Not sure where to begin, so I will say if you are in the market for a Mazda, you need to come to…read moreNorth Penn and ask for Dan O. (If you can pronounce Oestreich, go for it). I currently lease a Mazda and the lease wasn't up yet. Since I got my Mazda in another state, I was taking my car to Faulkner for service and they reached out to me to see if I was interested in getting in a new Mazda. I hadn't thought about it bc my lease wasn't up but I went and talked to one of the sales team. The deal wasn't quite right so I was just going to hold off. The sales person was very persistent and we finally had a deal I could work with. Asking for next steps, the customer service went from ok to completely aggravating! To be fair, my DL was expired, I had lost the camera card and only had the temp internet one bc I requested a new camera card. I was told the couldn't title and register the car with that. I researched and that is false. In the meantime, I found the camera card and let them know and they just gave me a hard time. Overnight I found the same car I wanted at North Penn. I made an appt. for Monday with the AI assistant. The next morning I received a text from a lovely person named Jamie. Jamie put me in touch with Dan. I decided to pop in & see Dan. As luck would have it he was available. He listened about the nonsense from Faulkner and he confirmed he could work with my license documentation. He then got right to work. I thought he was just going to work up some numbers but I am leaving with the car today!!! The deal and the customer service was nothing short of Amazing! I spent 3 days speaking to Faulkner, Dan hooked me up in 2 hours. (Side note! Faulkner sales team , but I loved the service center. ) Anyway, Mazda North Penn, go there, even if you weren't looking to get into a Mazda!

I reached out to Mazda saying, "look, the past should ideally be the past but I want to give you an…read moreopportunity to fix this" *suspense music* No answer. Amanda, I sent you a very nice email, explaining how I'd gotten dozens of messages about my review from people, the post itself has 17k views and if just 1/10 of 1% of people who were going to buy a car from you decided not to, you're looking at 1/2 a million dollar loss. You would think that even when I said I plan to buy THE SAME CAR again, newer version of course and said I also have John Kennedy Mazda I can go to, something would have clicked and she'd have thought "I can get rid of a review that's really cost us money and likely sell him ANOTHER CAR by fixing two small things on the car". (Window motors) I didn't ask for money, I asked for nothing other than "let's make a better second impression" and meant by both of us. *crickets* I truly hope you're outsold by your competitors as your customer service is dog water

I left feeling very informed and confident about my new used car I purchased and will be coming here in the future for service. The service department here is incredible and really combs through every car in their used lot to make sure nobody leaves with unexpected issues with their new purchase. If you're looking for a new or used car this is the place to go! I will be referring them to any friends or family in the market after this amazing experience!

Anyway, I took my 2023 Ford Bronco Wild Track in for the Works and figured it would cost around what it did the previous time I took it there which was $75 (roughly). I dropped it off on Saturday morning and it was done as scheduled, but I got a text alerting me that everything checked out and that I need nothing. The next text message asked if I wanted to use my Ford Pass rewards worth $155.00 towards the cost, so I promptly replied YES to the text. I dropped my wife off to go in and get the keys and she said that she had to pay an additional $47.42. $202.42 in total since I guess they had to literally send someone to the Strait of Hormuz to get my oil. Regular Synthetic Blend as recommended, by the way. I made a few calls to speak to someone, but it seems they don't care so I'll go somewhere where they have less losers for employees.

At no time…read moredid I feel any pressure from my salesman Walt , sales manager Drew or finance manager John during any aspect of the process. Nissan customer service put me in touch with Walt on 8/19/14 as I was interested in leasing a 2014 Juke in Bordeaux Black with a sunroof. When I got there on 8/21/14 to do a test drive Walt greeted me at the front door then took me to his work area to get more information from me. I took the Juke for a test drive and I loved it! The only thing I was not happy about was the color of the Juke: it was gunmetal gray. Walt was not aware that I had requested Bordeaux Black. He made a few phone calls and was able to locate one at a Nissan dealership in NJ. The Juke was driven to Montgomeryville on 8/22/14 and prepped for delivery. On 8/23/14 after an hour of completing paperwork and going over the car features again I drove away in my Juke. When I got home I noticed a few imperfections in the clear coat on the hood of the car. I called Walt and told him about it. I brought the Juke back one day on my lunch hour so the service department could look at it. They sanded it as much as they could do in a short amount of time. When I got back from vacation I called Walt to make arrangements to have the imperfections taken care of correctly by the detail department. I was given a rental car to use for the day and the touch up work was completed by the afternoon. My 2013 Kia Soul that I traded in was paid off within a week. I received my new registration card and first Nissan payment statement shortly thereafter. I would definitely recommend Montgomeryville Nissan for anyone looking to buy or lease a Nissan or other used car.
