He made us a couple of smoothies and a Crunch Bowl with homemade granola, and everything was amazing. We originally ordered just one Crunch Bowl, but after trying it, we had to go back inside and order a second one, that's how good it was! The homemade granola was incredible. For drinks, we had the Chocolate Nana Coffee smoothie, the Peach Pineapple Banana smoothie, and a blue raspberry Italian soda. Every single item was fresh, delicious, and perfectly made. What really made this place special, though, was the hospitality. We didn't just leave happy with our food and drinks, we left feeling appreciated as customers because of our interaction with the owner. They then lay down a covering over your floor so they can come and go without tracking anything in. Chimney cleaning is not a clean process so the care they give in keeping your home clean is very responsible and refreshing. How often do we get great service these days? White Glove provided that kind or service. I was impressed with the two men that performed the cleaning both on the roof and in our home. While reaching in the wood stove to clean it was a sooty and dirty process, not a single ash was spilled on our floor. He did not go into the dryer vent main line, he went through the dryer itself which is something I could have done myself. My pellet stove... his "service and cleaning" included cleaning the bowl and the pipe. Keith did not go through the top of the piping of my home, he went through the opening of the inside of the pellet stove, he did not clean the unit nor did he inspect it. He did exactly what I do myself and charged me $200 for less than 30 minutes of work. I have pictures of his work or lack there of. When I texted Keith his response was defensive, when I responded with pictures he essentially told me off and to never contact him again. Very rude and unprofessional and poor quality of work. I am a single working mother and $325 is a lot of money for me. Highly disappointed and will be filing a BBB complaint and will never use his service again.
