The first time was for a few different issues like new drive belt, air filter, spark plugs. The gas mileage dropped, so after a couple weeks I took it back and they replaced the spark plugs for free. Problem solved. Next I took it in for brakes, they were a little late on the schedule but they got the job done. Replaced my front rotors and pads. This past week I took it in for a state inspection and a wheel alignment after getting new tires. They took a little longer than expected, as I had dropped it off at 8am and it was still not finished at 12. I walked down on my lunch break, and explained I needed it to pick up my daughter from daycare. They finished in about 20 minutes, but then the owner noticed a noise from the back and took off a rear wheel to reveal an almost dead brake pad and rotor. I mentioned I had brought it in for brakes in March, and wondered how it didn't come out in the inspection. He was surprised and apologized profusely. Then he does something I couldn't believe. He did both rear brakes for free! Not just labor, but parts too. I am so grateful and I even said, it wasn't really his fault that the brakes were worn, but he insisted. The prices are fair, not overpriced, but competitive. It doesn't matter, I would recommend Ralph and Sons to anyone near Fleetwood. My only gripe would be, if you don't wait on site, they might not make your car a priority. I will forgive this minor errant, as they make up for it in every other aspect.

I was highly impressed. Not only was Ralph extremely knowledgeable about cars, but so was his staff. He took the time to discuss with me what was wrong with my car and how to fix it. He also gave me some great ideas on how to prolong a life of my car. Hell, we all know how expensive new cars are currently. I need to hold onto my 2013 Honda as long as I can. The title was never transferred to me although he had received 100% of the cash for the Canadian MB auto. He also posted that the advanced technology was too difficult for me. However, the truth is-- I purchased the identical model of MB (pre-owned and certified) from an MB dealer and love it. I have been driving it for the past year. The problem started because US 1 Auto sold me a Canadian car built for the Canadian consumer which was paid for in cash. The two MB dealers in my area said that they could not accept any warranties on the car nor fix the recalls. The owners of this place were never honest about anything.

He explained the noises I was hearing so I left my car there and they are very busy. Brian called me back and told me what I needed.
