The chowder was thinner compared to Anchor Seafood down the way, and the tuna nachos were ok (on light puffed rice chips w/ some seaweed salad to the side, mayo or similar across the top could've been better with some yuzu or ponzu sauce instead). Fried pickles were large and great, though, as were the fried cheese and pretzels. The truffle cheese fries were heavy but still needed more cheese and table didn't enjoy it as much. St. Louis Ribs were ok, but the Short Rib Stroganoff and the Lobster Mac N' Cheese were table favorites - and warmed up really well the next day with the generous portion helping balance the cost as it was basically two meals in one. But what truly set TC's apart was Lauren, the manager. After our visit, my young son accidentally left behind a backpack that holds a lot of sentimental value to us. Lauren personally took the time to locate it and then mailed it back to us in New Jersey at no charge. That level of thoughtfulness and care is incredibly rare and meant so much to our family.
