Persian rug place is amazing. They did a great job one both my rugs. One of them had a lot of bleeding . I did not recognized my carpart when I went to pick it up. I have been so frustrated and disappointed with other cleaning companies including Chrisomar cleaning company which once took care of rug cleaning which just made rug worse that what it was and out of fear getting bad review refunded me as unable to do anything on my rug. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable . They go beyond and above and take pride on what they do. I cannot say enough about their professionalism . Mr. Shahriar Gloshani was very patient with me and explained all my questions and concerns as I am very detailed oriented. I frequently ride by this retail rug store and since I needed my Turkish rug cleaned I stopped by to visit with the owners. After meeting with Mason and colleague I new that they really understood the business and the complexity of cleaning valuable carpets. After returning home, I looked at other reviews and my initial judgement was confirmed by many other customers who have raved about their cleaning services. This is the 2nd time I have had my 3 oriental rugs cleaned by them. I have dogs that LOVE to take naps on the rugs and have made other messes. I also now have 3 grown boys and one rug was in the den so always under foot. Every time the rugs come back they look like new. I've had my rugs for almost 30 years and they still have the same vibrant colors. They had to replace the fringe on our most used rug and it looks great now. Was lucky to get 3 20 year old rugs donated to me and they cleaned them. What a difference. I wasn't sure where they would go, but found out one had silk in it and now am thrilled to see the white silk in my bedroom. Having them pick them up and deliver them and place them in the rooms is wonderful. I can tell you they make it look easy but when I try to move them its a real workout!!! My husband and I took our damaged rug to be evaluated for repair. Mr. Golshani gave us a couple of options and prices. I was expecting to pay well over $500 for the repair and cleaning. The estimate, however, was far less, and Mr. Golshani even threw in a free Scothgard treatment! When we picked up the rug, which was repaired and cleaned ahead of schedule, we were very impressed with the workmanship! Mr. Golshani did exactly what he said he would do. Our 35 year old rug looked brand new. Additionally, he sold us a pad underlayment at a very reasonable price. We have 2 very nice Persian looking rugs that needed to be cleaned. My wife went searching for someone to clean them and picked Persian Oriental Rugs. Sean came out to get the rugs and the first thing he did was to explain how he would clean them and the process he would use. The cleaner would be all natural and no residue. He does NOT use harsh chemicals as they cannot be entirely removed and they would leach vapors into the air which would be bad for breathing. Sean just delivered the rugs, rolled them out and THEY LOOK BRAND NEW!! I am totally satisfied with his work and prices. Very resonable. I recently dropped off a couple rugs to be cleaned as I was moving. The owner not only got them clean but was very knowledgeable about what was on them and was able to get them to look literally like I just bought them. He was very kind, full of information and eager to help. He answered my questions and offered advice of how to care for them long ter. A few other people were in there as well and pulled me aside to Talk. They had been dealing with rugs for many years and told me that the owner at Persian and Oriental rugs was one of the best that they had come by and they've now used him for years. Fantastic purchase experience. Mason spent hours educating my wife and I on the details and nuances of fine rugs. No pressure at all. His store has many different types of rugs and a variety of price ranges. We ended up purchasing what I would refer to as an heirloom rug. It is a beautiful Persian rug for our living room. I would further add that I have purchased 3 other rugs from him in the past about 15 years ago (yes had has been in business a long time), all of which have stood the test of high traffic areas and have gotten better with age. These guys are amazing! Recently, we brought in our kitchen rug to get cleaned because we were planning on getting the cloth trim replaced since it was...well...absolutely disgusting looking; and the carpet store needed it cleaned first. Persian Oriental Rugs cleaned it so well that we didn't have to get the trim replaced at all. It looked brand new and saved us hundreds $$! We were amazed!! We dealt with Shawn who explained the cleaning process, the services provided, identified the different issues with the rugs, and who gave us a quotation. This company delivered excellent service. I got my rug back sooner than I expected and I didn't even recognize it!!! Great rug cleaning service! I took my Pier 1 rug that was soiled by my puppy to Persian Oriental Rugs for a deep cleaning. At first I was nervous taking such a cheap rug to a nice rug store, but Mason made me feel comfortable immediately insisting "We don't care the price of the rug. We clean $10 rugs just the same as $1000 rugs." Less than a week later my rug was ready for pickup. IMMACULATE! Looks brand new! Another huge draw: give them a call and they will come to your home and pick your rugs up for cleaning for you! I bought my foyer rug for our new home 15 years ago from Persian Oriental Rugs. We loved it! We are now downsizing, and it is time to have our rugs cleaned and repaired. I called Shawn, and he came out, gave an estimate to clean 3 of our rugs and put on new fringe. His estimate was very reasonable. Outstanding! We took an older area rug (25 years old) in for cleaning and repair. This rug had graced the dining rooms in our first two houses, and then we rolled it up, along with the nonskid pad, and stored in away for a long time. When we finally unrolled it, it had sustained damage from storage, as well as discoloring, and there were stains from its years of service. We had sadly determined we'd need to get rid of it, but in a hail Mary, we took it to Persian Oriental Rugs. Can't believe the business has been here since 1986 and we've never visited until today. Mason, the owner, was very friendly and knowledgeable. After he understood what we were looking for in terms of size, colors, and softness he dug through a pile of rugs and presented us with his recommendation. Of course we just had to browse through some other rugs to see his wonderful inventory, but in the end the first rug he presented was the one we took home. I had a water supply break in my house. My Turkish rug got wet, and some of the colors ran. I didn't know where to turn. Thank goodness, Charly at Westbury Carpets recommended Persian Oriental Rugs. They came to my house, picked up the rug, rectified the color bleeding and other problems, and brought my rug back, put it on the floor - all while being so polite and helpful. When I decided to have my oriental rug cleaned, I remembered seeing and driving past the Persian Rug Place many times on Johnson Ferry Road in East Cobb. So I took my many years old, pet soiled rug (front and back) to them. I was very surprised at the way they were able to bring this rug back to life, remove all of the stains, refresh and rejuvenate it. Their friendly service, excellent knowledge and professional work was top notch. My nice wool rug had gotten damaged, and it was in storage for a couple of years. There was a bad stain on the rug and some of the fringes. I took it to Mason and Shawn and was assured the rug would look like new when they were done. When I picked up the rug, I was very pleased! The stain was gone and the fringes clean. The fringes had to be cut/shortened, but it was done neatly and did not detract from the beauty of the rug. The rug looks brand new and the colors are vibrant. We had a very nice handmade oriental rug that unfortunately was soiled a numbers of times by our dog. Uggg! Tried a number of times to use store bought cleaners but to no avail. We couldn't get rid of that awful ammonia smell. The rug was rolled up and banished to the basement for a couple years! Happy to report this establishment brought this rug back to life with a thorough cleaning. In fact I waited to write this review until we were absolutely sure there was no more smell.
