I am very picky regarding the Optometrist's I see & Dr. Loe was by far one of the very best I have ever seen! Compassionate, knowledgeable & really took the time to complete a comprehensive exam. Leans towards the conservative side in his recommendations (which I like). And, most importantly, really knows his stuff! I have to mention the amazing staff too... Brandon was my initial contact. So knowledgeable, friendly and transparent regarding what to expect. Alex (the optician) was a real treat too! She has many years of experience & her advice & guidance was exceptional. My only disappointment is that MyEyeDr does NOT contract with Zeiss Lenses. I have been wearing Zeiss Lenses for over 20yrs. They are expensive, but they are superlative over others I have tried. I wish myeyedr would consider expanding their lens option's for their patient's... But Dr. Loe will be giving me my refraction's from this day forward!!

Svetlana discovered that I had two retina tears in my left eye back in November of 2011, and immediately sent me to Associated Retina Specialists in Phoenix. It has also negatively affected my vision considerably. After examining my eyes, Shibata stated that my vision has diminished considerably in one eye (duh !!! That's why I came in. The eye that got something in it !!!). I agreed with him and AGAIN stated that it began the day after I got something in my eye that caused severe stinging, burning and vision impairment. His response.... "But you really didn't get anything in your eye." .....WTF !!!! I guess he thinks I'm to ignorant to really know when something actually gets into my eye.
