I hate to be a stick in the mud reviewer but I don't get the high scores for this place. It's a cool building and the service was friendly. The beer just isn't that great. Our favorite was the amber. The biggest negative for me was the amount of children running around. It's a small venue anyway and the kids outnumbered the adults 3-1. Not a place for adults without children who a quiet drink and conversation.

Meet Brewer Kev and his nitro stout for me! Never met such a humble brewer. Truly an artist.

What a special place! The beer is small batch and "Brewer Kev" obviously loves what he does. It was difficult for me to try all the beers because I tried the nitro stout first then drank 2 more. Honestly, I'm picky about stouts and this one was so well rounded and flavorful. Very welcoming staff and family friendly. Turns out this taproom is a family business also. Learned that the brewer has won several awards in the Bend, OR area. Visually, the space is so interesting and pleasing to the eye. Didn't expect that. The beer alone will bring me back but it's the overall experience that makes me want to drive out of my way to return.

Delicious locally brewed cider, Rain Barrel Cider.

This bread is fresh, warm, fluffy like a cloud on the inside and has the sexiest soft crunch on the outside. It's the kind of bread you could eat without butter it's so good (but if you do use butter you certainly won't regret it). A thousand blessings to our server who returned my request for more bread near the end of my meal with a wink and came back 5 minutes later with not ONE but TWO CARBOHYDRATE CLOUDS FROM HEAVEN. As for the food on the menu, the "Mushroom Marsala with Grilled Polenta" is one of their most popular dishes for a reason. It's creamy cheese base and hearty helping of thickly cut tender mushrooms makes for a dish that seems to hug your heart and soul. The Polenta is the best cooked I've ever had: it's seasoned well and cooked so that it's the perfect density (like a little cake). Other places crisp their Polenta too hard and it gets stuck in your teeth, or they make it way too salty or not seasoned enough. Geiser Grand gets it right! The "Artichoke Dip" wasn't thick enough and the crostini its served with was quickly forgotten for the free bread. If you do order this appetizer, I do have to admit that I LOVED sopping up all the left over sauce with the free bread. I didn't try the other entrees, but from the looks of the dishes and the reactions of the others at my table, the food overall is fairly standard and nothing special. Certainly not worth the price.

The waitresses were great, they were bored and we got bored, so nice to visit with. The prailine cheesecake was good, but the bread pudding was old and cold. Might go back, but probably not for dinner during the week. Edit to add: I was pleased to hear from the manager the next day, desiring to make it right.

Perfect for a convivial friends meet up so kickback, beer buzz through the craft brew tap list and eat up. Food is great. They have local Enterprise 100% grass fed Carmen Ranch beef or Stangle bison. Wife loved classic bison with lettuce, tomato, onion, and mayo on a fresh ciabatta bun. I loved the spicy Jack bison topped with charred, jalapeño, relish, Diablo sauce, pepper, jack, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and mayo. Big side salad with several choices of dressings. After sitting down, we realized there was no QR code so we had to go back and wait. The beer was underwhelming, the IPA in particular was disappointing. After ordering, we were told the food would take about 40 minutes, but it ended up taking an hour and 20 minutes. When it was finally ready, we had to go pick it up ourselves and carry it back across the creek. Given the lack of service, it's unclear why a tip is expected. Unfortunately, the food didn't make up for it, both the burger and BLT were mediocre, and everything arrived cold. Overall, takes a long time and there are much better options in town.
