I just wanted to thank Tom, Carolyn and the rest of the crew at North Texas Collision Center for the fantastic work they did on my car, after I unfortunately had a mishap with an animal on a rural road, west of DFW in April. I also had another mishap with an animal (I need to stop doing that) in 2023 and they did an excellent job back then, as well! The second accident occurred on 4/12. I submitted a claim through my insurance on 4/13 and called to make an appointment on 4/14. The process was very easy (as it was the first time) and everyone was very friendly. I ended up dropping my car off on 4/15 and upon inspection, I let Tom know that there was a very small part on my driver's side that was missed the first time. It wasn't very visible when the car door was shut and I definitely don't blame them at all for missing this, as it was easy to do so. He was extremely apologetic about that and let me know that they would take care of the issue. After the inspection, I was taken to Enterprise to pick up my rental and my rental was reserved until 5/3. I was then kept up to date on what was going on with my vehicle through text messages. On Friday, 4/18, I received a call from Tom, letting me know that they were wrapping up my vehicle and I could stop by later that day to pick it up. What?!?!? Less than a week from my accident to being 100% repaired is incredible!!! The speed of service didn't at all affect the quality of their work and I'm extremely happy! In summary, if your car gets damaged, take it to North Texas Collision Center! Getting into an accident is never fun, but Tom and the crew at North Texas Collision Center helped make me feel a whole lot better. I hope I don't get into any more accidents, but if it does happen, North Texas Collision Center will absolutely receive my business again, even if I would happen to relocate to the other side the Metroplex. My car went in with AC and came out with hot air ... in July in Texas. Dav was terrible at communicating. Didnt tell me when something was denied until the end. Didnt keep up with my insurance so the rental car place kept charging me instead of insurance. A trim peice was hanging off at pick up. There was still glass all over my back seat (hope you dont have children or pets). Boss would take any accountability. read more

Somebody rear-ended my car in June on my husband's birthday. The damage wasn't major, but my husband wanted to have my car looked at to make sure there wasn't any hidden damage under the bumper. The staff at North Texas Collision Center were super helpful. They did a quick visual inspection and reassured me that there likely wasn't anything below the bumper to be concerned with. They were prompt in follow-up phone calls, let me know where they were in every step of the process from ordering new parts, vehicle tear down, re-installation, and pickup. They kept their timeline or better and were courteous and helpful the full way through. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing body work done on a vehicle. My only con is that they seemed to have outgrown their building and needed more parking (but that's a good thing, right?) read more

My car was sideswiped on I20. I went to North Texas Collision Center because it was down the street from my house. They were extremely helpful in contacting the car rental that was used by the person's insurance. When Enterprise, my first choice, had no available cars, they contacted Hertz. Jared, one of their employees, was nice enough to take me to pick up the car, as I had no way to get there. Joe & his crew fixed my car, a 2016 Nissan Sentra, to make it look like it came out of the showroom. They got it fixed within 2 weeks, calling me twice a week to give me updates. Carolyn, their receptionist, was friendly & efficient. I would highly recommend them to friends & family if they ever needed a good body shop. read more

My husband's car was rear-ended and we brought it to North Texas Collision Center. From the very beginning, I was impressed with the customer service. They were out of the way to make sure that we are comfortable with the situation, arranging for loaner car, responding to sporadic phone calls throughout the process. They were always friendly, always courteous. They did a great job in fixing the scratches on the rear end of the car. But for me, the reason that I would bring my car to them again is that they go out of their way to make customers feel very valuable. I really appreciate that in a place of business. BEWARE- I am still trying to repair the problems they left me with. Geico sent me here for a minor fender bender repair, in which they were paying for 100%. You would think since insurance is paying 100% of the bill I would get a quick and easy repair with no problems. NOPE. Now I personally know I can go to the Dodge dealership and get any parts needed, or if not in stock they can have them the next day. On week number 3, I would call for an update and be told that they are still waiting on parts. Simple parts like AC line or radiator, etc... I think it was week number 5 when I got truck back. I show up and bolts aren't even screwed in all the way on replacement parts. They mostly replaced parts that were not damaged in accident. I suspect those are on someone else's truck right now. The trucks main repair was a busted radiator, ac lines and hood. They didn't even touch the radiator. They let me drive off with no coolant at all. Bone dry. Had they put some in, they would have seen it poured right out through the big hole. Left me stranded on side of road. They left AC line exposed for so long that it corroded the lines and compressor and ruined the AC completely. And hood wouldn't stay open. still don't have AC. It was 5 weeks of lies. And the parts they actually did replace, well they all came from a salvage yard off of various wrecked trucks with different year models. So you think you are getting a repair with new parts, nope, they are salvage yard parts. That's why it takes so long for repair, they have to call around and locate used parts. That way the insurance will pay them for brand new parts price, and they spend a fraction of that money for used parts. I had it towed to Dodge to fix their Damage. Our vehicle was damaged badly in the hail storm. Everyone said it needed a replacement hood and roof, and that it would be in the shop up to two weeks. Edward and his team repaired the damage using PDR, no painting or replacement parts used, and it took them less than one business day. read more

ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS PLACE! Edward the owner/manager is an absolute liar and very unprofessional. They had my truck over a month and they never bothered to keep me updated. The promised to call me back "tomorrow" and no calls were made. They kept saying it would be ready a certain day and nothing, not even a courtesy call to keep me updated. And that wasn't even what is most frustrating about my experience with this shop. After receiving my truck i took it to my dealership and found additional damage to it. They also found parts that were put on the truck that weren't even the right fit for it. When we called the shop we spoke to Alan (the guy who worked on our truck) and we explained to him what our dealership found on our truck and he kept apologizing and admitted to us that they used parts from a JUNK YARD to replace the damaged ones!! Yes they used junk yard pieces on our 2015 truck. He mentioned that he told them that they shouldn't be using those parts on our new truck, but they cant because that's what they do that's his job.I have this whole conversation recorded on our phone since we are thinking about suing this place. This place is full of shit. And if you ever want to speak with Edward, good luck with that they will always tell you, "you just missed him" every damn time. On top of all of that our dealership also found that the frame is damaged. The FRAME. How do you miss that? Now we are having to look for a different shop to fix our truck if that's even possible. If they miss a damage that big then you should know not to set foot in that place. Oh and on top of all this, they do not want to reimburse our rental fees for the additional days that the repair was needed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! read more
