Geico suggested I fix my car with them after I was in an accident. After the accident my car's bumper was loose, the front grille was broken and the trunk's door had a dent. I was told that my car was going to be ready in two weeks. It almost took a month for them to fix it. They returned my car to me without fixing the bumper. Them bumper was still loose. I went back to them and the young gentleman(Richie) took care of me. when I asked him to refix the bumper, he told me the following: "What are you talking about? "That's how Honda cars are". I replied to him, NO, that is not Honda cars are. My sister has the same car as mine and I showed him pictures of her car's trunk and he had the nerve to tell me "You are comparing apples to oranges". He finally agree to fix my car. They fixed the bumper. However, my trunk's door needed to be refixed. It was not opening or closing properly. I took it the car back to them on a Monday and it was not fix until Thursday evening. They returned my car with a complete empty gas tank. I wonder if they were using my car for their personal use all those days? The gas tank was filled when I brought the car in. To make matters worse, I had two shoves and one ice scraper in my trunk and they are gone!!!!!! I called Geico and complaint about them and asked Geico not to advise anyone to take their cars for repairs there. I honestly believe that those nice reviews about them were written by themselves.

I drove it like that 3 days, all my buddies telling me I would have to either live with part of my bumper detached and looking awful, or pay $500-$700 for a new bumper. Short story short, I took it to Vincent's auto body, in 30 minutes they heated it and bent it right back into shape, and charged me a low price I didn't think was possible in 2013. Suffice it to say I am grateful there are honest and square-dealing mechanics out there who still do the right thing and help people out without breaking the bank. The worst customer service experience I have ever had by far! When I went into the 2x2 office to…read morepurchase one tire I was told everyone was at lunch and it would be a 20 minute wait. 2 hours later I was given the most pathetic attitude because goofy glasses guy couldn't upsell me to purchase 4 brand new tires. Then came out yelling that I wasted their time because they couldn't get the locks off of my tires. I had no locks. I was then told that I had to back out my car from their bay myself so I pointed at the sign that says "Due To Insurance No Customers Allowed Beyond This Point". Now it gets really petty. He backs up my truck exactly to that sign, opens up my door and walks away. I look into the window and everything in my glove box including important documents were thrown all over my truck. As I put them all back he came back out to ask me if there was a problem. There was a problem. I had to restrain myself from smacking his goofy glasses off in front of his father , showing him that he raised a punk. Advice goofy glasses guy, when you read this and you know who I am, Black Mazda Cx-9, don't look stupid trying to justify every action I detailed here.
