On our first visit, we came here for dinner and I ordered the prime rib. Delicious. Service was decent but it got so busy our server disappeared and was running around. We waited a while to get our check, so if you're in a hurry, I don't recommended going during peak dinner times. Other than that, we left full and happy. The second visit, I sat at the bar. That was a great experience. Loved the bartender, our drinks were fabulous and the finger foods were just what we needed. This is my go-to place in Eureka when I want a steak or a prime rib dinner. It's one of the few places that has prime rib on the menu on a daily basis. The food is always excellent, prepared as ordered, and reasonably priced. The service can be a little slow, but is not unreasonable considering how busy they typically are when I visit. I have never felt ignored and it is clear that the wait staff consistently does their best to service the needs of all their customers. This means something since I usually dine alone while there are multiple large parties in the restaurant. I was annoyed that they charge an extra fee if you pay with a credit card. If they did not have this policy, this would have been a 5-star review. read more

Great prime rib, stay away from the salmon. Would be 5 stars if not for the fishy, yucky citrus salmon.

Nice servers but the burgers were so so. I wouldn't vote it off the list entirely because there isn't a lot in Eureka, but considering Montana has some of the best beef around...I think they could do better. read more

Eureka is a real down-home, unfussy and authentic town and North Point Bar epitomizes everything I love about Eureka The food is tasty and reasonably priced with good sized portions for the money. The beer is cold and there is lots to occupy you, with big screen TV's to catch the game, gambling and a whole back porch area for those long summer nights that only happen this far north. Tried this place because our friends wanted to go here and we heard it was really good. It was a Friday evening around 7:30 and the restaurant was pretty empty but the bar was packed so we decided to take a seat in the restaurant. Our server didn't know what beer was on tap nor what kind of hard cider or tea they had but she quickly found out. We had 3 drafts and a twisted peach tea. Before she brought us our beverages she was back for our order. They have an awesome soup, salad and taco bar for 1 trip $8.50 all you can eat $12.50!! 3 of us opted for the 1 trip and hubby ordered the BLT. The soup was clam chowder or tomato bisque but it more resembled a minestrone. The chowder was almost gone but there was enough for us. 3 types of lettuce, vast array of toppings, potato, macaroni and pasta salad, fresh, canned fruit and cottage cheese and broccoli salad. There were at least 8 dressings and croutons, cheese and sunflower seeds. The taco bar had soft flour and crispy corn tortillas, shredded meat and ground beef, cheese, sour cream, salsa, olives and lettuce and tomatoes. There were also some other hot appetizers like meatballs and potatoe skins. Hubby's BLT was decent with a side of fries. All in all s good meal we'll be back!! read more

Great portions, good for groups and everyone always seems to like coming here. The food can be a little hit or miss but overall te quality has been good. For a town as small as Eureka it's a nice asset as a destination to spend time with friends and family. read more

This place needs to take lessons in greeting their customers and maybe acknowledging their presence we went into the bar which was not that busy and sat for 10 minutes and no one came to the table! This place is large and serves many people. I have been there numerous times with family and friends and have never been disappointed. It is a treat for me to go there and I always look forward to my next visit. The Prime Rib with Lobster Tail or Sautéed Scallops are my favorites, they are served to perfection. If you like a lot of nachos when you order...this is the place! If you like your nachos with only greasy chips, pre-cut frozen chicken bits that are somehow cold, and tomatoes and then delicately microwaved to the point your cheese pulls up the pattern of the checkerboard sheet they serve it on.....this is definitely the place to go!!! I seriously couldn't separate chips from each other. The order came out quickly. Not a lot of people eating and also might have something to do with the microwaving instead of an oven or broiler. Server in the bar was very nice. Even warned me of the huge serving size and offered to make a half order. I heard from people that this establishment was decent.
