It's alive, and sounds incredible...finally!…read more March 31, 2018 I have a 2002 Jeep Wrangler with just 33,000 miles from new and of course the factory sound system finally gave up the ghost and I bought a full sound system from Crutchfield. I took said sound system to a shop I've been going to on and off for 30 years and after they had my Jeep the whole day - it just wasn't right, sounded horrible, distortion etc. I went back two more times and still disappointed. I wanted a satellite radio antenna installed and the original shop is closed Saturday's, so I made an appointment with Civic. Kyle took my Jeep inside and a job that I thought should have taken a couple of hours took about 20-minutes (DANG)...I started picking Kyles brain and he set up another appointment for a check out because he too felt the system was not putting out the sound it should. I came back to Civic a few days later and within ten minutes it was discovered that the tweeters in the sound bar weren't even hooked up and those should have been blasting me out of the Jeep. Since there would need to be more time and he was booked the rest of the day I scheduled for Saturday, March 31, 2018, at 10:00 AM. I dropped the Jeep off the night before and was back at Civic around 13:00 the next day and by 14:30 I could hear heaven coming from the garage and I went to see, sure enough, my Jeep sounded magical! I love Jazz and now that the speakers were completely hooked and the new amp was installed I could hear things I couldn't before or unless I drove my '17 Overland. The subwoofer controller was removed from the glove box and mounted as it should have been, to begin with, USB2 was also removed from the glove box and mounted in the center console. So, to Lori, Chris, Matt, Kyle, and Deon - thank you! I cannot wait to remove the hard top next month and crank some Rippingtons! I will be back real soon for the Dynamat (Wrangler) and the dash cam for the Overland...

I bought the dashcam and hardwire kit from Amazon and all we had to do was drop off the vehicle. The shop was very busy so it was around a 3-hour wait. We just spent the afternoon having lunch and exploring Mexicantown. I find this shop to be trustworthy and fair in its pricing. Hardwiring the dashcam looks a lot better than having wires visible. It was worth it to have it done.

Since the install: * My rear passenger window will not stay up * My reverse camera is no longer working properly * The window goes up and then drops back down on its own All of these problems started right after the remote starter was installed, which makes it clear something was done incorrectly during the installation. On top of that, the customer service was absolutely horrible. When I reached out for help, the management guy was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, instead of taking responsibility or offering any kind of solution. I was treated like my concerns didn't matter at all. Between the bad installation, lack of accountability, and horrible customer service, I would never recommend this place. I trusted them with my vehicle and now I'm left dealing with electrical issues and frustration that could have been avoided. Save your money and take your car somewhere that actually knows what they're doing and respects their customers.

March 2025 my vehicle was to be repaired by Greenfield for a Progressive claim. After having the…read morevehicle for almost two weeks it was ready for pick up. I drove it home only to drive back with it 15 mins later because the wheel well was missing screws in it. Come later that day I noticed a plethora of things half assed and not fully repaired. I'm now taking it to a Chevy Dealership who can now fix everything correctly that Greenfield didn't do correctly. They will be paying for the repairs to fix it.
