It was pretty good with the spicy, heated kick. It was also very smooth and light bodied which I enjoy more often than not these days. The second beer I got was the Coyote Peak Wheat Beer which was good also! It too was light bodied and smooth and had flavor elements of fruitiness, lemony and sweet. I also had a meal here which was good! I had chicken tenders and fries. The honey mustard that was a sauce option for the chicken I liked a lot. Unfortunately, the Main Event here isn't getting food to your table. The front-of-house ignores the ding when the orders up; you stare idly at food that might be yours, but nobody is picking it up, nobody is delivering it to your table, and it ends up there later, cold. After complaining about something completely avoidable, the servers take it back to the kitchen, not realizing you are right there listening: Server: They say it's cold Cook: That's because it was sitting there forever I'm guessing this is just a gift for people passing through who maybe don't tip well. Sorry, I live one town over. My tip was good because I don't rip off servers, but given how bad your service was, think about how much better that tip might have been if you had exercised any care whatsoever. For the cooks, keep doing what you are doing, hope someone gets to appreciate it.

Other places crisp their Polenta too hard and it gets stuck in your teeth, or they make it way too salty or not seasoned enough. Geiser Grand gets it right! The "Artichoke Dip" wasn't thick enough and the crostini its served with was quickly forgotten for the free bread. If you do order this appetizer, I do have to admit that I LOVED sopping up all the left over sauce with the free bread. I didn't try the other entrees, but from the looks of the dishes and the reactions of the others at my table, the food overall is fairly standard and nothing special. Certainly not worth the price.
