Overall good food, atmosphere, and service! Extremely satisfied for the quality of food for such good prices. Enjoyed it and so did my family.

I heard this place had great fried chicken so it was on my radar. The bar is cute offering in & outside seating. The drinks were made to the perfect spiciness and chicken had good flavor.

Best service and fried chicken in Northern Montana! They serve over 5 tons of chicken a year and it is marinated and beautifully fried. Chicken dinner is $9.50 and comes with 4 pieces and a side. All potatoes are hand cut..jo jo's and curly fries are tasty. Craft beer on tap and you are treated like a local!

Fresh off the grill food, great service and the beer was cold. A must visit. Fried chicken, steak and catfish salad was our choices.

AMAZING!!!!! Oh my gosh where do I begin??? When visiting…read morein Montana in the Northwestern part this a must visit Friday night buffet. Actually this is a Amish owned general store that serves a Friday night buffet and Saturday morning buffet. And weekday hamburgers. But we've only so far had the Friday night buffet. So let me tell you.......... First off you have to travel up through beautiful country to get there across the Koocanusa Lake then up the Yak Valley, and before we got there on the side of the road was some Amish children selling baked goods with their mother. Of course we stopped and practically bought them out. Once there you go into the store and you are directed into the back where there is a buffet set up. A salad bar then the first time we visited it was meatloaf, baked chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, homemade bread, two kinds of pie and beverages all you can eat. Second time basically the same menu except no meat loaf, it was roasted pork loin and baked beans instead of green beans. Then when you go up to the grocery store to check out you are tempted by all of their homemade goodies. Bread, cookies, pie, jelly and all of their sundries in their general store along with handmade items. We went away with bags full of all kinds of things. I won't go into details but don't pass up this fantastic opportunity to have this amazing experience, you will talk about it for months and months if not years!!!!

Server was very good at the start my wife ordered a salad and I ordered a steak burger My wife had The Power salad. They forgot to toss in the dressing. She ordered it after it was served. She thought it should have been tossed together vs add little additions separately on top. She also did not like the brown old Brussels sprouts. Not good in any way. My Hamburger was also served dry no dressing and had to ask for mayo and mustard. We went inside to the bar to finish up our bill and found everyone watching TV. Now that explains what our server was doing. We expected more as this is considered a highly rated golf course among some pretty influential homes. They can and should do better!!!

We got there set down had some appetizers and we were told immediately that they were out of two items on the menu of which they're only about 10 items. Once we ordered service was not great as the waitress was looking past us and would not come to our table. Food when it came out was subpar for a venue like this. We had brought friends who were looking at possibly buying property and wanted to check it out but the experience them off maybe it was one off, the items were not that great such as the stirfry spaghetti and it was asked to put chicken inside that so there would be a protein. No chicken told about it once we finally got the waitress. She said oh we can go put chicken in it now, but that defeats the purpose if you were cooking a dish to order. Special was a Curry was OK but there was not much flavor at all. In the end, not sure if we could recommend anyone going there

We are local, but because we love to cook don't eat out often, but we were going fishing and were going to be out, we decided to eat out for this special occasion. We headed back to Eureka from outside of Libby at about 8:20pm figuring we could make it to Trappers in about an hour, hoping to still find it open for dinner. We arrived at about 9:30p on a Wednesday and it was still open and were welcomed in for dinner. This place is cozier than it looks from posted photos. We ordered Brisket Nacho appetizer very tasty, 2 - 14oz Cowboy Ribeye Steak and a Brisket Mac and cheese. The steaks were cooked to perfection and melt in your mouth tender. The mac and cheese was very tasty with the brisket and a sweet BBQ sauce. The bar tab was high $$$, the food was prepared nicely, the staff was very friendly. We sat indoors, but they have really nice patio seating. Not a huge menu, but we would return to try the sandwhices, etc. All and all we would recommend the vibe of the old bar. Not a TV fan you can face away from the gi-nourmous big screen or sit outside. And oh! If you are having a birthday. bring your own cake/dessert they did not have any.

We were seated within five minutes in a room with a view of the street. It was raining outside, and it felt nice and cozy inside the restaurant. Our server was very friendly and checked in on how we were doing regularly. We ordered the Tot-chos (half order to share among six people) and I also got a huckleberry soda for myself as well as the bison (classic) burger with sweet potato fries. For dessert, we shared two scoops of huckleberry ice cream (from Sweet Peaks), the bread pudding and the beignets. I loved the Tot-chos, and the half order was honestly a pretty big size already! The huckleberry soda was pretty sweet (I think it had 41 grams of sugar), but I don't regret trying it. The bison burger wasn't bad, it definitely tasted similar to beef, but it was a huge burger so I couldn't finish it. The sweet potatoes were also delicious. In terms of the dessert, I had gone to Sweet Peaks already and liked their huckleberry flavor a lot, so I was excited to see them on the menu. People at my table loved the bread pudding. I thought the beignets were not bad, but they weren't as good as the other desserts.
