I was recommended NVFB by my neighbor. I saw her shutters installed. I knew I had to do it. Called to get an appointment and estimate. The owner came over and did all the measuring and then I chose the shutter. With his expert help.... I was so happy. He said it will take 10-12 weeks. It was about 10 weeks. I get the call. Yes!! Scheduled the install. Everything went perfectly. My installer was in time and professional. My rooms look beautiful!!! This company is fabulous. So have been remodeling my house for the last 5 months man what a Journey learned alot the good unfortunately the bad part of it was lighting and fans these guys were the good supper Knowledgeable grate selection of nicer fans and lights and good prices but what set them apart from everyone elea was a had a bad controller that goes in the fan that went bad I called them to see what to do instead of making me wait for one from the manufacture to warranty it they open new fan game me one out of there that's going well beyond what any company would ever do I will be a customer for life and I will send everyone to them read more

Moving into a new home, you learn very quick how expensive window treatments cost AND that there is no such thing as 3-days - there is a wait of at least 6 weeks. North Valley walked me through all my options, gave me a great price with a realistic timeline of when they would be ready (and were 1 week early). Measuring and Installation was a breeze, it is a family business the owners son in law measured AND bought me TEMPORARY blinds that were a huge help with the sun and privacy and then his brother came to instal (NEAT and Quick). Back in July we moved into our new home and received a bajillion flyers. One of the flyers was from these fine folks, with a discount code. We needed fans and overhead lights for the house, so we decided to pay them a visit. Their storefront is pretty small, but *REALLY* cool. They've got some really great stuff here. We were instantly greeted by a sales rep, and she listened to what we wanted and was able to make some perfect suggestions. She even talked me into an industrial-looking eight blade fan for the living room which I would NEVER have considered, but which ended up looking amazing. We made appointments for the fans to be installed, and there were... well... difficulties. For future generations, you have to understand how tumultuous the years have been between 2019-202(2). IT'S HARD TO GET THANGS! They weren't able to deliver and install our fans for a few months, which was fine. And then there was a further delay, but that was also fine. You can't get upset- it's out of everyone's control (except for the Illuminati, which... if you're reading this... sign me up!). Anyhoo, our fans started to come in, incrementally, and they were installed and they were all awesome. Until the fan in our master bedroom started to click. I called them- no problemo, they sent someone out to take a look and he fixed it. Then... a few months later... it clicked again. Once more I called, and no problemo, they came right out and fixed it. They seem to really stand by their product, and everyone whom I've interacted with has been absolutely awesome. If you're looking for fans or lighting solution, these are the people you should talk to! read more
