I didn't reply and the next time I went in the manager said I need to complete a form to cancel - which now was too late to cancel without getting charged for another month. I emailed and they said they can't honor my emailed date then said they would but I'd lose my credits for the current month so either way I'd lose $190. I was referring people here but now I can't knowing what the treatment is if you no longer want to be a member. If I didn't call and ask and email with no one telling me about the form, I'd understand them needing to follow their policy but 2 times no one gave me clear direction how to cancel when I asked.

I have called multiple times to try to get an appointment with Dr. Peng and she creates barriers to entry. When I ask if we can get scheduled this week, she is never accommodating; instead, advises he can't see us until next week or later in the month. I ask if she can advise of cancellations, and she advises we just need to check in. Really?! Past receptionists have always been amenable to working with us. Dr. Peng, if you are there, we haven't been in to see you because your receptionist doesn't accommodate us. I noticed this pattern when the receptionist was replaced. I always ask how people are doing when I interact with them. She wasn't interested. Not at all friendly, lacks personality, and doesn't try to even work with your clients. Sadly, we have had to seek treatment close to our home - we live in Georgetown and the office is in Pflugerville. We are happy to come back, but your receptionist needs to try to work with your longstanding patients. We still need you! Please help her understand that we are just trying to schedule treatments with your office.

He is very strong, intuitive, checks in and talks you through the entire process and what's going to happen. I appreciate that because I don't have to worry something will be sprung on me without warning. The therapy: you just need someone to push really hard where it hurts. That's exactly what I always wanted- someone to press on my spine or hip or whatever until the pain went away. Well, lo and behold, this is EXACTLY what they do. And it works. This is *not* traditional massage so don't go in expecting that. It's very targeted and done fully clothed. Depending on your needs, you could spend 2 hours just on 1 leg. This is the level of therapy they get to. I can't tell you enough how much you need to try this, especially if you're like me and feel like you've exhausted all options and are close to feeling hopeless and giving up. Quick run down I was working out and felt a small pin pain kind of thing on the exterior of my right knee. I woke up the next morning with my right knee in way more pain and not really able to bend. So I took the weekend to relax and just see if my old body could work it out in its own. Well it didn't. I took the following wk off from working out and kept movement limited. Jump to today. I am still having some pain definitely not like the two days after, but something is not right. Dr. Mac was amazing Was on time and spent real time talking with me and finding out what I was feeling.
