expect. He was very patient with my questions, he laughed at my really bad jokes, realized I was probably a bit nervous, and kept the atmosphere light and fun, rather than all serious and sterile...All the while performing very intricate and precise, but most importantly successful pain-relieving procedures. Lastly, this clinic also has a great physical therapy department. I worked with Johnathan and he was friendly, fun and great at motivating me, as well as great at explaining the mechanics of the body and how the exercises I was doing would affect my back and neck pain. Also, the Med X system that I completed was great and especially helpful for strengthening my neck and relieving neck pain. Overall, I (clearly) am thrilled to have found this Spine Clinic and the doctors and therapists there. I feel like I am finally on the path to a future free of back and neck pain and I am so thankful for all those at the M Health Fairview Spine Clinic who have helped me get to this point! The front reception people were friendly, the registration areas are private which I love, and everything went smooth as silk. The doctor I saw, Dr. Holgers was incredible. He listened to me, sent me for a CT and labs, and quite possibly might be the person who has helped me the most ever in the diagnosis of what has been causing this pain for years. Staff member was walking the parking lot, going in and out of the office. I expressed my concerns…read moreto the front desk and they advised me to ignore it. I advised she appeared to be sick, stumbling in parking lot and was carrying a yellow bag that staff told me was a regurgitation bag and she had neuropathy. The incident was downplayed by the staff and NP. I was told it was not serous and that it was not an issue that this person was walking hallways and coming passing patients in the hallway. After my visit I was to wait in the room for the lab tech. After 20 minutes I opened the door to find an ambulance stretcher blocking the door to the room I was in, I watched as the loaded the staff member and took her away. The NP was in the hallway, and I advised her I had not had my labs yet and needed to use the restroom. I was directed to the restroom. Upon my return I went back to the room, sure the lab tech would be in soon. 25 minutes later a staff member came into the room demanding to know why I was still there. I explained I has been waiting for over 45 minutes for my lab tests. An acting supervisor came in along with the NP and said let's get your lab test done. I expressed my concerns for the staff member and how I was treated, exposed to staff members unknown illness who left in an ambulance. I was told I was overreacting to a slight cough, I was mistaken in what I witnessed, that they were short staffed, and that this office did not have a manager due to frequent turnovers. Later when I checked my chart notes. The NP notes stated that I was upset that a staff member coughed, and I was only there for 50 minutes in total. It did not mention that the staff member left in an ambulance and that I was forgotten for over 45 minutes. I report this and a letter was sent saying it would be looked into, and I would be receiving a follow up. Several calls and 5 months have passed with no updates or corrections to my chart

What an amazing group of Doctors and Nurses who circulate the halls of this institution. A very special thank you to Tami, Mary, Lisa and Sarah in L&D who are my medical heroes during my stay. What an amazing, talented and caring group of nursing professionals who are exceptional and went far above and beyond a nurses job description. I can never thank them all enough. Nurses truly are the backbone of the ins and outs. All the staff here was amazing! The rooms could maybe use an update, but were fine for my stay. The L&D rooms are pretty bare bones compared to some of the other facilities in the area. The bathrooms and rooms in general are kind of old and could maybe use a fresh coat of paint. Housekeeping does do a nice job cleaning up daily and is very helpful in getting whats needed. The horrible pull outs that they have for the expectant dads are horrible and uncomfortable. I equate it to sleeping on a floor- they just looked horribly uncomfortable, but served a purpose. Meals are nothing to write home about- but a fairly big menu of choices delivered to your room. Usually takes 45 min to an hour. Parking validation if over 3 hours. If you have to stay, the entire visit is $4.00 which is nice if you are stuck there for awhile. Despite the rooms, food etc not being the best- they were fine for what we needed it for. The care these Dr's and nurses especially provide is so appreciated and so worth praise and admiration. I'm glad my Dr. delivers at United. Thank you to everyone for the excellent care provided.

I wouldn't have changed a thing about my experience (unless that means no labor pains! Ha!). If I plan to have more children, then they will also be delivered here. The care and support the nurses and doctors offered was amazing. This gave me the confidence and reassurance a new mom needs. They took great care of my little guy!

Thankfully no surgery was required, however Mom still needed a hospital stay and skilled nursing home services for a few weeks. This was expensive. Shareese James who is an outstanding care coordinator at Northwest Family Clinic was able to save my parents thousands of dollars. She truly cares for her clients and advocates for them. Utilizing her expertise in the Accountable Care Organization (ACO) process and the Medicare rules she coordinated with the hospital and skilled nursing center to significantly reduce costs. It is difficult for patients and social workers to navigate through the complexity of Medicare rules and ACO steps. That is why it is so important to have a care coordinator like Shareese who understands these processes and is persistent in networking with other medical partners. My parents and I are very grateful for her support!

They will not disclose much information to you. You will think it is a sample but you will get charged big time. I contacted the Dr. office and billing department. Everyone in the billing department will send me to Brenda (hospital administrator) and she will not answer or reply to voice mails. They got a very good set up going to make money. They charge 3-4 times to over the counter supplies.
