The worst customer service experience I have ever had by far! When I went into the 2x2 office to…read morepurchase one tire I was told everyone was at lunch and it would be a 20 minute wait. 2 hours later I was given the most pathetic attitude because goofy glasses guy couldn't upsell me to purchase 4 brand new tires. Then came out yelling that I wasted their time because they couldn't get the locks off of my tires. I had no locks. I was then told that I had to back out my car from their bay myself so I pointed at the sign that says "Due To Insurance No Customers Allowed Beyond This Point". Now it gets really petty. He backs up my truck exactly to that sign, opens up my door and walks away. I look into the window and everything in my glove box including important documents were thrown all over my truck. As I put them all back he came back out to ask me if there was a problem. There was a problem. I had to restrain myself from smacking his goofy glasses off in front of his father , showing him that he raised a punk. Advice goofy glasses guy, when you read this and you know who I am, Black Mazda Cx-9, don't look stupid trying to justify every action I detailed here. Instead, accept your lack of professionalism and be a better small business owner. After all, you are not the only place that sells tires.

So I would NEVER have this mechanic touch my car again, or recommend him to anyone...obviously he is does NOT know how to properly fix a window...which for a mechanic I would think is basic.

The title was never transferred to me although he had received 100% of the cash for the Canadian MB auto. He also posted that the advanced technology was too difficult for me. However, the truth is-- I purchased the identical model of MB (pre-owned and certified) from an MB dealer and love it. I have been driving it for the past year. The problem started because US 1 Auto sold me a Canadian car built for the Canadian consumer which was paid for in cash. The two MB dealers in my area said that they could not accept any warranties on the car nor fix the recalls. The owners of this place were never honest about anything.

They are the real deal--this is a completely family run business and they treat each and every customer with respect and honesty. I am used to going to mechanics who make you feel dumb if you don't understand something or want it explained. At JC Auto Repair everyone is always friendly and willing to answer any questions in detail. You can also trust them, they have told me when I did not need certain repairs although Mavis told me I needed many expensive items. Their prices are fair, and even if an item or two could be slightly more expensive, it is 100% worth it., and absolutely worth the piece of mind that they are doing it right the first time. John the owner is amazing-he is super friendly and takes pride in the work they do-he has been a mechanic for over 50 yrs! Over the years I have tried many mechanics and generally they are in it for the money and could actually care less about their customers. Even when calling and talking to the office staff (daughter of the family) they are so kind and patient, and at times I was calling multiple times to get clarification on a service I need etc. It is so refreshing to find a mechanic that is honest, ethical and appreciates your business, and offers amazing customer service. I drove it like that 3 days, all my buddies telling me I would have to either live with part of my bumper detached and looking awful, or pay $500-$700 for a new bumper. Short story short, I took it to Vincent's auto body, in 30 minutes they heated it and bent it right back into shape, and charged me a low price I didn't think was possible in 2013. Suffice it to say I am grateful there are honest and square-dealing mechanics out there who still do the right thing and help people out without breaking the bank. How much better could an auto body shop be than Vincent's?
